Terry is amazing. He goes above and beyond. Its not even his own business! Terry is the epitome of a model worker. Broke my screen and took it to Terry to fix at 4PM right after I hopped off a flight. Had to fly out early the next day and so Terry and his co-worker stayed late to fix my phone. Because of that customer service, I will not go anywhere else.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! My cell phone screen just stopped working. They had a replacement in stock and repaired it the same evening. 100% recommend. Great job guys.

The guys Terry and his co worker on this day 8/16/21 were awesome. Started out in Frederick Md after setting up an appointment for today at 10am. And being told they had a screen for the phone I needed replaced. Got to the store in Frederick just to be told that it was sold. Not one employee could call me to tell me this being that I was an hour away. So anyhow I drove another 40 minutes to Leesburg Virginia and the guys took very good care and replaced the screen on the phone. Good customer service and phone is back up and running. I visited this location to fix a smashed screen on my Pixel 4a 5G after weighing between coming here or sending it into Google. My repair only took 2.5 hours before it was back in my hands and cost the same as what Google wanted to charge! My phone looks and works great, would definitely visit again (but hopefully wont have to! 😳)

Sam was very professional and helpful in trying to help me solve an issue that Samsung Care couldnt assist with. I would definitely revisit this location if I have issues with any of my electronic devices.

Ive been to several stores in this franchise, and am sad to say that at this one I was left disappointed. The highest average review going in, but far and away the worst performance provided by employees with the least consideration for the Customer.Strongly recommend that if you have any time sensitivity, specifically around knowing when your repair might be complete, that you avoid this shop. On calling two days ahead, I was quoted 2 hours and advised that an appointment wasnt necessary. On handing over my device, I was advised 2 to 2.5 hours. Upon returning 2.5 hours later, I was advised they had just finished but needed an additional 45 minutes for testing. I returned approximately 1 hour later (now 3.5 hours) and waited an additional 40 minutes while being peppered with excuses for the delay and without a shred of sympathy that they had severely impacted my personal schedule. Not just the delay, but the promises of faster service than was provided.According to their employees, the web tracking feature must not be used, since my device was in hand well over 3 hours before the site showed as in-process. In any case, proceed with caution on both schedule and cost while visiting this shop.

Brought my phone in to fix a broken charging port, and was told there was no risk of data loss involved. i received the phone back later the same day, and it did not turn on. when confronted they were extremely defensive and denied breaking it, even though it broke right after entrusting it to them. lost dozens of photos of my loved ones, dont go here

This was my first time ever using this place through my Verizon insurance. Everything from asurions instructions to the instructions given from the guy at the store was straight forward and easy to follow. I dropped my phone off at the store within the same day cut off time and I had it back within the 2hrs promised. Install looks great and very professional. Would use them over and over again! They fixed my broken screen, back glass, and power button after my phone hit a rock.Gave them the phone at about 10am. Got the call it was ready about 6:30pm. Theyd said it would be ready about 2pm though.Over all, Id say it seems to be a good repair, just slower than promised.

Samsung assisted with a reservation at this store to cover my screen, entered all my phone details online and this location said they fix it. Guess what, show up for my appointment 2 days later and they dont fix it. I spoke to the manager and he said the website doesnt accurately state what they can do and he is aware of it. So he knows the website is wrong, but they still accept the appointments. On top of that, they should have looked at there appointments for the day and called me to say not to waste my trip. I will say the manage did call around for me after I left, but the damage is done. Dont use this location...and if you do, then call in and have them VERBALLY confirm they can fix your phone. This site I will stay away from. Waste of my Saturday.

AWFUL, NOT RECOMMENDED! Damaged the laptop and then lied about it. I took in my daughters laptop because the screen wouldn’t work. Got a call the next day and the repair cost was more than the laptop was worth so came to pick it up. As soon as they brought it out I could see the damage and asked about it. The guy at the desk said, oh we didn’t even touch there, we were looking at the screen. After a little back and forth he said well I didn’t work on it let me ask the technician who worked on it. Went back to ask her(Amy I think?) and then came back out to tell me well they probably did the small nicks and dings, but they didn’t do the big chip(see attached pictures). Are you kidding? First off they’re all right in the same area, right where they must have pried with a screwdriver to get it open. Second, the rest of the laptop is in pristine shape and there is no way you can do that by dropping it or being careless with it, it was obviously caused by a tool. I wouldn’t have been as angry about it if they had just come out and said, “Don’t know how it happened, but yes we admit it, we made a mistake and I’m sorry about it”. But the fact that they lied about it, awful customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

My wifes phone battery died. uBreakiFix it made the process super easy. They looked up my manufacturer warranty using the serial number, quickly confirmed it was still covered, and replaced the battery at no cost to me within 1-2 hrs. I would definitely use them again.

I brought in my s9 for a new battery and I ended up having issues with my screen having whats known as the green screen of death. Thankfully it was covered under my warranty and they fixed the faulty battery I might have received and I got a new screen just to be safe. Very happy they were able to help!

I went to other repair shops as well, most of them said the charging socket had to be replaced and would cost 100 bucks and 1 week or so to order and fit the new socket.In uBiF, it was done in 5 mins. It was never the socket issue. They just cleaned the socket, removed the dirt and gave back the phone. It was working. They even explained the details.And NO CHARGE.Thank you uBiF!!!

Writing this in parking lot outside a frustrating visit to this shop redeemer by Terry (keep up the great work, corporate office take noticed of your gem). Have a brand new LG 5G phone from ATT (made exclusively for them) that already has a cracked screen. Went back to ATT and they said it has some coverage but that uBreakiFix should do better (and gave me their address). I ran up here to find their repair is 50 percent more than whole new machine so finished my claim online. As I waited another ATT/Assurion woman came in saying her claim has been lost. Terry called the company and they could see the claim. Ate dealing with tech they found out the customer had left out a step which Terry took forward to the delight of the customer. As I had my new phone coming via shipment the whole trip was a wild goose chase. I camt understand why ATT has nothing to protect their exclusive phone (and I expect Assurion will recondition my phone at much less than quoted to me here - which with my return and deductibles makes their warrants worthless. However cant blame uBreakiFix for poor company (ATT and Assurion) as they also cover the full range of product. With skilled staff like Terry is highly recommend for you to get attention. Only recommendation as call first (particularly if you have a repair/replace choice) so you dont waste your time.

I called the other guys in Leesburg, Va and they said sure we can fix it give us a week🙃. I called uBreakiFix and they said we will fix it in 3 hours. Terry really was extremely helpful. He worked overtime to repair my phone and gave it back within 3 hrs. The shop closes at 7:00 pm but he stayed late (8:30pm) to get the phone back to me. I would highly recommend them.

The charging issue with my phone was fixed in under 5 minutes and at no cost. Even up on insisting that I would like to pay, I did not receive any bill. The technician told me that the charging issue was because of dirt in the charging port and they do not raise a bill for an issue that just involved cleaning the port. Very professional and honest.

The staff took us immediately, had his phone diagnosed, options priced, and clear communication at every step in about 15 minutes. Then they stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure they got him up and running. They threw in some higher end protective gear as they know who they are dealing with. UNREAL. Went in to get the mic on my phone fixed and was told it would take 4 hours to fix. Came back 3.5 hours later and was told it was finished, tested it and it didnt work at all. Was told theyd take another crack at it and to come back an hour later. I did and they werent done, was told it would take another 1-2 hours. Came back after an hour and a half and was told another hour. Came back in an hour, was told 15 minutes, another 45 minutes goes by before its fixed. If its going to take almost 8 hours to fix just tell me upfront. Also was extremely displeased that they said they fixed it and hadnt even bothered testing it before handing it back to me. My biggest complaint however is that when they put a new screen cover on (took my original off to do the repairs) it was put on incorrectly. When I mentioned this to the staff member he just pealed it off and repositioned it, now while it was slightly better there are tons of bubbles that have dust or hair caught between the cover and my screen. It is incredibly annoying to use a phone like this. Also the screen cover is STILL crooked. Would have given a 1 star but the guy who did my repair was actually quite nice. Quality of the service decent as well, but being told that 6 different times my phone would be done over the course of the day was disappointing. However the fact that a phone repair business cannot properly apply a screen cover really speaks to their abilities. Will not be going to this location again, would advise everyone to take their business to one of the other ubreakifix locations in the area as these people are not worth giving it to.

They are unable to do a simple screen replacement without factory reset of the phone. The tech said it was because their policy doesnt let them take our passwords anymore, but Ive had my phone screen replaced before and never gave up my password or done something so intrusive as a factory reset. Ive used ubreakIfix a couple of times before. Factory reset in my case would destroy multi-factor authentication codes and my car key that is stored on my device so it was completely unacceptable. Googles backup service does not cover those items and I wasnt going to spend hours trying to rebuild my phone from a backup over a simple screen replacement. Id sooner buy a new phone and migrate over time then take the long outage trying to recover from the crazy data destruction to do this minor repair.

Ran over my phone with a zero turn mower and luckily only had a cracked screen. Dropped it off around 5pm and it was good as new two hours later. First employee I spoke too was a little short but not unprofessional. I spoke to the manager when I picked up my phone and he was great! I wish it werent so expensive but its a lot better than paying for a new phone!

I went to the Leesburg location and met a very wonderful employee by the name of Konah. I was very distressed as my laptop screen had broken and I work full time and I am a full time student. I heavily rely on my laptop for both.I explained this to Konah and he jumped into action immediately. He ordered the part for me and offered me a temporary solution for the laptop.About 24 hours later the part arrives to the store and Konah asked me to bring my laptop in. He graciously stayed late so he could fix my laptop that day as he knew how much I needed it. I walked out with a functioning laptop that evening.I am blown away at the wonderful customer service Konah provided and will definitely be returning if I ever need services for a device.

I came in with a phone that was having major issues. The owner was very knowledgeable and thorough when looking at my phone. It turned out that the phone was toast (the charge port literally started smoking), so I had to get a new one. He helped me get my old phone ready to transfer all my info to the new phone I bought from my carrier the next day. He was so pleasant and kind. UBreakiFix is truly amazing! I went in as I was having some very troubling issues with my iPhone and transferring over to a new phone and getting things to transfer over from a very damaged phone with multiple issues going on at once. I explained what was going on to John, the tech working today and he gave me 3 different ways to solve the issue that after exhausting all of my options from going to the Verizon store, Apple store and a local computer expert who did not provide any of the advice he gave, he ultimately found a solution for me. He could have easily said, do this and try it at home, but instead he patiently worked with me for several hours to ensure we got the issue resolved and I had a fully functioning phone again. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional, kind, helpful and innovative in his approach to solving the problem and dedicated to sticking with it until the issue was resolved. The manager of the store, Konah, was also extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very professional- all around the staff there is incredible and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fix for their phone, laptop, and or giving you honest and sound advice when you are having tech issues with any of your devices! I had my battery replaced in my Google Pixel XL a year and a half ago. This week the phone died. I went back to the store in Leesburg and they said they didnt work on Pixel XL anymore. I would have to take it to another UbreakIFixit location. Even though I used the website to locate a store that supposedly did still fix the Pixel XL.So I give them 4 stars for replacing my battery last year but only 2 that store telling me I would have to find another one even though the website already validated they did. So 3 stars is the score.

I would 100% recommend anyone who breaks there phone to come to the store, great price, good quality, and respectful employees along with fast service.

Thank you for fixing my Pixel 3a. The fixing itself is great and the price is at what it advertised. But I am not happy.1. They force you to factory reset your phone, even if it is a hardware issue. Even with Googles auto backup, I still lost eSIM info, some stored progresses and purchases of games, all the settings including those stored auto generated passwords in applications and all the temp files. When I clearly suspect the problem is on the hardware, and the diagnostic said the same, why is factory resetting necessary?2. As this is my only phone, I clearly told them I am consent to the price tag showing in the website. I clearly told them no need to ask me again if it is indeed the problem the technician suspected. And I clearly told them as my phone is in your hand, contact me through Email. 5 hours later, I got an email, saying we need your approval of the price, which I consented 5 hours ago. I replied them back through email. The email just laid in their inbox without being read until I physically entered the store the next day and mention that email. I have to sit in the store for another 1 hour to get my phone.And nobody even try to apologize.Update several months later:Another of my new phone broke, and they are the only store nearby which has a part.This time, very professional fix. Very professional greetings and smooth communication. And more importantly, they are NOT FORCING FACTORY RESET any more.I feel respected as they listened to my comment last time and did some changes.I am extremely happy with them this time.

The staff were courteous, professional, and answered all my questions before I brought my Galaxy S7 Edge in for repair. The glass cover for the back lens was cracked. Their team was able to get my repair taken care of expertly and same day service. Very pleased and appreciate their help and would recommend for smart phone repair.

They were incredibly helpful with sanitary curbside pickup and very professional with the estimate. Using Google parts on my Pixel 3A (full screen replacement) insured the factory warranty was intact and even though the phone isnt rated as water resistant, the adhesive maintained the splash resistance of the phone. 10/10. Labor was equal to the parts I would have needed to fix it myself.
