Very professional experience all around. The car was fairly priced online and was the price I paid for it. No price gimmicks. My salesman Patrice was very helpful calling me back, sending me extra pictures, etc. He even was able to find the 2nd key long after I left dealership. Oh by the way, the car looks and runs great.. Dont waste your time like I did . Talked to Patrice and his boss on the phone several times, I wanted to put a deposit on brand new vehicle .They said NO . Must be done in person right on the spot. OK...3 hour 30 min drive ..I wanted that 2022 Sienna.. On Sat I made an appointment with Patrice, received e-mail confirmation, drove there for 1 hour ..received phone call from his manager ( to make sure Im on the way), 15 min prior to arrive received another phone call from GM ... the vehicle is already reserved for somebody else.. Have a good Day .. I never seen stuff like that in my life ..I put 1 star because there is no options put 0 .

It was my first time buying a car and the staff there--especially Jonathan, who walked us through everything, and Bill who just took time to chat while we were waiting!--made everything comfortable and as easy as possible. They really went above and beyond to help sort through some of the challenges of the current supply chain shortages and helped us find the perfect car for our needs.
Overall had a great experience. Salesman was phenomenal and had good communication prior to me getting to the dealership. If there was any downside to the experience, it would have been the waiting time to sit down with the finance manager. Otherwise, everyone I dealt with was very professional and informative.

I thought I had a great buying experience and it was. Now just a little over 2 months later I am 8hrs from home. It hasnt been 90 days since I purchased and the vehicle has shut off on me twice and wouldnt start once. I also purchased the extended warranty as well. I have called and left messages and no one wants to do anything or help. I am super annoyed. I never had issues with my 2012 camry they wanted to purchase from me and thought I was getting a good deal but the 2018 highlander has been nothing but trouble. I am super frustrated and thought I was getting a dependable vehicle. Here I sit 8hrs from home and had to take it to local dealer and get battery and cant even figure out if warranty covers or even get anyone to answer me. Do not recommend them. They are awesome when buying but once sale is done they want to pass it to someone else and give you the run around. Not good customer service in my opinion. I knew I shouldnt have rushed into it and done some research. Now Im stuck!

This Leesburg dealership has improved a lot in the quality department. I had a 10k maintenance service last week and received a great service from them. It was very smooth and professional. The facility itself is quite busy but clean and fresh. I enjoyed waiting there and watching EURO 2021 while having a cup of coffee.
My daughter purchased a used 2014 Jeep from AutoNation this spring. It ran fine at first. Then we got the oil changed and the engine started to knock. After trying a few things, we took it to a repair shop. It just cost $1200 for the repair. The bearings in the engine had went bad and the entire cam on one side of the engine had to be replaced. The shop saved the parts, so we could see the extreme damage and wear that was there for a very long time. It was covered up before we purchased the vehicle by putting heavy oil in. This dealer is deceptive and took advantage of our teenage daughter. I will never do any kind of business with them again. Happy to post my name to this, they are the ones who should be ashamed of themselves! BUYER BEWARE!!

I had a routine service appointment this week, along with a special request for personal assistance with my GPS, which I have always found challenging. My “service” person greeted me with “Why don’t you read the manual?” Oh my. The techs had to reboot my system, then they told me to go the-enter my password and try to do it myself! This was NOT the help I had requested. This was patronizing and rude. Now what? I suppose I have to take the car to Verizon for assistance? I did not buy the car from Verizon!
I was looking for a Toyota Camry and Mr. Salek at AutoNation Toyota made it super easy for me. He sent me the photos of the car he had in stock. That same afternoon I took a test drive and bought it on the spot. Great price and no hassle transaction. He wasnt pushy about selling me extra accessories. He stayed late until the car was prepared and walked me through some of the features.
I got a used camry here, and its been solid. Overall people were friendly and reasonable and the prices was good. Im a bit of a stickler but overall was happy with my experience. I could tell they were quite busy but it wasnt bad.Patrice was a good too.
I have been using Auto Nation Leesburg Toyota for many years. My experience has been wonderful, the staff treat you like family. Ive been using Brian as my Advisor for many years too. He will explain what needs to be done he also takes the time to tell you what doesnt need to be addressed at the time. The prices are great, the staff is great, the service is wonderful and fast.
We are literally waiting here still waiting for a diagnosis that was scheduled for 11am dropped off and its 2hours and still no diagnosis! Tech finally comes over and says if we had said we were waiting then they would actually pay attention to our car and get a diagnosis sooner. I have been at Toyota dealership in Bethesda and Silver spring and they are NOT this slow. We are wasting our Saturday with this slow service and poor planning.For a Saturday, they only have one guy who seems to be handling the service desk, moving the car and coordinating everything. Not worth it here.Update: we were able to be done around 2:30pm.
I had a great experience at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg dealership recently. Mr. Jonathan Milbourn is very nice, responsible, and professional to help me to get new Corolla within several days. I am not car expert but I feel very comfortable during my car shopping at Auto Nation since Jonathan is very patient to answer my questions (I admit some of them are very silly). I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Leesburg if you want to get a new car.
Been to Toyota Leesburg twice, disappointed twice.The first time, I went to see a car that I saw on their website. They said it was not available, and I postponed it for later.A few days later I got calls from them 3-4 times, asked me to come to see the car, but then after I arrived at Leesburg to see the car, they said its not ready and theyre not gonna sell it, because the car has some issues. Why would they call me to come for nothing?! So ridiculous!Furthermore, I am very disappointed with one of their sales representative. He did not just ruin the feeling of purchase a car, I felt discriminated against!I will never go to Toyota Leesburg again!And would not recommend it to anyone!
Car is on lease so 10K check was free. I gave a service rep my keys and told him I would wait. He said it would take about 2 hours. The waiting area was comfortable, and the coffee good and plentiful. The only problem was a woman in the waiting area who talked loudly and long on her cell phone, disturbing me and everyone around her. Two and half hours later, someone called my name and asked me to report to the cashier. I did. I was handed a sheet showing the work that had been done at no charge. I signed at the bottom and left. No muss, no fuss. Good experience.
The PSI sensor on one tire came on. I was near to AutoNation so stopped in to see why the one sensor was reporting...there was a nail in the tire. I really like that it was found this way instead of walking out and finding a flat. They put in a plug and I was ready to go. Great!
Fantastic customer service. I took my car there for service and the part took quite a while to come in. The service tech, Justin E., kept me informed and gave me options. Once the part came the service was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Nation and will continue to give them my business for both sales and service.
The appointment took approximately an hour. The staff was personable and one gentleman helped me work the coffee machine. There was an attempt to have me do a wheel alingnment,the price of which quoted was different. I declined as I thought there was no reason at this time for that to be performed and I kind of resented the effort to add charges to my visit.
Fast reliable service. We have had all work done on our Avalon by Autonation for years.No tricks or extras. I think maybe we had to bring it back once for a leak?But every service or repair has been done perfectly. Our Avalon is 14 years old and never broken down or had any major repairs. So Autonation must be doing something right
This review is specific to the service department. They are constantly overbooked on appointments which doesn’t allow their service reps to spend the appropriate amount of time dealing with each customer. I recently dropped my car off the night before my morning appointment, and after numerous unanswered calls back to the service rep that morning to ask status, never received notification my car was done 5 hours after the appointment. The only reason I knew it was done was because I had to show up in person and ask. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. Then, days later I get a call saying they messed up and didn’t charge me for an oil change so asked that I remit $57 to fix it. It wasn’t my fault in the first place and considering how large of an organization Autonation is, I’m sure $57 is no skin off of their back. Ridiculous. The only representative I have had positive experiences working with is Bryan.
I just purchased my first car yesterday! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I felt a sense of peace that I had not felt at any other dealer I went to. Going into it, I knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for, a 2012 RAV4. The vehicle was still available. We were greeted by Manuel, who gathered my information and took us out for a test drive. I immediately knew this car was for me. I never felt pushed into a sale, I didn’t feel like I was just another “number”, or another dollar sign. I felt like I was someone they genuinely cared about. After the test drive, I decided to move forward with the purchase. Manuel and Jake in finance made the whole process so easy and seamless! They filled the tank for gas with me and even detailed it before I took it home. The previous owners had a dashboard cover on which left a tacky residue on the dash. Autonation is going to reimburse me up to a certain amount so I can buy my own to cover the marks on the dash! For my first car purchase on my own, I could not be happier! I will recommend Autonation to family and friends and will definitely go back!

The tire light came on in my 2020 RAV4. When I arrived (at about 4:15 pm) I had to chase down someone to help me. It turned out there was a nail in my tire. I had to wait for the car so sat outside (with the dog lol) and waited until 6 pm and finally ventured back to the service desk. My car was ready. The service rep apologized saying he was trying to get my car processed but kept getting interrupted. He was nice, thanked me for my patience and checked me out. He assured me that in addition to fixing the tire, my car had been washed and all the fluids checked. When I got into my car, it had not been washed. This is the third time I’ve gone there (oil changes) and been told the car would be washed after the service. It made me wonder if the fluids had been checked as well? I believe they are short of staff and unable to do the extra service but would appreciate honesty in this area.
Making an appointment was pleasant, convenient and easy. Justin and Kristin explained what the 25,000 mile check involved. The service techs went the extra mile in checking a few other things that I requested. The waiting area was clean and spacious.
Went on the lot to test drive a used car and the rest drive was great. The salesman was friendly and told us there was light cosmetic damage to the front but nothing serious. I had a close friend with me who has done bodywork and painting for over 2 decades. Upon inspecting the car he quickly pointed out that all 4 panels on the passenger side had body work and were repainted. There was a bit of dirt in the paint but the bigger problem was that there were sanding marks in the filler underneath the paint that where never smoothed out. Upon pointing it out, the salesman went to get the sales manager Bill. He immediately walked over and said I can guarantee you there is no paint or body work on that car. We pointed it out and said Its only on the front panel as shown in the Carfax. We showed it was in all 4 panels and he finally said he must have missed it but that he was usually good with spotting bodywork. He then first offered to have his guy wet sand the panels which might make it magically better but the fact was that the issue was below the paint. He then went on to tell us that his guy was able to make rust spots disappear off of a recent used car and that you could not see them at all even though he didnt have to and and fix it properly. When he saw our reaction he quickly told us that it wouldn’t be a hack job. He offered to have this guy of his repaint the side of the car after purchase. I asked what guarantees there would be and there would be none. I explained that wouldnt work for me and he started trying to pressure me. He was rude, insulted my friend, and was continually dishonest. Following that, he called a couple times to try to pressure me into purchasing and was harassing. I explained I wasnt interested and then spoke to the GM to explain what happened and asked him to prevent Bill from calling me anymore. The sad thing is that the GM tried to cover for Bill and had no desire to try to preserve my business. It was no loss as after seeing their shady practices and dishonesty there was no way I was going to purchase from them.
Service. (Back in April)The car is blowing hot air. A/C not working. Recommend a/c evacuate and recharge with dye install. Since it will charge me $350 to do that I declined because it is not covered by my extended warranty. Mr Nguyen called my insurance discussed that I can do payment for now and reimburse it later but when I talked to my insurance they said they don’t do that kind of arrangement. But if I accept that recommendation work and had issues they will do test and diagnostic again for an even bigger charge. Long story short, I go to my mechanic check it out put R134A refrigerant a/c recharge kit and it’s blowing cold air again. And it only cost me $20 for the labor.I am not satisfied also with the water run test on the clogged pillars of the sunroof they don’t do extensive examination and recommend to drive and monitor where in fact there’s a rain stain showing off on the pillars.It cost me $150 for less than an hour service work. Sorry but that’s my experience.
I found a better deal at another Toyota dealership. They gave me great customer service and a lot of extras. There were no hidden fees and I received 2 sets of carpets for my car for free.I thought I would be getting a great deal at auto Nation because my friend bought her car there until I shopoed around based on her experience. She did not get her carpets for free, which I thought was the least they could do. Since she bought the car she has been unable to reach the person who sold her the car. They stopped communicating with her.She was informed her carpets would be extra . Her interest rate was very high even though she put 6k down.That is why I picked another dealership .Update: Mike McNicholas, who is the General Manager, reached out to me and when we stopped by, made things right. He also apologized for our experience and said we should stop by anytime we need help. He was really gracious and kind. He listened to us and made us feel comfortable. I will refer anyone I know and will buy my next car from Auto Nation, Leesburg. Mike is the best! Thank you, again!
Called to schedule oil change & maintenance on my 2021 Highlander with a friendly customer service rep; however once I arrived for my scheduled drop off I was asked to step aside, fill out an envelope, and then was approached by a mechanic who gave me conflicting instructions? Fast forward to the next day, my vehicle wasn’t ready for pick up until an hour before closing and another mechanic left me an ambiguous voicemail stating 4x’s “I need more information” in order to address tech issues on my less than 1 year old vehicle. Mediocre service, conflicting information, and little assistance offered 😕 Not so pleased after purchasing my vehicle from the same dealer
They gave me a great deal on a highlander, twice! Patrice was great, we knew what we wanted and he delivered! Customer service here was phenomenal from the start all the way to Jake in finance. Afroze helped make the process painless. Race here to get your next car or you might get hit with extra charges and fees elsewhere! Highly recommend.
Best service experience I’ve had with a car. Took my Camry in for service at 130,000 miles and State Inspection. I was dreading the trip as every other service center I’ve ever been to would have throw 100 things at me that were wrong with my car and needed to be replaced. Justin was fabulous from the jump and recommended a couple things to be done to the car after full inspection, but wasn’t pushy at all. I’ll never go anywhere else for my car after that experience.
Everybody was friendly. I called and Marjorie took my cool and in within 1 minute she did able to put me in the system. She was very sweet and helpful. Brian was my service advisor and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He even had a couple recommendation that i need to take care in my next visit. Lindsay make the check out easy and quick. I’m announcing CHEATING of Toyota. They have an invoice that is different from buyer’s invoice. They also take some of parts and tell this car is not coming with these part while they charge you on the hidden invoice. I have purchased a 2021 venza xle from Autonation Leesburg and saw that hidden invoice. They also gave me a damaged car with no responsibility. I said I will send all documents to the media. However, they are calling me and threatening me. Be careful when you buy a Toyota product don’t sign anything before getting detailed invoice.

The staff keeps you informed as the service progresses so that you can decide if some of the problems they find should be taken care of right away...like the mice nest in my engine! They caught it and removed it before any harm was done.

On August 31, I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla which has mechanical problems and I took it twice to have it repaired and they say that the car has nothing wrong and what they came out with the last time was that they had already lost too much time on my car and money and that if I took it again to have it repaired I had to pay them to check it, it is illogical that I am paying extra to have my car repaired when supposedly they sell reliable cars in this diler, for my part I am disappointed and would not recommend. Nobody who buys a car here with this diler, I hope this message reaches the competent authorities so that they can solve my case

I took my Toyota RAV 4 in for maintenance after an accident. They ran the diagnostic and Louis Chung called to tell me that it would be an easy inexpensive fix. I was relieved. However...I picked it up the next day and paid. Then my wife drives the vehicle and says something is very wrong. We call Toyota Leesburg and are told the car needed a much more expensive fix and it should never have been driven!!! The car was a danger to drive! I was never made aware of the larger issue, they had told me everything was okay! Louis then lies and said I declined the service for the necessary fix. My wife has text messages and I have a voice-mail that prove otherwise.He said he spoke to me about a wheel alignment and I declined. This is a FLAT OUT LIE. The service manager discounted close to 200 dollars for endangering myself and my family. If you made a mistake, admit it and do right by the customer. Not this dangerous farce of a repair service. Be careful and check all paperwork and what they say at this location.

I have been using AutoNation Toyota Leesburg as my car maintenance service for years. My past experience was quite good. In the past my car is washed after the service, but this time my car was not washed. Also I told the staff I need to replace my key battery yet the battery was not replaced.

One of the best experiences buying a car. They of course are trying to sell their cars, but they also listen to what you want and work as hard as they can to make sure you are happy and in the right car. They have also been responsive after the sale as well.
I had an 8:45 am appointment for a Virginia state safety inspection. I showed up 10 minutes beforehand. It took them literally 2 hours to get it done. After asking what was going on I was told to wait 10 more minutes. After 15 minutes had went by I went outside to see where the car was. And it was parked outside. No one came and got me. Save your time and dont come here. I should have gotten it done at a gas station.
Bryan is always accurate and clear on whats needed and whats anticipated. The scheduling system is Great. I was in GA & the dealer there would switch service advisers on me.
1:11 PM (0 minutes ago)to meSERVICES AS BAD AS CAN BE!!!If I had a choice to give no stars - I would. I gave this place a second chance and brought my car on 4/03/21 for the reason that my tire pressure light went off. My car was also due for tire rotation.They apparently do not check your tires for air leaks (holes) when your pressure light goes off, and they just added air and rotated my tires. Next day I woke up to go to work my drivers side front tire was flat.They also told me I need rear break pads replacement and it is $700. Please know the premium rear pads from NAPA you can buy for my car is $75.00, and it takes maximum 1.5 hrs/axle to replace if not less. Apparently their labor is about $415/hr.And also, 2 months ago I took my daughters car to replace her tires and they installed the club tires from Walmart charging me for it $600 without even asking me or telling me what tires they will install. Off the note Michelin tires from discountedwheelwarehouse.com =$680.00. Michelin tires in Costco with installation and free rotation services - $730.00.If I wanted to have Walmart tires - why would I take my car to Toyota Services? I would have taken my car to Walmart and pay $300 max for it PLUS, most likely, had more plesant experience there.Bottom line - this place is fraud and unsafe for customers! Please do not contact me, do not ask me to remove my feedback! AutoNation Toyota Leesburg Services is scam and unsafe! They let me out with a hole in a tire when I came specifically asking to check why my tire pressure light went off! And I drive highways a lot - it could cost me life!!Never go there, they are scam and fraud!!!!!!!!! And the most scary is they do not care for their customer’s safety!
This visit was quite upsetting. My past visits have been exceptional, so it was pretty shocking to have such a bad experience.It started with nobody meeting me in the garage for drop off... so, I walked in and wasn’t greeted for about 10 min... then someone finally asked me if I was being helped. They told me who my service advisor was and that it would be a bit.... I waited another 15 min.Finally, I met my advisor and he went over what my appointment was for .. the advisor printed out the vehicle forms for signature and I noticed he had the wrong vehicle... the advisor printed out the correct forms and I was finally on my way. He called me later to tell me that there were leaks that needed to be addressed, but due to the late hour, that they would have to get to them on Monday (I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday). The advisor stated that I had 2 leaks and after I questioned one leak... the advisor stated that the technician said he was unsure if it was leaking but had assumed it was. This was a big red flag for me. The advisor then apologized and dropped the cost of the repair significantly... red flag number 2.... I finally got my vehicle back on Thursday... the vehicle wasn’t washed (I asked for this in the beginning and it was on the sheet I signed) ... the sticker for the oil change was hand written (unprofessional look)I can’t state enough how very disappointing this service was. I hope it was a one time occurrence. I’ll update after another service (I’ll give them another chance, since I believe that they will correct this) fingers crossed.
Terrible customer service, I would not recommend and would not trust them to service my vehicle. I now understand why their Yelp reviews are horrible. I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. After parking my car in their garage I walked into their service desk only with wait 15 minutes and not be helped.There was no “hi, we’ll be right with you or hi how can we help you” not a word. Being active duty service I’ve been to several Toyota service departments and all have been stellar until I tried Leesburg Toyota. It was sad to experience that poor level of care and not get the service needed on my vehicle.
Fast, friendly service. This team is fantastic. I am always impressed at quick and efficient service.

We were thinking about the purchase of a used 4Runner and brought it in to Justin, our service advisor for review. He was great about keeping me informed during the process. He and Bryan were engaging and personable. We purchased the vehicle and returned to have an outstanding safety recall completed and have it inspected and emissions done. Once again, they were helpful and efficient. Wish all our cars came with Justin as our service advisor!

Tried to guilt trip me into buying $2133 maintenance when all I wanted was inspection of components and oil and filter change. I ended up paying $115. This is pure and simple Unethical.

At first I wanted to get my car detailed but first I needed to have a mouse and droppings removed. No detailer wanted to do this and told me to have the dealer do this because it involved taking apart the upholstery in the car. The dealer took care of this plus found some parts that the mouse had chewed up and some long overdue maintenance items that needed attention. The dealer had a detailer on site so I asked the dealer to have them detail the car after all the mechanical work was done. It turned out to be a little bigger job than I expected but now I’m glad my car is working fine and is clean! I highly recommend this shop for the more complicated jobs.
I waited 3 hours for an oil change. They apologized about the long wait and gave me a discount on the oil change & washed my car.We have been to this dealership several time & despite the wait this was one of our better experiences.
Kristen was great as always. Honest prices, services & recommendations. This is why I switched from Honda to Toyota. Not all AutoNation dealerships are the same.
My wife and I, had overall good experience, but....During the first two visits Coffee machine didn’t work, but other time I did visit dealership coffee machine worked but coffee was a joke.Also the negative part is they only offer me $200 for my old minivan, which runs good and everything works on it.The question everybody would ask, would you come back to this dealership to buy another car? I’m not quite sure I will.Suggestions to the dealership:Please buy or rent a real coffee machine,Please do not offer offensive $200 price on the trade-in.P.S. Fantastic customer experience!Much like everyone lately during this vehicle inventory crunch, I was experiencing sticker shock at other Toyota dealerships, with one dealership in the area putting an extra 30% Dealer Mark-Up Adjustment on top of the MSRP! When I reached out to Autonation Toyota Leesburg for a specific model and trim they had listed as in transit, they promptly returned my inquiry, confirmed the sales price was just MSRP without an additional mark-up, and offered to reserve the SUV I was after with a very modest and refundable deposit (another dealership told me they required a $1500 non-refundable deposit). The rest of the sales process went smoothly, with timely updates on estimated vehicle delivery, and a seamless buying experience the day of delivery.Unfortunately upon vehicle delivery and inspection, the car experienced some paint chip damage in transit; but again Autonation Toyota Leesburg rose to the occasion, and ensured the cosmetic defect was repaired to my absolute satisfaction!Huge thank you to the Kevin in the sales department, Staci and Admir in the service department, as well as Mike from the management team at Autonation Toyota Leesburg in providing an absolutely stellar customer experience!

The staff were great - polite and helpful. The service was performed efficiently and quickly in less time than they told me it would take.The only complaint I have is with the coupon I used for the free oil change. When I made the appointment, I was told that even though my car was out of warranty, they will honor the coupon for a free oil change, especially since the coupon did not say a full service was required. It just said complimentary. When I went for the appointment, they told me that my car was out of warranty and I was not eligible for the free oil change. He couldnt respond to the fact that I was assured over the phone that it would be free. I asked to see the manager and he approved it. I laud the manager for that but it is a hassle I did not need.
Have always had a great experience here. Had an excellent salesperson,Nazir. You always feel like they care about your needs. I am very pleased with my new leased Corolla and with the deal they provided.

I had my car detailed at Autonation Toyota in Leesburg, they did an excellent job. I have an older car that was never detailed for more than 14 years. I kept it clean but never have the inside done. The staff there did an wonderful job. The car was like new on the inside and the price was very reasonable. Great job and thank you.
Toyota leesburg is terrible. I had my tires rotated and my oil changed on my Camry, but turns out they knocked something out of alignment and now my car shakes when it reaches 60MPH. called them to fix the problem and they said they’d call back but I’m still waiting. DO NOT GO HERE.
Buying a car at Toyota Leesburg Auto Nation was easy and painless. Like most I usually find it very stressful to even consider a new vehicle. John Milbourn was a great representative for Auto Nation. He was patient and understanding. He was also very informative. He and his manager worked well together. John has also followed up to see if I have any questions or concerns. The financing department - I can’t remember the gentlemen’s name- was very easy to work with also. Very good at explaining options and not pushy at all. Thanks Auto Nation for making my experience pleasurable.
My experience was 5⭐️ with my sales associate Goksel. He found my vehicle in transit, was quick to help with questions I had, and was honest with me on pricing options. I had a less pleasing experience with the GM. I put a $500 deposit on a vehicle that was in transit to the dealership so that It was on hold until I could come purchase it. I was told it would arrive on a Monday or Tuesday so I prepared accordingly. I get a call Saturday afternoon saying “great news your car is here, when can you come pick it up today?” When I told them I couldn’t come Saturday, he said I had to come in Sunday and be prepared to wait several hours because they only had one finance officer available. I had limited availability Sunday since I wasn’t expecting my car to arrive. When I asked to pick it up on Monday like originally expected, I was told I couldn’t because the dealership didn’t want to hold the car over the weekend. My experience was great up until this point where I was being pressured to come buy the car that I was already committed to. I was buying a Rav4 which sells in hours not days. The GM was more worried about the sale than the customer in this instance
They were professional and easy to deal with during the process. They were able to get me the car I want with the extra options and color that I asked for from another place in a couple of days. I went to them through Costco Auto program and they gave me Costco price which is good price compared to normal prices. I totally recommend them
This is my second visit at Toyota AutoNation here in Leesburg, VA. The staff here is very respectful and courteous to all guests who arrive to this specific location, no matter what service or assistance they need. One man in particular, David Cheng, was helpful in reviewing and explaining the details about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for any of their vehicle needs!

Because of lousy service provided by Pohanka Lexus for my 2019 Lexus ES 300H, I had my car serviced at the local Toyota Dealership. I am so glad that I did because Service Advisor Bryan Dorsey provided outstanding service, accommodating all of our needs and advising us on what service was actually required by the manufacturer. When Audi of Chantilly refused to order the Michelin CrossClimate SUV tires for my 2018 Audi Q5 because they wanted to sell me what they had in stock instead, I called Bryan who quickly ordered and installed the tires at a much better price than the Audi dealer would have for inferior tires. Given his outstanding service, I will look to buy a Toyota from AutoNation of Leesburg before looking at other brands.
I had a great experience at Leesburg Toyota AutoNation. Me and my wife bought a Camry. We wanted a different trim. My salesman Nazir and GM Mike made sure I could get the car that same day (they had to bring it over from another dealership). Services have been smooth and easy, no pressure to buy any additional services like so many dealerships do. I needed a special-order part and Admir the service director made sure it was shipped overnight. Will be using these guys for a long time

Tried to charge me double what the Toyota other dealers charge. Call others to get a far price on dealer parts. Window seal $80 but the Toyota dealer 10 miles away only 39.00 and its in stock
My daughter and I went to AutoNation on 7-24-2021 to see if we could find a car that had better gas mileage, amazing safety features, great handling, killer sound system, lots of space and comfort! We test drove the RAV4 TRD off-road and fell in love! Jonathan did an incredible job helping us with the trade in of our 2015 Sequoia and sale of the RAV4.
