Love this place ! I havent had to pawn anything but as a customer they have been fantastic! Even when I hear them dealing with people pawning they seem to be incredibly kind and understanding, I had to return an item but was so happy with how I was treated I turned around and picked up something else.... Then went back 2 days later for more browsing and still got something!I love them theyre honest as far as I can tell!I will always return!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the selection of new and used games was impressive. Sales associates not only made good, persuasive arguments for their upsales, but also were not pushy about it. This was easily one of the best GameStop locations that Ive had experience with.

Walmart beat GameStop pricesby $15 to $65 your just better off going on Amazon they are alot cheeper...

I bought mario kart 8 brand new and didnt like it because everything is unlocked..theres no challenge. so i went to take it back the same day..id say 30 min after i bought it to trade it for a different game. the cashier said. i couldnt trade it for a different game and he can only do store credit which was 27 dollars..i paid 65$ after tax for the game..so i said lemme get cash back. that went down to 21 dollars. I FEEL LIKE IVE BEEN STOLEN FROM AND RIPPED OFF!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GAMESTOP!! THEY WILL DO THIS TO ANYONE!!

The staff were great to talk to. It was a clean and put together place. I went with a friend to grab some video games for his new Switch. The recommendations were great and he ended up getting Breath of the Wild and one of the Mario games. The merch was fun to look at. They had this crazy Star Wars waffle iron and it made me laugh. It was a nice place to visit. Stop by Tijuana Flats if you want some gamer food to go along with your new loot.

They had no good Nintendo switch pro controllers, but its still a good shop with merch in stock and a friendly cashier. I got a physical FF7 remake copy for half off which was great, and a cute animal crossing switch case.

Great selection of video games and equipment. Customer service was on point but was a little overdone especially as I was in a hurry to try to get out LOL.

They sold me a defective used battery pack for Xbox one controller charged it all day and night and it dosent turn the controller on not thinking anything of it I go to return it for another and they tell me I’m out of luck because I lost me recite even thoe I was there less than 24 hours they don’t seem like the wanna help gamers just use them

We had one of her kids from the homeless shelter break his Nintendo switch after only having it for two weeks. He received for Christmas and was devastated... Upon entering the store I spoke to Angie and Chris and after looking it over and testing a few things, without hesitation they agreed to replace the system because it was still under the 30 day warranty. Even though the system was severely damaged due to a fall from one of our kids they still chose to display grace and compassion with our situation. Honestly I was totally taken back by the fact that they replace it and had no expectation upon walking in that it would be replaced. I had already called Nintendo and potentially set up a return to see if they would cover the six as well due to the system now system not charging any longer. This was going to be a pretty grueling process which though I was prepared to go through was quite relieved when Angie and Chris took it upon themselves to replace the entire system with all of its contents. This was not only one of my best experiences with a gaming store, but hands-down my best experience with any store period as far as customer service. I never felt uncomfortable or awkward because of the situation, and I would surely go here for any gaming need moving forward!! Angie and Chris you deserve five stars for your efforts and I cannot thank you enough for your time and willingness to offer the best support possible!

I love it everytime I go in they always welcome you at home. They always ask if I need help looking for anything. They have great attitude and amazing work ethics. The people there do a great job and provide great service. Very satisfying.

Came in for a game on an old system, ended up with three for what I expected to pay for the one.

The manager is so great with everyone. I have been there multiple times and on my most recent visit. He was so generous with some customers looking to return and exchange items. Great customer service its always a pleasure to go there.

To be honest in my experience there has always been better customer service and guest engagement at the Mt Dora one. If you can you are better off going there.

Usually very friendly staff, good selection of games and merchandise now that they have ThinkGeek inventory. The parking is rather limited given the stores location, and they switch staff out so often between stores you never know who youre going to get, but otherwise a great experience.

Had exactly what I wanted, Fallout 4 GOTY. At $60 for the game and all dlcs it was a good deal.

I traded games in for store credit they were very helpful friendly and knowledgeable the store was clean I will definitely return in the future 😁

My husband and I go here for all our gaming needs. It always has allot of games in stock and u can also pre-order new games coming out soon. They have great collectibles to for my husbands man cave 😀

Great place for gamers or anime fand

Well as we all know its gamestop most of the things in there are very overpriced even the preowned. The only time game stops good is if you looking for an older game.

Went to Leesburg GameStop to sell a couple used video games. I was in and out of there with the cash within 10 min.

Gamestop has always been my sons go to place for anything gaming related. Although we have bought several consoles from Best Buy because a slightly better deal at the time, Gamestop is consistantly a good choice for all video games. The xtra game related collectibles and merch are also great. My son has a lot of it all. Friendly, helpful staff that are gamers themselves have been wonderful over the years. Highly recommended!!!

Ive been to this gamestop a few times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is also always very clean and doesnt suffer from the musty smell gamestops sometimes do. I think Ill be making this my primary gamestop!

Not very helpful, when I explained I live I Bushnell I was still recommended to go to Orange County when clearly Brooksville is closer on their map, & I asked about their Brooksville location. Which had what I was looking for. (Orange County did not)
