Don’t go there to get a new line. They will tell you a monthly price that at the end is not true and you will pay more.I asked them several times if that monthly price was correct and still they were lying. Not a good shop.

This Sprint location is by far the worst place location ever. I visited the store on April 22, 2020 with my father. I visited the store during this pandemic because of an emergency SIM card pick up. They posted a sign on the door saying 1 Person per available Sprint Representative in store. I very much admire the precautions they were trying to take. When I arrived at the store around 2:35pm, there were 4 representatives in the store and not a single customer inside the store. So, I walked in with my father because he was the account holder and since he can’t speak english well, I wanted to help him out. Once I walked in, all representatives started talking aggressively and asking one of us to leave the store because they said the rule is 1 customer at a time inside the store but the sign says otherwise. I tried explaining to them that my father can’t speak english well, so I am here to help him and me or my father will leave if any additional customers showed up at the store. Now, given the situation, I understand the seriousness of the situation but at the same time I can see there was no other customer in the store and 4 representatives were standing there and running their mouth. If for any reason, 3 other customers were to show up at the same time when I was there, I could have easily left the store per the store sign says. So, my issue is since the sign on the door says 1 person per available representatives and there were 4 representatives available when me and my father walked in, they didn’t have to talk me that aggressively and force me out of the store. I am also a Sprint customer too. I visited many stores before but never been humiliated like this before. They were talking to me as if I am not a paid customer and I there to collect charity or something.

Today I have been helped by Sofiane and got my problem with my lost Apple ID solved in a very professional manner. Sofiane listened, understood the issue and went over and beyond finding the best way to back up my data, transfer it to the new phone and connect my new Apple ID with my MacBook. I have been struggling with trying to recover my ID for months now I have been on numerous phone calls with Apple technical agent, I have been to the Apple store in Tysons Corner where a lot of Apple technicians chatting and playing with their phones said I need to call Apple support, I also went back to T-Mobile in Tysons Corner to get the proof of purchase so I can submit it online to recover my Apple ID to no avail. I explained what I needed to be done and why I was requesting the purchase proof from them but unfortunately no attempt to solve my issue was made. I was desperate and ready to just throw away the phone and start over with a new one when I stumbled into T Mobil in Leesburg.Thank you again.👏

Just went in to upgrade one of my lines. First when i walked in one of the employees is outside on the phone smoking, she was a African American women. When i went in another employee, who is in training asked us what we needed and called over the lady that was outside. We try to explain to her what customer service told us about upgrading the phone. She has an attiude, and tell us thats not how it works. And the other employee is trying to give his opinion and she cuts him off. So i just said you know what ill go somewhere else and she comments back ok dont come back. Definitely rather drive to another store than deal with her ever again.

Store use to be ok as sprint. But since the merger and their new employees. When I walked into the store I was greet by the lady and she had told me she would be with me in 3 minutes as she was almost done. This guy came to the front bum rushing me ask what I needed and I said I’m good I’m looking around while she is almost done. He was like oh nah I can take you. Mind you I already saw him with other customers he was still working with.by the time I finished telling what I was doing the lady said she could take me and the guy said no. I didn’t like the fact that I had to now be helped by someone who was already doing other customers while the Lady could have taken me and done the simple work fast. I ended up spending 1hr 30 in the store and didn’t include the data transfer he made me to on my own. Customer service in phone stores had just gone down and nobody can call COVID-19

Terrible store to visit including employees.I went with my father to open two new lines after wasting almost an hour & half ended up with leaving empty handed and since then I have wasted almost 15 hours to resolve the issue In store folks created.

Went in to move from Sprint to T-Mobile today. The employee, Sofiane took about 30 minutes for the person in front of us, who had already called customer service and was directed to pick up a new phone and settle a debt with T-mobile. Sofiane was not able to help him and the customer left without being helped, claiming he would come back the next day when a manager was available. While Sofiane was helping this customer, he called his manager for guidance on what to do, he was at a loss.Then, my parter and I were next to be helped. I needed to settle my debt with Sprint first before being able to get a new phone and join T-mobile, as an addition to my partners line. Sofiane was able to take the credit card and settle the debt but was not able to help us with anything else we were looking to do. He seemed confused the entire time, did not offer options, and we essentially had to guide the entire conversation. He had to call his manager twice, who then told him to call customer care to help him. He had no idea what he was doing and it took over an hour for us to leave empty handed. While we were being helped one customer walked out, knowing the likelihood of him being helped any time soon (or at all) was slim to none. This manager seriously should not leave an employee by himself that has no idea what he is doing. The employee was nice enough but completely incompetent. We came around 630PM, the store closes at 8, around 730PM there were still two customers waiting, before we were helped, they were third in line. All they needed was to drop off a phone and Sofiane told them Well we close at 8 and this will be a while and I cant help you until after them. The two men nodded and continued to stay. Then Sofiane ultimately told us I needed to call customer service to be able to switch over and told my partner that he needed to upgrade if he wanted to add a line. He did not give us the option of me adding a line separately, probably because he had no idea what our options are. Words really dont do justice to how frustrating this experience was, we will be heading to the Ashburn location tomorrow for hopefully better help.

I went in on a very busy Friday night, Brandon and Sofiane we were working with other customers but they were kind enough to make me aware that it would be a wait but that they would help me as soon as they could. Once they were able to take care of my phone issues I learned that they were a person short that night and that Sofiane was in training. I appreciated their honesty and wish people would be KINDER and more understanding. Thank you Brandon and Sofiane for helping me with my new phone!

My experience at this store was excellent and the way customer service is supposed to work but rarely does anymore. I felt like the salesperson (Martha) really cared and took great time and effort to get every little detail of the order correct. She made me feel like a family member and always remembers me and my family whenever I come in. She established a relationship not just for the sale but throughout my contract life with Sprint!!! THIS is what customer service means! Martha is THE best!!!

Corey had given me the best experience at Sprint I’ve ever had; I’ve been a customer since I was 18 and never had such service and in fact for quite some time I felt totally taken advantage of. He totaled up everything to a tee as well as he addressed and corrected issues on my account that I couldn’t get assistance with on the customer service number for YEARS. I felt like I walked into Sprint today. He also got me hip to Sprint Drive.. as a 22 year old Dodge Charger driver I can tell you that I will be signing up soon..

I was there to pick up a phone that I order in store a week ago. No one called to follow up, I guess once they sell you what they want then they dont care.Worst think is that when I went to pick up my phone after I call them that I am coming to pick up, I waited 1 hour. No sense of urgency. Bad bad customer service. Will never go there.Manager was doing unnecessary stuff instead of helping anyone. He should not be allowed to work as an employee.

I went in because my phone quit working and I didnt know how to fix it or get it to turn back on. The sales associate working there, Matt was such a big help and got it working again. My phone is old however and I needed an upgrade because this wasnt the first time my phone had done this. Matt was very passionate and answered all of my questions and helped me get my new phone! Thanks so much Matt!

I would give them negative 10 stars, dont go there, no one has any clue as what they are doing, you will go there every week more than you go to your own home but nothing gets fixed PERIOD.They are bunch of liars and crooks, the guy Raahimi in the store has no knowledge what so any, he doesnt know how to use a smart phone to make even calls, dont know about how to do a contract activate and even charge phones....Stay away to stay out of trouble.

Worst experience EVER!!! I have been with sprint for over 12 years and I have never been so misled. No one in that store on Rt 7 in Leesburg knows what they are doing. It is a circus of immature children playing around and a comedy of errors at MY expense. My monthly bill was over $100 more than they quoted me in store and they lied/misinformed me about return policy so I am now stuck with a phone and line that I do not need!!!!! VERY VERY VERY disappointed in the service I received. I will be leaving sprint as soon as it is possible without it costing me my first born!!! I ended up spending over an hour on the phone with a sprint representative having them help me adjust it down to where i was promised. DONT LISTEN TO THE SUB PAR AND INCORRECT information that the store workers will give you make sure you READ EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Worse managers ever! Upgrading my phone was the biggest hassle ever. From what was supposed to be a quick processes turned into endless hours in the store and not getting call backs from the person whos supposed to be running the store. To a customer rep who knew nothing. And of course all they did was pass the blame to the next guy or say how the person before them messed everything up. Point is they dont know anything. This store is pointless..and not point going to the one at the town center because most of the same idiots work there too. Just stay away from sprint

As the others have said stay away im debating filing a formal complaint with sprint no sense of urgency from the employees i went on Sunday afternoon and waited half an hour for service...once they finished with their customers they told me they could not preform the simple phone swap i needed (which took 10mins online). ...also another customer came in and complained about being misled about the return policy and could not return her case

A bunch of lying sheisty crooks. went in to get a new phone because my original phone was dying off the network and would soon no longer be operational. i was due for an upgrade so ok... i was of course talked into changing my service plan to something less expensive since i wasnt using all of the data associated with it. so...great! a chance to lower my bill.only to find out that i was given a higher data plan which would incur data access fees because of the amount of data that would now be at my disposal. insurance was also added to my devices without my permission.on top of all of that, the actual store visit was ridiculous. one of the guys at the front desk had a serious attitude problem and would not acknowledge me waiting there for someone to help me. the new guy at the desk was giving me information that was useful while his manager kept saying that he didnt know what he was talking about ...while all along, the kid DID know what he was talking about. the manager who was the one that ended up helping me with my transaction spent most of the time flirting with the employees. one of the employees asked if he could get the commission off of my sale which would lead me to wonder if this is the reason for all of the extra charges and excessive fees that showed up contrary to what the guys was telling me.unfortunately this is the only store that is close to me that does services and repairs :/

The absolute worst service. Broken phone, which they tested and agreed was broken. Turned us away, told us to come back the next day. It took us an hour to get there, we live 25 miles away and they are the nearest Sprint store that does repairs. Told us to call the next day and ask for Matt because the guy helping us was not working the next day. Called and asked for Matt, Matt hands to the phone to the guy who turned us away (oh, hi, liar, you were working the next day). The guy tells us he did an AE. Told to wait 2-3 days for phone to come in. Waited 9 business days and no phone came in. Called today and was told there is NO AE ticket and to come in. Unacceptable. I will be demanding a refund for the service we paid to Sprint for 10 calendar days that we did not receive on account of these awful, incompetent people. DO not use their store! Go to 1 Loudoun or Waxpool/Rte 28 instead.
