During an inspection they impact drilled the wrong sizeLug nuts onto my rear tires, stripping the studs and causing one to break when I attempted to remove it. When I approached them about the issue, they refused to take responsibility and recommended I pay $500 for them to replace the studs, which of course now would not pass inspection. Not sure how they “passed” inspection the first time, or why they didn’t notify me of the lug nuts being the wrong size instead of forcing them on and making the problem much worse. I will not come back here and do not recommend Mr. Tire.

The team at Mr. Tire is TOP NOTCH! You can tell they care about their customers and their community reputation. They went above and beyond with my tire install at an unbeatable price.What’s more, my Tire Pressure sensor had an issue a few days after install. Steve and Joel stayed late on a Sunday evening to fix my sensors and were nothing but polite, kind, and professional the whole time. In Northern VA this type of quality and service is RARE! This location used to be Currys Auto Service, and those guys were so much better. Ever since the change, the service has tanked. Ive brought Mr. Tire so much business between 4 cars I have - but unfortunately as of today it will be my last. I needed a track inspection done that was always done complimentary in the past - today I was told that it would be at least 1 hour wait and there would be charge. I said ok, no problem. I took time off from work and waited an hour to be told that they dont do this anymore! Im done with Mr. Tire.

Excellent service! Got a nail in my tire. Arrived at this location and was treated with prompt and excellent service even though it was near closing time. Pretty much the best place in nova..I have seen exotic cars to old beaters in the shop. People trust these guys and ao should you. Mechanics are seasoned..I take my diesels to them for all work. They are very busy though, so try to get an appointment or come very early

Mr Tire treated me well earlier this week. I drove into Leesburg from out of town and had picked up a piece of road debris in the side wall of a rear tire that required replacement. They gave me a good price and even gave me a ride to my destination so I wouldnt be late. Much appreciated.

Had a situation recently where they were able to find me a set of tires in a real hurry and get them on immediately. I am very grateful they got me back on the road. I went there to get an inspection and emission for my vehicle and they told me that i needed to change the breaks and just kept telling me to change stuff for my car just to charge you more. They did an absolute bad job my breaks are worse than before and they didnt even do an emission for the car. (They dont care about their costumers they care about money)Not recommended 👍🏼

My name is Muhammad Ali Shazad Assistant store manager currently working Employee ID (077881). As of July 12, 2020, I clocked in at 8:04 am in the Mr tire uniform, Where I was informed that two of our technicians( State inspectors) called off work. I was a bit injured from my upper back and had some soreness. Was told not to take in any state inspections for the day, I started working as my usual line of work. I wrote some tickets and made some sales. I was asked by the store manager to transfer two cars to other store locations; which were forty minutes from the store, due to the techs being absent. I did as directed and dropped the vehicles at the right locations. On my way, I was told to go with the company driver (Nadeem) back to my store; we made some stops at ATD (AMERICAN TIRE DISTRIBUTOR) to pick up tires for three different tire locations. As we head back to my main store the driver continuously smoked cigarettes, and I felt very ill and uncomfortable but did not complain, the seat was moved all the way forward because of the number of tires in the van, I was afraid of the vehicle getting into a collision, my life would be at stake!! Once I reached the store alive from the horrific drive!! I had lunch with my fellow employees, Then I was directed again to transfer more vehicles to the gas stations to get state inspections and different stores for alignment. Due to the amount of heat and some cars ac not working, I removed my long sleeve thick fabric tee shirt, I felt a bit dizzy and was a bit fazed from the amount of heat outside, I had my undershirt on. I did not want my uniform shirt to get wet from the amount of sweat I generated and I did not want to have a bad smell until I got back to the store. When I finally reached the store after all the chaos and driving the vehicles around, I went to place the keys into the key box where I was told. Then the store manager told me the district manager wanted to see me. While the district manager ( Zeeshan) was in a meeting, He aimed at me inappropriately and called me out on my uniform, as I tried to explain calmly why I was not wearing my long sleeve shirt, Ali I will get more sick and my uniform is in the car I was getting right to it when I placed the keys but you called me here to have a conversation but anyways the reason I removed the shirt, the heat was bothering and it had me a bit dizzy. Zeeshawn pointed at his own shirt, which he wasnt wearing the right uniform even for business casual, Told me to clock out and directed me to go home and clock out to think about it. I told him I dont want to work here and I gave him my shirt as he tortured me mentally with his statements.Honestly, this is not the first time this has happened Zeeshawn continuously harrases the employees at Mr. tire but everyone is too afraid to stand up for themselves because he threatens to take our job. Employees such as Tracy master tech are being harassed by Zeeshwan and employees such as Bilal Ahmed service manager, and Huss Williams Master tech. He speaks to us like animals!!!!!! uses vulgar, foul language and calls them late at night shouting why work is not being done. The store is short on techs and they for some reason cant hire more general service techs, store manager takes in work and makes false promises when their car will be ready, We have to stay late almost every day to finish work which cant be handled for the number of techs in the building, you guys can ask the other employes of how they are being harassed, I hope they can stand up for themselves and we can have some justice! so sad to see where corporate rules cant be followed by the district manager, thats why everything has been going downhill. I am a car enthusiast and love working with cars but after working here, I feel like a slave working at this store!! its 2021 we should not be treated like the early 1900s. Many customers leave unhappy cuz of the cheapest quality service.

I have been going to Mr. Tire for more than 10 years and everyone has always been nice and trustworthy. They recommend things for my vehicle, but never push me to buy. I notice a change in the staff lately, but for the last 2 times, I have dealt with the lady at the front counter and she is always so friendly. The techs there are all amazing and courteous.

My car broke down while traveling. They were able to get me on the road quickly and helped me save money. Greatly appreciate the entire staff!

I had the absolute best service experience ever working with Mr. GEO! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and I had some other issues on my vehicle that I didn’t even know about! Mr. Geo was very nice and explained everything in detail to me, I was so thankful! I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to go see him.

As a result of this experience and a subsequent experience with a different vehicle a few days later, I have decided these were my last visits to this location of Mr. Tire.

This place is a complete rip off! I Took my car here for annual safety inspection. They came back with $2,200 in repairs including timing belt, spark plugs, alignment and front lower control arms.This is a meticulously maintained car and some of the repairs they mentioned had been completely recently. They clearly made up some of those repairs! The lady at the front desk acted disappointed when I denied the repairs. They really thought I would buy into their scam.I took it to a better reputed shop next day and the car passed inspection without any issues.Some other things I noticed while there.- Some folks where hanging out in the shop without masks and even talking to customers without masks- The guy who brought my car out was vaping while driving my car! And obviously no mask!Avoid this place at all cost.

Told me to come in when I called and told them i needed a plug for my tire. When I came in the guy complained and said he already plugged 3 tires. then he said it would take 30-45 min. 2 hours later and watching customers come after me and get serviced before me. 2 hours for a tire plug is ridiculous.

Amazing service! They took care of my Jeep with the usual service plus a lift/tire install! Looks fantastic! The staff and service are extremely professional and courteous. All business must make money to stay afloat however they are very reliable and want repeat business rather than the typical “gouging” that come from many shops. I will definitely continue coming back!

My 2 experiences so far with this shop in just 2 weeks were exceedingly positive. They did a great job on the work and at a good price. I was shocked that they beat Costcos price on tires. The staff did a good job advising me of work that needed to be done and getting me in and out in a very timely manner when I scheduled my work. Great job!

Bad experience. Overpriced. Poor customer service from the woman behind the counter. My car pulls to the right now (it didn’t before), and they wanted to charge me $1200 to replace all my rotors, brake pads, and calipers - WITHOUT DOING ANY INSPECTION. They will try to rip you off, go somewhere else.They didn’t do the “courtesy” inspection at all. And they put my lugs on so tight that my specialized key just snapped trying to undo the first lugnut.Never returning to this shop. If you have money to throw away, you’ll love this place.

Got their late afternoon for oil change service.They welcome me and get me out quickly.Very friendly service and have nice waiting area with free wifi and coffee.They following all covid 19 protocols, sanitize the waiting area as well.Also offered me free alignment check and free brake inspection.Next time i am coming here for state safety inspection and emission inspections, whats the point for going to gas station and waiting for long to get inspection done. This place is offering all safety inspections while you can sit in waiting room and use free wifi and enjoy a free cup of coffee for the price you pay at gas station.

Today I had a flat tire because of nail on my 15K miles 2018 toyota highlander. Service person told to replace both rear tires which cost around$700 plus.for a second thought I enquired with costco and they fixed the tire without replacement.save some money.

I had a really good experience my first time going here. I was told earlier in the year that I was getting close to needing new front tires, so I went in to see what they had to offer. After initially picking out two new front tires, Bob and Aaron took a look and determined I really only needed one tire for the time being. They quickly helped me find which tire I already had on the car, to match it.I ordered it from the store around 6pm on friday night, and they were able to get it delivered early the next day. Mina was very helpful in ordering the tire and taking care of everything else I needed to get done (alignment, oil, state and emissions inspection, etc.) Everyone was very friendly and everything was done within 24 hours. Definitely going to come back!

This is my new go-to tire shop. Ive never experienced such great customer service before. Most tire shops dont really care to leave you with a great experience. Here, its very welcoming and easy to speak with the service team. Joey, the manager, will work with you to get you the best deal possible. I got a quote from Costco and he beat it. I thought Costco was the place to go, but Joey was able to beat their price and get it done much quicker. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve been bringing several of my vehicles here for a while, they’re open later than most shops so it’s convenient, but also the people here don’t give that odd vibe much like other places do. I got my tires changed today and the process went so smooth, I even spoke to the technician doing my tires; they had me in and out in no time. Today’s experience alone was enough for me to get on here and tell y’all that they’re a 5 star business.

This is my first time here and Joey and Mina were awesome! They had a complete brake repair completed in less than 3 hrs after I called in the same day. I have had my car repaired in places all over the country (we have been moving with the military) and their prices are right on par with the best value. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to take care of my smoky brake problem.

I brought my vehicle in for brakes based on what another shop had said. They took me right in and checked the brakes for me, but my brakes were still good. It helps to get a second opinion sometimes, they could have easily said I needed brakes, but they were trustworthy. The staff is very nice. Today was my first day that my car needed service, ever since I moved from Sarasota, Florida to Leesburg, Virginia. I dealt with Miraj. MIRAJ PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Initially, all I needed was an oil change, an oil filter change, and an engine check. However, after that job was completed, the technician informed me that I also needed a transmission fluid change and an air filter change, and as I drive for Uber, my car has to be running in top condition!! Went in for regular service on my truck. What a great experience! A great guy by the name of Irvin assisted me with the whole process. He was a great guy. He was also very knowledgable and sincere on what my car needed done.I know a decent bit about cars, but I just dont have the time to work on the maintenance myself. Happy with my experience in getting an alignment! My old truck needed a bit of extra work along with the alignment, and the team was very helpful and informative about the process. I do a fair bit of mechanical work myself, but its nice to know theres a good shop just down the road too!

Well, I called Mr. Tire on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020 as I needed a State Inspection, oil change and headlamp replacement; my appointment was set for Thursday, Jan 23, 2020 at 7:30 am. I told the gentleman I would drop my car off between Wednesday evening to early Thursday morning. I dropped it off at 5:15 am Thursday morning. My daughter dropped me off at 6:20 pm Thursday evening and my car had not been touched. The front desk person, Rodney, neglected to check the night key drop box. However, Joe, sprang into action, and all I had required was accomplished while I waited. Joe is phenomenal and really knows what customer service is all about. I have been with Mr. Tire, before it was Mr. Tire and my daughters and mother were/are also customers. Yes, sometimes things happen, however... if you keep Joe there, no question I will return. There are others at that front desk who can and should take notes on customer service, their attitudes and attentiveness.

Im impressed at the customer service you get at this Mr. Tire location. My wife took her car there to get a quote for four tires after being told by a dealership service center that she needed four tires. A Mr. Tire employee told her she only needed two tires. I visited this location in January 2020 for new tires. Joey was very patient and helpful in answering my questions and recommending tires that fit my situation (end of lease later in 2020). I ran over a bolt on my day off and came by Mr. Tire to see if I could get it fixed. Joey told me they’d get everything handle as soon as possible. Very good customer service by Damon and the guys. They suggested ways to save money in the short term and long term with tons of personality thrown in for good measure. For many years we have dreaded taking our car in to anyone here within our area. We have always felt like we were being charged more for things, told stuff was wrong that wasnt or had something go wrong with our car within a month of being at through shop. I can honestly say that we feel like we have found our car care center. Dont let the little shop fool you. They can do the basic needs of Emissions, State Inspection and oil changes but they could also handle my older foreign car and it didnt cost me a fortune. I felt like they were fair, they took time to explain and didnt speak down to me. Wrote will definately continue to use them moving forward. Great work Mr. Tire!!!! Thank you all.

I took my car in for a diagnostic due to a check engine light. Joey the manager was very straight forward with me and rather than try and upsell me on services or things I didnt need he told me exactly what it is and it turned out it was something I was able to fix myself!He and the other staff are friendly and they seem to do business the right way so I will be bringing him my car for any future needs and as long as Joey is there I will a customer of this location.I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an honest upfront diagnosis for vehicle issues without the nonsense. I stopped by this morning @ opening to inquire about getting a state inspection and oil change. I also asked if it would it be possible to have this work done within 2 hours as I had another appointment. The older man at the counter responded back with a patronizing laugh and said, “That isn’t happening.” I don’t appreciate his rude response to my question. Apparently this business is not interested in gaining new, loyal customers. Would I ever give them my business in the future? To quote the employee, “That isn’t happening.”

Mina was very helpful when i had my crossover in for service. she was very patient with me and kept a great conversation when i arrived to pick up the car. the tech was also great, at the end of changing my brake system, he test drove it and found it still needed some adjustments and was able to take care of what was needed. great place to get service done for a reasonable price.

Mina absolutely SAVED my butt. She got me an amazing deal and was so sweet the whole time. The whole crew is so great but she is especially awesome. HIGHLY recommend. I blew a tire an hour from closing and got there and they fixed it up and stayed open late to do it. They rock.

Ive been going here for the past 3 years, from the decline of my 2012 Ford Fusion to the upkeep of my 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid. Mina and the techs underneath her know what they are doing. I never have to worry about car issues and if they ever arise, I also dont have to worry about being gouged a crazy ticket to have it serviced. If I didnt know go through these guys, I have no idea how I wouldve made it this far with my automobiles.If you are in the market looking for the right person to release the stress and burden of having to maintain your everyday vehicle; stop scrolling and give them a call. you all not regret it!

Mina is Awesome!Dropped off Toyota Highlander for some brake and strut issues, and within 30 minutes she had a diagnosis of the problems and a solutions. I was expecting longer on a busy Saturday, but Mina and her customer service team and certified technicians were on top of it. I rolled out sooner than expected with my car running and driving great, and still half the day left to relax. Move over Rodney and Damien, Minas the new sheriff in town!

Bob, Rodney, and Mina helped me more than i could have imagined. I was desperate to get new tires, but of coarse money is tight. They worked with me down every detail of what my car needs with the amount i drive, and makes it affordable. By far the best service ive ever had. Highly recommended location, very friendly, and they care about their customers.

My cars exhaust was rattling and Mr. Tire did an excellent job taking care of the problem promptly (as they always have and do). The gentleman who worked on my car was Joey and he provided exceptional service and thoroughly explained the issue to me. His positive attitude and amazing service further reinforced my trust in Mr. Tire. The rest of the staff were also great as always. Greeting me as I walked in and when I left and ensuring I was satisfied with my experience. I never take my car anywhere else for service. Its always a great delight and pleasant experience doing business with these wonderful people. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Usually wont do that buy stealing money is a bad thing,I dont like thatw mechanics have thebthe power againstwagainst unknowledgeable people,changedIchanged my wipes as well my tires,the week after i went to do inspection for my car and figure out that they never changed it when I came back to them they offered me store credit?! .As well a week after the oil change my check engine light turns on(2014 dodge caravan,less then 40000 miles on it) i belive they broke something while changing the oil I will check it and edit my post asap .Will never go back there or recommend anyone to.

I came in in a bit of a bind. Had a huge staple in my tire that caused a flat and have to leave the area tomorrow. Mina and Bob helped me with my predicament and got me an appointment to get new tires put on (they informed me my car had the wrong size on top of the flat not being able to be patched). They understood my time and financial constraints and helped me every which way they could by getting me in as soon as possible, helped me sign up for the drive card, and giving me a great price. They were both very nice, considerate, and understanding, and made my situation a lot easier to deal with! I definitely recommend going here!
