I took my vehicle in to have the rear lift gate looked at and to get an estimate done on the cost of a repair. The mechanic looked at the issue and was able to drill out two bolts and fix it on the spot. I was so impressed at how quickly they were able to fix the issue and Cascade didnt even charge me for the repair. I have used Cascade several times in the past and have always had excellent service.

I pulled into Cascade Collision when the underside of my bumper came loose. (I love my Prius, but dang they ride low! The bumper is constantly getting dinged.)Their professionalism was apparent from the moment I stepped into their office. The receptionist was super helpful, and a friendly service agent came out quickly to survey the damage. He typed up a quote, gave me an estimated time, date, and price, and even gave me several repair options ranging from most expensive to least expensive. I told him my option, he ordered the parts, and had me return once they arrived a day or two later.When I went to pick up my car, he told me that it ended up being LESS expensive than anticipated, and showed me what they had done to help prevent future issues with my low-riding vehicle.Ironically, my brother gave me a ride to this place when I went to pick up the car. Right when he entered the parking lot, part of his wheel well came loose. A repairman came right out and fixed it for him then and there at no charge!Finally, while I was there I inquired about some painting for weather spots I have on my car. The repairman actually advised me NOT to get any painting done through their shop, as it would be too expensive, and he told me a place that would be better.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this place. They were so friendly, easy to work with, and honest. I would definitely come back!

Took my car here after an accident. The quality of work was good, paint was perfect, and the car was done on time. There was one minor thing where they used the incorrect pin for the air intake cowl under the hood, so that part wasnt actually supported, but thats the only issue Ive found so far. Thats rather minor though, and it was an easy fix.

Cascade Collision Repair has, over the years, fixed 3 of my cars after a collision. Every time not only are they great to work with, they do an amazing job. I trust them and actually like them. They are a top notch repair shop.

I had a chevrolet pickup in for some body repair, that repair involved removing the tonneau cover from the bed. When they first completed the repair, some parts unrelated to the tonneau cover hadnt arrived yet but the vehicle was driveable and otherwise complete, so I picked it up at that point. When I first picked it up, they had re-fit the tonneau cover but it was obvious they had not function checked its fit, because it was rolled up when I picked it up, and as soon as I unrolled it it was clear that the velcro brackets on each side of the bed were adjusted too low- the tailgate would slam into the back frame of the tonneau cover and the frame bar was blocking the tailgate from being able to close.I called them out on this knowing theyd have my truck in again to finish the original repair. When it came back from that, they told me they readjusted the tonneau cover but it was again rolled up. This time, however, I was able to get it closed with some force, but it still seemed off, and when I drove it down the highway there was very obviously air getting into and under the cover as it was flapping very loosely in the breeze.Today, I found out why. I had the time to go ahead and re-adjust it myself, thinking the problem was just a second failed adjustment. In reality, it was worse. Not only was it still adjusted too low, but- incredibly- they also didnt complete the reinstall. There are parts missing. Specifically, one of the the brackets that holds the rear frame bar in place above the tailgate is not present. So the rear frame bar was sliding forward allowing air underneath the cover. As if thats not bad enough, the bracket that is present is completely missing its nut, its just sitting loose on the back frame. Get it together guys, I know who to avoid for any future repairs.

I brought in my vehicle to get a quote and within 15 minutes they had checked out my car and given me an accurate and detailed quote of how much the repair would cost and what they would do to fix it. Mike, I assume the manager, gave me good advice as to the best and cheapest way to go about the repairs and then said that they would order the parts. I then brought my car in a few days later when I had received the insurance money and they had all of the repairs done within a half hour of when I brought my car in! Extremely satisfied with the customer service and the repairs.

Got my car quoted out, scheduled a week later and dropped it off. A day later they called me and raised the price by $700. Everything they said was broken that they needed to raise the price was not broken. I took it straight to another shop who said none of that was correct. Also the check engine light came on and the parking sensors stopped working in the 24 hours they had it. There are other companies who are honest that want business. These guys will write a response saying call me but I have called Megan 3 times with no response. It would be shocking to see how much money they steal from insurance agencies.

Extremely professional with a eye for detail. We received almast daily text updates on the major repair due to collision. A slight hiccup at the end was handled by Mike the manager without debate that others might have tried to get out of doing which made me feel that customer satisfaction is a priority. Would highly recommend this shop to friends and family.

This went very well. I had called a Salt Lake repair shop (connected to the dealer where I bought my 2020 vehicle) and it took 10 days just to get an appt for the quote. Then they said another 2 weeks to get in for the work to be done (I had scrapped the front end of my SUV and it needed to be repainted). I called Cascade, this location, on the way home from the other place, and they said that I could simply drive up and get a quote, which I did! That kinda shocked me that I had naively waited 2 weeks for an appt when this place did it immediately. The quote was in line with the other place and they said the could start this coming Monday. So I said great, lets do it. And Ive picked up my vehicle and it looks good as new. Overall very satisfied and their process was superior throughout. They even send out daily texts to give you updates. Very impressed.

I seriously dont have words for how good this company was to work with. They went above and beyond to help even when the parts were delayed. They stayed longer to get it done before the weekend and saved me $350 in car rental fees. They didnt charge me for parts they didnt use. I have never dealt with a more honest company! Came in without an appointment to ask them about an issue with my drivers side mirror on my 2004 BMW. I had the part but couldn’t install it myself. They took a look at it and said it will probably cost $100 to replace because they would have to take the whole mirror apart and it would take an hour. They came back 15 minutes later with the part perfectly installed and told me it was easier than they thought. They didn’t charge me a dime even when I asked to pay them something. I’ll be coming back for further issues. Awesome people. The next day o went back and got my headlights cleaned. They look brand new!

I had damage to my truck causes by a very unusual situation at a local automated carwash, which they agreed to cover, recommending Cascade in the bargain. Collision centers always give you a preliminary quote, because they cant fully assess damage without some dismantling. Almost immediate, the cost of the repair went up, and it became a disagreement between two parties with my truck in the middle. Cascade kept me informed and even ordered the parts they needed to complete the repair before they had a resolution, ensuring that the work continued while the insurance companies worked out the details. The customer is clearly their main priority.

I went through Cascade in Lehi through an insurance claim. Worst customer service and completed work, I didn’t expect this leveI of service from a professional company. I had to go in multiple times for things that should have be done the first time, very inconvenient to have to take time off from work multiple times along with having a new born baby to only get there and be notified that the truck would have to be left there on multiple occasions. The must frustrating part out of everything was when I would pick up the truck the office manager Mike Lawrence was never there to go over things that was done to my truck or bother to contact me the next day, the workers would not go over any of the work that was done and just give me the sheet expecting me to know what was done like I just graduated automotive school with a 4.0 grade average? Seriously Cascade.. The whole process was a mess, I would not recommend this place to anyone to have to deal with this nightmare like I did!And don’t bother to apologize on here to me trying to justify yourself for future readers to see when I was there 3 times physically and no one bothered to apologize to me for all these things that were all controllable on your end, it just ties down to your poor management and training skills to your staff!!
