Great consumer service and very fast at an affordable price!Took my phone in for repairs after water damage broke the charging port. They were very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a day so they could order the necessary part, but when I brought my phone back they got it fixed in just a hour! Definitely will go back if I have any other problems and recommend them to anybody having tech problems!

I’ve been at this place several times. The service is great. Today I broke my phones screen, at an unfortunate time considering I had to leave for vacation 2 hours after it happened. However, after I came to PCM, my phones screen was fixed both at a very nice and affordable price, and also very quickly, in only 45 minutes. I thought I’d have to wait until I got back from vacation to get my phone back, but instead I got it back in 45 minutes! It’s great. I ended up also adding a battery fix, which was also affordable and didn’t make the wait longer. The guy working there was also very nice, and wanted to make sure I got my phone fixed and was very helpful in letting me know the wait time and prices and such. Overall, I would highly recommend going here to get a device fixed. The service is great, the speed is efficient, and the pricing is much better than any other places I’ve visited before.

This place is great. I came in with a broken gaming laptop with a corrupted solid state drive, and Mr.GV was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a day due to the magnitude of the issue. I for sure will be coming back for any type of issue I have with any of my devices in the future.

GV, you are the best friend of mine from today. Here is the story: I went to this PC mobile to fix my iphone speaker, 15-20 days ago. GV fixed it and ask me if this sounds good, it was improved little bit. But after few days, I found the quality is still not good. So I went to the shop and GV changed it again, without any cost. I have used this company to fix my phone and my gaming laptop twice. They do a great job. In one instance I thought I needed a new fan on the laptop but the technician said that by just cleaning the inside of the laptop he was able to solve the problem and I didnt need a new fan. This impressed me because his honesty and competence cost him money but saved me. Thanks PC Moble.

The guy was friendly and very informed. The woman had a very dismissive attitude. My screen began glitching 30 minutes after being fixed and I received an alert in settings stating that the screen was incorrect. I called back immediately and the woman answered with an uninterested attitude. Weeks later my phone started to glitch badly and it hadn’t been dropped or damaged. I tried calling, no answer. I tried emailing, no response. My phone completely glitched today to the point where everything was green and I could barely see, again hadn’t been dropped nor damaged. I took it to someone today to get fixed and the first thing he asked was if my phone had been fixed recently because the actual screen didn’t look right. I ended up having to pay a lot more simply because the wrong materials were used to fix my phone by PC mobile. I do NOT recommend this place. My experience was a lot different than everyone else that left 5 stars and that’s disappointing because I really wanted to support this business.

Great Customer Service. My Desktop showed the Blue screen of death after an Windows Update and i tried multiple options but couldnt get in. Worried that i am going to lose all my data which was not backed up i went to PC Mobile after reading the reviews and they didnt disappoint. They recovered all my data and gave suggestions on how to get better performance and other tips. Will definitely go to this place for all my Tech needs in future.

Nice folks. Quick work. Good results. Had a couple of iPhones that needed batteries and new charging ports. Everything was in stock. Reasonable prices.

I went to PC mobile to fix my screen, camera, and battery port. Upon returning after an hour, I was told my whole chassis and battery were replaced as well at no extra charge.My phone is basically a brand new phone for the cost of repairing 3 parts and PC Mobile completed this job with a quick turnaround.I would recommend PC Mobile to anyone as they are great at customer service as well as executing the job (and more) they set out to do.

I came in with my front screen completely shattered and phone wouldnt work at all. The front desk man was very helpful and told me he would have it fixed no problem in 1 hour. I was very grateful for that because I was there at 540pm, and the store closes at 7pm but they still took me in a fixed my phone perfectly. I started my first day of work the very next day and was very happy to have a perfectly working phone. Thank you very much for your customer service.

Ive been here twice for issues with my android phone. First time I needed the screen replaced which they did without issue and were even able to get the stylus that went with the phone to function again (it had stopped working on a previous screen replacement at a different repair provider). Everything went well on that visit. Second time I went back was to replace the back panel on the phone. This time things did not go as well. Fingerprint sensor was not working which they were able to fix quickly but I did not realize until later that evening there were other issues with the phone. It would not connect to the Verizon network, nor would it send or receive text message even when connected to wi-fi. After spending a couple of hours on the phone with Verizon to trouble shoot the issue we discovered that the phone did not have the correct SIM card in it. Apparently they removed my SIM card when they did the back replacement and put the wrong SIM card back in it. Not sure how they managed to do that but given I ended up losing over 3 of hours out of my day on the phone with Verizon as a result. Batting .500 is great in baseball but this aint baseball. Not really as impressed with them after that happened.

First the power cord died. Secondly, when trying a new power cord, inadvertently broke the laptop connector! Panic set-in on account the battery is dead and of failing to off load the data in over a year. Within a couple days, P C Mobile had it fixed,,,...and the charges was very reasonable. Excellent service and highly recommendable!

These folks were fantastic when I brought my broken phone screen in for a replacement. Not only was the glass shattered but the sensors had broken as well. Only took them a few hours and it was ready to be picked up, overall price was less than $180 and they were extremely efficient. The tech even put a screen protector on for me and did so fabulously. Moha at PC Mobile provided friendly and professional service when he replaced the logic board on my macbook pro, which now works perfectly. I was lucky to find PC Mobile as it was one of the few shops in my area still open during covid quarantine. Moha diagnosed the issue quickly and he kept me updated when shipping was delayed for the new part (understandable during covid). Moha also kindly disinfected my laptop before I picked it up. All around great experience. I plan to go back to PC Mobile when I need repairs in the future.

This place is Amazing! From beginning to end I received nothing but outstanding service. I went in with a cracked screen and left with a new screen professionally done, everything was done in a timely manner which was key to me. This is definitely a place I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Hands down one of the best tech repair experiences I have ever had. When I went to get my phone repaired, I worked with a sales associate named Tino. He was able to repair my phone for a good price in a reasonable amount of time and he was incredibly helpful. I am seriously never going anywhere else and everyone should know this store exists.

These folks were super friendly and replaced my broken screen on the same day. I dont understand the negative reviews on phones that didnt work after the screen was replaced. I was told there is a 3 month warranty on their work, so just bring it back in. I have had no issues with mine and would not hesitate to use them again (but hope I dont have to!)

Will be contacting the store to ask for a refund for this repair.

These folks are very knowledgeable and helpful. My visit was not about them trying to make as much $$ off me as possible. They genuinely wanted to help and build a positive relationship and reputation in the community.

Cheap, but took forever to get anything accomplished because they never called me back about anything, including things that should have called me back in ten minutes to get the status of my phone repair (because I hadnt heard from them for three days after it was supposed to be done).The front desk people didnt seem to know anything about phone repairs; they told me incorrect things several times that didnt get sorted out until their repair guy came in to work on my phone. Parts took forever to get sent to their store.They cracked the back case of my phone while taking it off to replace a battery. They replaced it free of charge, but never called to tell me when it came in. When the guy replaced it, glue/resin/something was smeared across the back of the phone, including over the camera screen. He worked for ten minutes to try to clean it off, but with only moderate success.When I got home, I realized he had never put the SIM card back into the phone. I called back and he found it and said he put it aside with my name on it. I asked him several times if I could pick it up the next day (Sunday) and he confirmed, and even said the store was open until 7:00. When I went to get the card at 2:00, the store was closed - lights all off.Ive tried calling them numerous times, and if they dont have a person at the desk to answer the phone, it tells me they dont have their voicemail configured. A PC and Mobile phone shop that doesnt have its voicemail configured?So far, theyve eventually fixed all their mistakes without charging me anything extra, but there have been a LOT of oops and goofs, and they have never called me back about anything, even though there were nearly a dozen times (on one repair job) that they should have.Its cheaper than other places, but oh my goodness! Youre getting what you pay for!

This place is great! I was recommended to PC Mobile in Lansdowne by a friend. I went in with a water damaged iPhone 5C and service was quick, friendly and professional. The phone wasn’t salvageable but the staff helped me replace it with an unlocked iPhone 6 for a third of the price I would have paid for it new, and it works like a dream. They also offered to help me get my photos and files off the damaged phone. PC Mobile made a stressful situation easy without any of the frustration which comes with having to go into a Verizon or AT&T store. Huge thanks!

They repaired my iPhone 6s when I ran it through the washing machine. I was then able to do an upload of all my photos to the cloud since I had not done so prior (had to add storage). Then when my phone fizzled out again (because of lingering effects of the washing machine), the team repaired it again at no extra charge, basically providing a warranty that most other places wont do for water-damaged iPhones.

Waste of time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Called in and emailed phone model specs to get my broken screen replaced. Other than the broken screen in the upper corner all other phone functions were working perfect. My phone was only 4 months since I bought it. So Came in to have it replaced and after an hour they are unable to boot up my phone because they did not have a charger. Really? Cell phone repair shop that does not have a phone charger? They told me to take it home to charge and see if it works. I told them to keep it and to get it to work so ended up phoneless for an entire day. I also noticed the front name plate (part of the screen) had different model name than my phone model. Their response was it uses the same screen. OK! Next day I had my phone picked “apparently“ working fine, despite I accepted a different name plate because I needed my phone back. The following day I got a first call I noticed my in ear speaker was not working because I could not hear anything. I restarted it and even did a factory reset but only way to communicate was through speaker phone. End story short since I have a trip overseas I had to buy a new phone because I lost all faith and patience in this repair shop. From my experience I can say my I did not find a solution. Instead I ended up spending on a new phone in addition to the repair fee to have my screen replaced. These guys apparently do not perform quality checks despite they hay the phone for 24 hours (when its normally a 1 to 2 hour job). They used similar screen on my phone because it was compatible but not my phone model specific screen plate despite I send them th specs ahead of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I took my Motorola phone to these folks to have the battery replaced. The battery I acquired on the internet was the wrong battery so I asked him to put the original back in until he could get one from his supplier. The battery I had would work but would not hold a charge for long. he replaced it and the phone was never the same again. When a phone call came in the screen would go black. I could not enter any numbers as when I hit one the wrong number would be entered. He sent my phone to a lab and when it came back, not much had changed, The new battery still ran down too quickly and when a phone call came in the screen went black. I was charged $122 for the new battery and the work done by the lab. I would not trust these guys to change a tire.

I loved the experience and they helped me out. I was in tuff situation. I was still able to keep my phone and get a new number. I don’t know what we would of done with out them.

I was directed to the Lansdowne PC Mobile by an employee of my cell carrier. Id come in because my location services were no longer working and my wi-fi reception had become spotty. After determining that it was a hardware problem, the technician advised me to take it to PC Mobile which was GOOD advice. My phone was in and out within an hour, it cost exactly what it was supposed to cost, and my phone is good as new. The store was clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and I will absolutely be going back there for my electronic repair needs in the future.

I’d love to report that my phone was fixed, except when we picked it up it had 0 charge so we couldn’t check. We were told “Well, you can just charge it at home and then check if it works”. Seems like minimum effort to get a customers repaired phone charged at least enough to turn on wouldn’t be too much.

They fixed my sons ipod professionally. I had tried several places but all repair shops refused as it is a discontinued model. This place not only agreed to repair but also did an excellent job. There is not a single mark on the iPod to tell that it was opened.
