The bottom line is poor customer service and a willingness to drive customers/business away (no pun intended).Auto solutions came highly recommended by a good friend of mine who has serviced various cars and probably paid thousands of dollars. I checked them out and inquired about service through their website but they didnt reply.About a month later I decided to call and ask about getting suspension work done on my vehicle. What a phone call! The representative, who ill refer to as Karen, at one point verbatim said to me dont bring your car here. This was all because I had asked for a labor quote for what I needed done. Where things went south is when Karen assumed i knew everything about Auto Solutions policies and business practices. We dont give labor quotes over the phone you have to come in. I explained that the shop is out of the way (about an hour drive) and it was sort of pointless to drive out there to talk and then come home only to go back out again for the appointment.How many people actually get quotes and work done the same day for things like suspension especially with the situation we have now with parts shortages and long shipping times? Even before the shortages its very rare in my experience and typically have to schedule and come back. Never had my business, best wishes.

Weve used Auto Solutions for our auto needs for 17 years. The quality of their work is 1st class. They have never pushed for a repair that wasnt needed and work with you to keep your cars running for a long time. Their costs are reasonable; you may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere but with not the same confidence it will hold. We have had 5 different cars serviced by them including currently we have a 14 year old car with 180,000 miles they they are working with us to get to 200,000. I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience here this morning and I had to write about it.I had a small tire issue that had been a problem for a while. And I took it to one shop close by and they just wanted to sell me a new tire and it would take several days without even looking at the problem. I drove over to Auto Solutions and Jeremy came out and took a look at it and immediately fixed the problem and sent me on my merry way. He was busy and it was a VERY hot day but he went above a beyond anyway. I am so impressed by the honestly and customer service I experienced at Auto Solutions. I will be their customer for life and will encourage others to do the same. Businesses that operate like this are hard to find.

We can not say enough good things about Jeremy and Kelly and the whole staff at Auto Solutions. If you have a problem with your car they can fix it. We have been taking all of our cars here for years now and they are Honest, Fair and Affordable. Best of all, is the quality of there work, once they fix it.... Its fixed. This place it the mechanic people dream of finding. Jeremy has taken such good care of me over the years, helping me with the near constant problems I’ve had on my cars. He’s given me great deals, fit me in on busy days, and gotten jobs done quickly and well. He will bring me back on the shop floor and show me exactly what broke, how it broke, and what they’re doing to fix it. They’ve even been as kind as to drive me home/ pick my up from my house a mile away. He and his wife are honest and kind people, I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

A rare breed - a trustworthy mechanic! From out of town and was recommended Auto Solutions from family. Had some clutch work done. Auto Solutions was very understanding of the circumstances and got the work done quickly! Shortly after the repair, the engine light came back on. Any other mechanic could have taken the opportunity to do more work. Jeremy at Auto Solutions honestly stated the light was a simple warning with nothing to worry about. He even put top-shelf gas cleaner in the vehicle at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Auto Solutions for any repairs!

A mechanic like none-other! The customer service here is incredible and the quality of work is just as great. I needed a new drive shaft and Jeremy, the owner, helped me over the phone while I was 2 states away for work. He gave me an estimate over $1000 less than the first mechanic I took it to and offered me many options rather than just the most profitable. Auto Solutions is a quality independent car shops in the area. Every time Ive worked with them, I understood exactly what was done and why and it was for a fair price. They are good natured and do great work. Theyve even taken time to teach my sons how to do some of the work to save them some expenses.

Great shop. Very easy to work with - busy (because theyre good!), but they will get to your vehicle. Worked great with me to fix AC on my VW.

Straight, honest, trustworthy shop! I grew up in the auto trade and really appreciate when I get good advice that isnt about selling me something I dont need! They do great clean work at fair prices without the triple lattes and fancy showrooms. They will show you parts they replaced and explain why they recommend things need done. We needed some work done on my boyfriends car. The dealership quoted a price which seemed ridiculous to us. I had been recommended Auto Solutions by a mechanic in Pennsylvania, so we gave AS a call. Their quote was less than half of what the dealership quoted. The work was done and the car was ready to pick up right on time. Very happy with this service and we will be taking our vehicles to Auto Solutions for any of our other needs.

I love this place. Ive been taking my car here for a year or two and have always had great service. I never feel like theyre trying to get me to pay for something I dont need. Prices are competitive with other repair shops in the area, but trust is an issue which is why I take my car to this shop. My only complaint is that they are always busy, but thats also a good sign.

Needed an inspection of a slow tire leak - they made a sturdy temporary repair and didnt charge me. I will definitely seek their services again especially as their shop is so convenient to my workplace.

It happened that just as our then long time repair guy was closing his business, Auto Solutions was opening its doors. We gave them a try. They are top notch technicians and more importantly, you can absolutely trust them. If they say you need to have something done, you can be absolutely confident that is accurate and not overstated. The prices are fair, the services are provided in a professional and timely fashion and they are genuine, wonderful folks. These are all the reasons we keep coming back to them year after year. When they say they provide good service, they mean it. I can’t think of a better place for car repairs, the owners and staff are incredibly kind and inspected my car as a courtesy after I got in an accident during the first snow of the year. They also provided me with a warm place to wait for my tow truck in spite of the bad conditions. I decided to write a review today because I was just there for service again today.We often show up without an appointment, and were in and out in an hour or less for regular maintenance service. Do not use these guys. I was charged 350 to just bleed the transmission fluid, and came away with 3 new problems. Not the kind where I wasnt aware, but the kind where a working part ceases to work AFTER being dropped off. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ive been going here for years. Why, because theyre honest and I trust them. Also, on the few occasions on which they made a mistake, they corrected it free of charge. Cheaper than dealerships.

Excellent local service!!!!One months ago Subaru dealer told me I needed new shock/struts for my 2012 legacy (estimated close to $1200 for parts and service). Today I stopped in and met Jeremy (owner) and his wife for a estimate. Jeremy looked up the parts but wanted to test drive the car to see if that was the real problem (also done by Subaru dealership). Come to find out I had a loose brake caliper causing the noise and nothing wrong with my shocks/struts at all. Jeremy spend about 30-40 mins making sure both front calipers were secure along with an overall check of brake system with charging me a dime! YES - FREE!!! I was extremely greatful for his service and willingness to looking into the problem instead of just writing up an estimate. I did live home some cash and said buy lunch for your shop on me! Great staff and the owners are good people.

BEWARE - was new to area & wasnt sure what inspections were needed...called 1st & was told to bring in whatever paperwork I had. He never looked at the paperwork, just asked for vehicle ID and plugged in to his computer. Said yep, you need both inspections. Went next to DMV I was told only one inspection was due...and he has no access to the dmv records...you paid more then you needed and the scheduled inspection for next year will still have to be done again. When I called Auto Solutions, he said doesnt know what DMV is talking about and his records showed I needed both inspections. He would not refund for inspection that was not needed. No integrity here.

Great service with a small town feel

Got a state inspection here. Super quick and they did not tact on a list of unnecessary “recommend services” that I would usually get at other auto shops or the dealership.

This is the only local car shop that I go to, great small town touch given a large town demand.
