I have been going here for years and find their service reliable and they stand behind their repairs. They have even told me not to fix oil leaks because theyre small and my car is old and it would cost more money than its worth. I rely on them to keep my car going and will continue to do so!

They were tricky with the price quote!!!. She left out cost of parts, taxes, and told me that I had already paid for the first portion of that final quote. The actual bill was 30.6% MORE! She denied giving me the wrong quote, but I saw the subtotal she gave me. I wont be going back.Actual work seems good, car running better.

Pedro and his team have been taking care of our family’s cars for almost a decade. Prices are fair. Work is outstanding. He has never charged us for a repair we did not need. Highly recommend.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOU CARS HERE!!!!!!!! I had a huge service done here. It was huge mistake to bring it here. They took toooo long to repair my car. They left my tensioner and bolt loose on my altenator, they broke my hood latch. Had to take it to another shop b/c it was making a weird noise! Unprofessional, Unskilled mechanics, Rude! Take you car elsewhere please!!!!!!!

Please Dont bring your cars here!Unprofessional, No communication, dirtytook my car there and they end up getting grease on my carpet, left a scratch on my hood, and broke my plastic latch.They didnt even fix my check engine light.

I love Leesburg Auto Service! I am new to the area and thought I would have a hard time finding a mechanic. Pedro and his staff are God sent! I completely trust them, and they do an excellent job!

I highly recommend Leesburg Auto Service. Pedro is very knowledgeable about cars and he charges fairly. My mother has gone to this garage and she did not get cheated or over charged. I go to Pedro for everything relating to my car. I live in Sterling and I still travel to Leesburg for maintenance. If you find a good mechanic, stay with him. Pedro is a good mechanic.

Love this place!! My dad has been coming here for a while and I used to go to VA Tire & Auto and now I know why my dad was right. Pedro is a real mechanic and a real customer first type of person. He found out what was wrong with my car and fixed the issue for under $400. To give you perspective..... VA Tire & Auto was going to charge me $2,000+ AND they did not confirm they knew where the issue with my car was. Im going to Leesburg Auto Service and Pedro from now on!

Great people, great place to have you car worked on. As of 01/22/2017 their hourly labor rate is $76. That is vary affordable they dont try to rip you off like the other places in town they are over $100 an hour labor rate. And theyre fast too they did the timing belts on my car in just a day.

HORRIBLE place! DO NOT GO THERE.We were recommended this place by a gas station. After taken our car there and paying 3x of what other places would have charged we found out they installed old parts (we took the new piece) and did not replace what they told us.In fact, we had to take it back 9 times (not kidding) because the problem was not fixed at all and we had paid over $1500. Each time we picked up the car it was very filthy -pieces of chocolate, bread crumbs, stains, etc. (our car is light beige on the inside) regardless of how much I complained.They also broke the inside light which had three facets, denied it, got angry, and refused to fix it. A year later, we found out they had tampered with our car very unsafely. We met two other people with similar stories regarding this place.They are liars, they wont fix what they say, overcharge completely and refuse to fix the things they break.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Worst experience!

Pedro is the best and most reasonable mechanic around. I had him do a full brake job after having to get them done annually with other local mechanics. Pedros job is still good 4 years later. The others must have used cheap incompatible parts. His price was also 1/3 less.Dont bother with the other shops in town.

This is my go-to place for good auto service at a reasonable price. The owners are very nice and honest people.

So i used to go to Plaza shell.. and I found Pedro on Eddies great recommendation... Now I wont go anywhere else... Id say theyre some of the best mechanics in Leesburg here. they work on diesels too ... Pedro and his son own a shop here and also in purcellville. If you come I doubt youll be disappointed.. Adella the receptionist is super friendly and you always feel welcome.. Pedro is a mechanic whos going to work with you to get you a fair price and wont over charge you or do repairs you dont need.. I wont take my cars anywhere else but here.. they also have a night drop off box so you can drop off youre car after theyre closed... What a great service center!! 10/10

Not happy at all, I took my car because I went to Shell gas station and my car failed emmisions. This place came highly recommended by them. I paid $566 for repairs. Engine light comes on a day later and the tell me me it will be another $863 to fix knock sensors. Why didnt they find that before? As a woman I feel like I was ripped off. I wish I would have read the other reviews!

Great service, very cooperative for some of my uncommon work such as trailers, rvs. I have been very happy with using them and recommend them. They fix things right, and prices are reasonable. They could use a little more parking though! They have a 2nd facility with same mechanis in Purcelleville if closer to your home.

Very bad service

I had a warranty on my vehicle that wouldnt start, but since I thought it would be an easy fix I decided to take it to this more conveniently located garage. I ended up paying $1,200 in repairs after they found an issue with the transmission. The day after I got it back the transmission was still slipping. I took it back to the garage and they told me it needed to be replaced completely. (Ok, why did I pay you $1,200 then?) So now I take it to the dealership to use my warranty and they said due to the shoddy work done by LEESBURG AUTO SERVICE, that my claim is denied. So now Im out the $1,200 to the garage and $5,200 for a new transmission. These guys are terrible!!!!

Took an older overheating car in. Told me I had to replace part of it to fix it. Paid more then what car was worth at the time. They then told me it was fixed. Had to bring back a few days later and they told me now additional repairs would be needed, that it wasnt the first thing they fixed only. Needless to say at this point I had spent more on the car then it was worth.
