Dent Master does great work for hundreds less than other auto body repair shops. If I ever need body work done on a vehicle again they will be my first call.

I’ve had them work on my car twice now, and I’ve been extremely happy both times. Both instances insurance deemed the damages to extensive and total led the car, so I collected a check and keep the vehicle. Then I went to Dent Masters to have the work done.On my most recent repair, I was told by a couple of different body shops, that the only way to replace the fender and have it look good would be to blend the color over the hood, door, etc. it’s an older car so I wasn’t to concerned and just wanted it close. Dent Master agreed to do the work, painting the new fender without the blend, which cut my cost in half. When I picked up the car I was amazed how good it looked!They are fast, professional, and do a great job! My car was a bit dusty inside and when I picked it up, they had completely cleaned the dash and interior of the front of the car. A nice bonus.Use Dent Masters, that’s my recommendation!

Some one cause a dent in the side fender of my car not allowing me to open the drivers door. Went to a few body shops and they a told me I had to replace the entire thing. Decide to give this place a shot, in less the five minutes they fix the dent and went on my way. Honest and trustworthy, Im coming here in the future.

I needed a parking lot hit-and-run dent removed. They gave a very fair estimate, and did a terrific job. It would have been within three or four days if Allstate hadnt messed up the adjuster scheduling, and, even then, DM stayed on top of it, carefully letting me know the status. I added paint chip touch-up, and they thoughtfully included a little bottle of paint for later.

They fixed a few dents and scratches on my door. I was blown away at how good it looked after. I couldnt even tell where the blemishes had been, and I wasnt expecting that.I went and got estimates at two other collision repair places, and they quoted me for about 5-10x what I paid at Dent Master. Very satisfied.

Went in for a quote. Fast easy process. Recieved a price on the spot. I didnt go with Dent Master because the quote was more than another shop but after my visit they sent me a thank you card which I felt was very thoughtful.

I had a GREAT experience last week at Dent Master. On Thursday afternoon I took my car over to see if my broken bumper could be repaired. Frank looked at it and gave me several possibilities in fixing it. He was very honest and straightforward with what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I asked him if it could be prepared quickly as I had a trip soon and needed it in good shape. He said to bring it in the next morning. I brought it early the next morning and left it. They called me that afternoon to let me know it was ready. It was a very impressive job and exactly what I needed AT THE PRICE I LIKED. What great service. All the employees I encountered at Dent Master were fantastic, genuine, and nice. I HIGHLY recommend them. My only regret is that they dont do mechanic work.

If I’m being honest I should’ve used a different company. Had a gun safe that had a scratch on it painted the size of a nickel if that. So I decided to call some other companies after the safe had been touched up they told me they would only charged me $150 for everything and that it was an easy job and that dent master way overcharged me. Parts on this safe was only $11.50 they charged me $500!!! For the Touch up. It wasn’t even a full paint job. If I were you I would call around to get estimates. ***Do not use Dent Master*** I will post a picture of the scratch Above.

In October of last year a car went through the red light on Pioneer Crossing totaling my Mitsubishi Eclipse and I am very fortunate to be alive.I have always had sporty cars, Im in the entertainment business and moved to Utah in 2001 after 26 years in Los Angeles.While waiting for a settlement for my injuries I drove a beat up 1993 Honda Accord that I keep for taking my pets out.I decided to not spend a lot of money but find the car I would feel comfortable in here in Utah as well as Hollywood and bought a pre ownedNissan 350 Z.While pulling out of a spot at the American Fork Walmart I backed into alarge SUV that kept on going and it took a chunk out of my back bumper, taking the paint off, and leaving a deep cut. The back of my pristine used car purchase now looked horrible.Based on a dent that Dent Master fixed some years back by a guyin a mobile van I gave them a call and they were amazing from the start.The person texted me right back, asked how he could help meand an hour later I drove to their Lehi location.I explained I didnt want to involve insurance, and asked them to work with me as best as could be and they gave me an incredible estimateand told me the car would look beautiful and I could have it back in 2 days. I also had some small door dents and some scratches on the trunkwhich the used car dealer said he would fix but never did.A friendly guy drove up and gave me a ride home to Saratoga and refused to accept a tip. He said he just wanted to be of service, and he sure was.Two days later I returned to find that my car looked brand new. I put on my glasses to check the bumper because I couldnt believe how perfect the bumper repair was. It was gorgeous.They took out all the fine scratches I had on the trunk lid and they did NOT charge me for that. Not one penny to make it look brand new.If I could give Dent Master 100 stars I would. I highly recommendDent Master in Lehi. Their work, their staff, their all was magnificentand I hope someone from their company sees this review so they know how grateful I am.

They repaired a broken light bar. They were very professional and even cleaned the car before we picked it up. They not only repaired it but made it better than it was before it was broken. Will certainly do business again with them.

While out of town for a family vacation, our vehicle was involved in an accident that left the van inoperable. Dent Master was able to go to the tow yard, assess the vehicle, give us a reasonable quote, and then take over from there. The work took longer than I wanted, but Travis and his team were very thorough and wanted to guarantee the van could make the 500 mile trip home without any issues. We’ve had it back for a week now and everything runs just like new. No extra sounds or vibrations. Thanks for making things good for us again!

My Son wrapped my car around a metal pylon at my office parking structure, nothing about this situation had me happy until I reached out to Stephanie and the team at Dent Master. They provided a very accurate bid based of off descriptions of what happened and photos I sent. Anticipating it would take a while to have the work done I was planning alternative transportation when I found that the work could be completed in 3 business days. They were so wonderful and professional. I will definitely be going here if I need any body work done. My tailgate wouldn’t open. I tried to get it open several times and it wouldn’t budge. Plus the alarm keep beeping every time I drove it. The person at Dentmaster was able to fix the problem in just a few minutes (and even cleaned off the whole area) and didn’t charge me. Took my motorcycle in to get a dent fixed on the tank and they gave me an estimate that I would say was in the middle of others I got. Brought in our 2004 Tundra for some light repair work. Travis gave us a bid and even found some excellent parts at a junk yard which saved us $ too. I was in a rear end collision a few weeks ago and ended up with quite a bit of damage to my poor 4 year old civic. The whole thing was pretty scary and stressful but Dent was fantastic from the start. Dent Master is a great company to do business with. I have taken several of my families vehicles to them for repairs as well as referred many friends for their auto body work. They have never let me down! Wrecking your vehicle is a set back and if it isn’t done properly using the best products by a trained professional then the chances of you being 100% are not great. In my opinion, having sub par work done on my vehicle is worse than the initial damage because everything you wash and detail your vehicle you eyes automatically go to the poor work. They are fair, professional and even dealt with the insurance company of the woman that damaged my truck. I hope you never have to get body work done, but chances are with all the traffic and construction as well as distracted drivers, you will. My husband backed into my daughters car. We were disappointed that we needed to pay for a repair. We got an estimate from a body repair shop in Lehi for $1400. We were shocked by the price and decided to get a second bid. Dent master came in at $700. Half the price! The car looks amazing. They were very thorough and did a great job. I am so happy that I chose Dent Masterto handle the repairs on my car. The repairs were done quickly and you could never tell that my car had been in an accident. The customer service was awesome and the repair was great! It’s like my car never got damaged in the first place! I was a little disappointed in the state of my upholstery. I found dark marks in the chairs and a new hole on the floor that wasn’t there before. They said it wasn’t them that did it but I keep my car very clean and regularly detail the inside myself and so I know the inside really well. They said they “might” work with me but I’m worried that this might turn into an issue that is more trouble than it’s worth. Like a he said she said thing and end up having to fix my car myself.

I went in on a Friday afternoon. They gave me two quotes. I decided to go with a repair that did not involve a new part. They told me to come in Monday morning. They did their magic, and I had a new looking car by Monday afternoon. Not only did they wash the outside of my car before returning it, they did a beautiful detail job on my dusty interior. So I have went out of my way to lead this review because of the excellent service. Frank went above and beyond to get my motorhome into tiptop shape. I rented out throughout the summer and it usually comes back damaged and these guys took care of all of it and even took care of damage that would’ve went unnoticed. When you’re looking for a shop that has integrity look no further.

Amazing place, highest quality and service. I discovered that someone had sideswiped my brand new car as I was washing it, very upsetting! I started the process of finding a local body shop who could fix it and that brought me to Dent Master. As soon as I walked in, I knew I wanted to go with them. I spoke with the owner and he gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to get my car in weeks earlier and cheaper than the other estimate I received. And thats saying a lot because it was Christmas time! They fixed my car in record time and the quality was amazing!Upon picking up my car, the technician told me that there was a tiny hairline scratch due to some unseen hard part on the towel they were using to dry the car off. He told me they could buff that out in about 5 minutes and to come back in about 5 days after the coating had cured. I said no problem. I appreciated their honesty and integrity because I never would have seen it or have known.Well, this is the best part, the day after picking up my car, my drivers side door got this horrible scratch from a stupid bike brake! Argh! When I went in, I told them about that additional scratch and asked if there was anything they could do while the fixed the other scratch. They totally did!!! It was amazing and I was so grateful! No charge, just great service. He said it was the best he could do, that the scratch was still there a little but I couldnt even see it! Wow! I am very pleased with the way Dent Master handled my estimate and repair. I took my Land Rover to three body shops and Dent Master is the only one that actually listened to me. I was paying for the repair myself (instead of using insurance), and wanted this fix done a certain way. For example, my bumper was pushed in 1-2 inches and only Dent Master was willing to try reshaping it, instead of replacing it. It looks perfect, and is still as strong as ever. There were no surprises...my bill was exactly what my estimate was. My truck was ready in only a few days. It was pretty darn salty when i dropped it off, but well washed when I picked it up. A nice touch. Staff is friendly and helpful. Received a nice thank-you card after estimate. TV and Magazines and a comfy couch in the waiting area. Give them a try.

Lady was very unprofessional. When we got there we didnt have a check from the insurance and so they were not going to give me my vehicle. No one told me i needed a check. I had talked to them several times and no one mentioned anything to me about it. She was rude and i will not be going back.

They were so down to earth and very well priced. They did an excellent job and their timing was frankly pretty fast considering the job. I got estimates at 3 other places that were more expensive and somehow missed critical parts that needed to be checked on, but dent master took care of it. Dropped my work truck off before vacation told them multiple times I needed my truck back after 10 days, they said they’d have it done. 2 weeks later they still don’t have it finished, missed out on work lost me $350 and the company $1,000. They seem to think that our money doesn’t matter. Never go back.

I had a very tricky dent to fix along a ridge line which had caused puckering on both sides of the ridge. The paint was undamaged so I was interested in PDR.The folks at Dent Master told me that because of the nature of the dent they would only be able to get it to about 80% of the original condition. (Another repair place said the same thing.) However, I just got my car back and no matter how hard I try I can’t see any evidence there was ever a dent. It just about brought a tear to my eye. And the price was very reasonable, especially considering the nature of the dent.Dent Master won a loyal customer in me.

The dent master is the place to go especially with the 25% off deductible found in the Shop North County magazine. They are helpful and professional they really get the job done. Any car can be looking as good as it was when it came off the lot and these guys can help.

My repair shop recommended Dent Master after we were in an accident in our 20 year old Honda with liability insurance only. They worked with us to get it functional not perfect looking by repairing not replacing which was what we needed since we were paying out of pocket. The work was done quickly even though I informed them we didnt need it back quickly.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! If you are looking for a professional business you have not found one here. Only take your vehicle here if all other real businesses are busy for the next 6 months and no high school shop class has room for you. I got rear ended and worked through State Farm because this was one of their preferred places. I took my car in and waited 2 weeks without hearing from them before I called them to see what was going on with my car. The guy answered and said, Oh, nobody called you? The other guy looked at it a week and a half ago. You may want to come in and look at it.. When I went in my bumper was taken off showing my rear end was jacked up. I bought this as a salvaged title, and I said that I knew that it was and said that there was previous damage to the rear during the initial estimate, before I even dropped it off. I said that I just wanted what was done during the accident fixed (my bumper was busted up and my trunk didnt latch), instead they just stripped it down and showed me that I had previous damage (which I knew I had) and said the only way they would do anything is if I paid to fix the previous damage (over $6,000 out of my pocket). So I was driving a borrowed car, from my Mom who was without her car, for 2 weeks while nothing was done. I had to ask them to put my tail lights back in my car so I could drive it off of their property. When I picked my car up all of my mats and the hard plastic that covers the inside of my trunk was thrown in my backseat. My back seat is LEATHER, and they threw all that hard plastic that covers the metal in my trunk right on top of that leather. The most ridiculous service I have experienced in any trade. You could take your vehicle to a high school shop class and expect more professionalism.

The body work was amazing! You cant even tell the outside was in a car accident. However, the underbelly was where they failed.First- They did take a long time to get my vehicle back to me. It took exactly one month! I didnt get too upset as I know they had a lot of business coming in from other car accidents due to the bad roads. What I did get upset was that upon driving my vehicle off the lot, it was shaking horribly. I took it back and they said they had the alignment done at a third party. I called up the place they took it to. The order only called for an alignment, so the place did exactly as they were told.2nd- After talking the insurance, I took it to another place to get looked at. They determined the axle was busted. Dent masters was closed on the weekend, so I dropped it off directly at the third party place. They fixed it. However, the vehicle was still having issues. I called and spoke to Dent masters and was advised to contact my insurance guy to determine what to do (this was a few weeks later as life happens). I could not get a hold of the insurance guy, so I took it to another place. Turns out, the wheel barring also needed to be replaced.Long story short, After three months of dealing with my vehicle being gone and having issues, I ended up paying out of pocket that I am still working with the insurance on. Dent masters failed by not having the vehicle looked at completely by their third party, instead they just did the basics. When any vehicle has been in an accident it MUST be looked at. I have no idea why they even allowed me to drive off the lot with the damage that was still done. I will NEVER EVER go back to DENT MASTERS for anything other then specifically the body of the vehicle. If you get into an accident, take your business else where and have them outsource to a body shop. Hopefully it isnt dent masters, as it still took a long time to get back.

Theyve been very friendly and helpful everytime Ive called or gone in and they have good prices. They give free estimates and have a nice little lobby with beverages to drink while you wait.

We just needed a wing mirror repainted to match the car and they did a great job matching the color and preventing any overspray on any parts that shouldnt have paint. The price was extremely fair, and I would definitely go back, but hopefully never have the need to. My only complaint is that the clear coat was applied a little heavy in one small area and dried with drips. Its not very noticeable unless youre sitting in the drivers seat, so its not the end of the world.

Best place for RV repairs and cars and truck

Name says it all. They are the Master. Not only did it look great on outside. The inside was spotless. I have never seen it so clean. Even got mistaken for a new car.

Did a terrific job fixing the gouges in my RV. But left a mess to clean up and they dropped my unit for easy after hours pick up without tongue jack blocks. I spent an hour looking for something to help me jack it up to hitch up.

They went above and beyond for my car and did a lot more than they needed to. And my car looked really nice too.

Ive now had my vehicle fixed twice here. They do a terrific job, but they never call you to tell report on progress or tell you when your vehicle will be done. Ive always had to call to keep apprised.

I am sitting here waiting for them to wash my totally dirty car (not expected) after they have once again shocked me with their awesomeness! This is like the 5th time I have used them... And once again they have fixed something I forgot to mention...without charging me more!!!! I will never go anywhere else. I hit things often. LOL!

These guys are amazing!! i grew up woth them and you get the home town good guy feels when you come here. they are good to you! justin and tj are happy people who are doing what they do because they love to help people.. i would and do recommend them to everyone i know.. they will treat you soo good and justin will keep you laughing even during the roughest of times(accidents).
