Bennett Body was recommended to me through another local trusted mechanic. I called and they gave me a diagnosis and quote of my car very promptly. They were highly communicative and very professional while being honest and personable too. Would recommend to any family and friends. The car looks great and the price was perfect, especially for the bigger job that it was.

Our car was in a serious accident that required a lot of body work. This business was extremely responsive, called me almost every day to update on the progress of the work, and ordered the best dealer/factory parts to use on the repair. A few weeks later, he quoted us better prices for a windshield repair and window tinting than we found anywhere else.If you are in an accident around Utah County, I would recommend these people for any body work your car needs. They will work with you and the insurance, and do a great job!

WENT IN WITH A TOTALLY MEST UP BUMPER. ADAME WAS VERY HELPFULL AND COMMUNICATED WELL. THAY GAVE ME A QUOTE AND STUCK TO IT. FAST TURNAROUND. HE ALSO TOLD ME UP FRONT THAT THE PAINT MIGHT NOT MATCH COMPLETLY DUE THE CAR BEING OLD.I FELT HE WAS HONESTY AND GAVE THE PROS AND CONS UPFRONT.BUMPER LOOKS GREAT!!!!! THANKS GUYS!

Came in with a door with a seal that wasnt working properly. The guy comes out, looks at it, pulls the door frame a bit, and its good as new!

I had cracked my axel, needed an alignment, and had to get a new driver side panel. My car drives perfectly; if not better than before. They also did a phenomenal job buffering out the scratches & dents. You can’t even tell anything was there!!

I’ve been to Bennett’s place at least a half a dozen times and never had one complaint! They are fast, perfectionists and returned my cars in 💯 great condition. My suburban was totaled out by the insurance but I still wanted to keep it. Bennett made the repairs, worked with my auto insurance company and that car lasted well over 300,000 miles! Very Impressed. Most of the bad reviews are people complaining about being towed (which is never a good experience).I bought a wrecked truck with some major frame damage. I had to trailer it to them because the frame was so bad it would pull super hard to the right and tires would rub. They were able to get it started the same day i dropped it off and had it done in 3 days. I drove it from their shop down the street to get an alignment done by Big O Tires. The crazy part is they got the frame so close to where it was before the only thing that needed to be adjusted on the alignment was the toe (pictures attached). Now the frame is all within factory spec. Everyone I worked with was really nice and genuine. They didnt sugar coat anything. I absolutely hate people working on my vehicles (usually have a bad experience) and I usually do all my own work but i didnt have the equipment for this job. These guys have earned my business and recommendation for the future.Other shops told me I may have to go back and forth between them and an alignment shop to make sure they got it right. Bennets put the frame to factory spec and it was done the right way.

I have been going there since 1999. My wife has wrecked 2 new Lincolns and Bennet repaired them like new. I was rear ended badly in my Dodge Ram and Bennet repaired it like new. This last visit to Bennett was to repair a minor dent on my new Toyota Avalon. I am pleased with their work. Their price is reasonable.

Wife and kids were involved in a minor accident which caused damage to the driver rear quarter panel, trim and bumper. Although they had to wait for parts to be delivered to finish the job, the actual work itself was very quick. You cant tell where the damage was, and the paint color is a perfect match. They were great to work with, and kept me informed on what was happening with our Expedition. An added bonus, the vehicle was washed, and the inside was cleaned. I KNOW it was a very dirty vehicle when I handed it over to them. 4 kids, what can I say. :) Consider us a happy customer.

I rate mechanic shops the same way I rate a doctors office. I don’t go to feel good and have them tell me what I want to hear. I go to have a problem solved. These guys are going to help you find a solution to YOUR problem and do it right. That’s what matters. Sometimes the truth sucks, but that’s not on them.

My car was impounded and brought here. They left a window open in my car, resulting in water damage to the door, seats, and personal belongings. To remove my garage clicker from the car, they wanted to charge me $100. Owner was completely unwilling to work with me and tried to nickel and dime me every opportunity possible. I would never bring my car here willingly, sorry!

My 2005 Dodge Neon was rear-ended by a family member. Bennett Body and Frame helped get us the best deal on parts and saved us $1100 over what it could have cost to repair. My car looks brand new. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the service. Ive been to other shops (Maaco, Cascade) and would definitely choose this place over them.

The one star is 4 their kindness to my face. Im a college student who knows nothing about cars and Im assuming they knew they could take advantage. When I went it to get an estimate they told me it would be for $1300. I drove less than a mile down the road to dent master and their estimate was $750 dollars cheaper. Dont recommend to anyone

STAY AWAY!!! We had many problems at this place! My car was not fixed right. When I went back to have them fix it, they told me that I would have to pay additional labor fees for the exact same thing that I already paid them to fix. The owner, Deeray Bennett was very rude, he was an agressive bully, and he even told me to shut the hell up at one point. Very disappointing, I was completely ripped off by them, they are not nice people, and I would not recommend this place for any services, because you will not get what you pay for!

They towed my car when I was in an accident. They were very friendly and helpful when they thought I would have them fix my car. When we found out we were not going to get enough money from the insurance company to properly fix it and not use their services, the owner became very rude and annoyed with us. Not very professional!

What more can I say other than thank you for making me pay for my own property. Bunch of crooks.

When my accident happened, the first thing that popped into my mind was Bennett Body and Frame. They picked up my Cobalt from the impound, worked with my insurance adjuster, and called him back out to look at additional repairs he had missed. I didnt have to worry about a thing. When I picked up my repaired car, it looked better than before. They even cleaned it out for me. They had great customer service and got my car done in the time they had estimated. Ive had vehicles repaired by them before and I will go back if I ever need a repair again.

Worst customer servic. They are con artist and try to swingle you by bullying you. They are extremely expensive. I would never allow them to tow your car if I was you! Turning them into the BBB.

I got into an accident in Lehi (someone ran a stop sign, lots of construction, etc.) and messed up the rear suspension on my brand new car. They were on site within minutes to pick up my vehicle. Once insurance had approved the repair, they estimated 6 days for it to be finished (mostly time waiting for parts). They had it done in 3-4 business days. And when the rental company was taking me to pick up my car from the shop, it was getting late and they werent going to be able to drop me off until a little past their closing time. The owner stayed late so that I would have my car back for the holidays. Very impressed with their service.

My car had been towed to this awful company. They had misquoted me a price. When I asked the owner about it, he commented: I am the owner, and what I say goes! this was not the worst part...he then came out to yell at me in front of my two small children! Do not have ANY services done at this place, they are unethical, not trustworthy and have awful customer service! ****BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE*****

Rude customer service. Not helpful one bit. Recommend going somewhere else. Not to mention they didnt even lock the gate or doors. Ridiculous.

You hope to never need this sort of a service, but they were kind and helpful when I had issues. The employee was very accommodating of my schedule and situation.

My wife and I were pulled over in A.F. and the cop could not find our cars insurance, though we do have it, in Utahs database so he impounded our car. He quoted us at $165 as the towing fee plus impound charges. When we called this Discount tow service they told us it would be $251 plus change. I had to get papers from the DMV to get the car, it was late in the day when it was impounded, and we also live in another city meaning we had been picked up and driven back there first. Since I had to drive back up to Lehi after visiting the DMV, I called to ask if they would stay until 5:00 so that I could get out there to get the car before the weekend. It was Friday and they are closed weekends with a $40/day fee, but not one person would stay and the employee that picked up had a sour attitude. When I went in today and explained the situation they simply said, You have to pay for the weekend. These people do not care for you, only what they can get from you.

My car ended up getting impounded not my doing anyway I went in 5hours later to get my car and they told me it would be $278 to get my car back I asked them why so much and they tell me $129 for towing 29.50 for gas remind you they only drove maybe 4 miles to tow my car and the rest was impound fees when they had it less then 8 hrs . How can they expect that kind of money? I mean really! Luckily I got paid that day. Im just disgusted with how much they charge when it shouldnt have even been impounded in the first place.

Towed our truck, charged an extreme fee to get it back. Owner was grumpy, didnt want to work with us. 325 to tow less than a mile. The guy behind us had been ripped off by the owner as well on a car. Avoid this company by all means, very dishonest.
