Fantastic buying experience with Matt Signor. As we walked in the door for our appointment, Matt was pulling up the car to have it ready to test drive. When we were ready to negotiate, he provided all of the information we needed, answered our questions and moved us through the process efficiently. On top of that, he was enjoyable to talk to throughout the process and I felt very comfortable that he was a straight shooter which is something you do not always get.If you are in the market for a new Kia/Suburu, Id highly recommend asking for Matt.

Terrific buying experience with Wilson Rivera. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which was very helpful. He listened to our wants/showstoppers and found the perfect vehicle for us. Went to this dealership to purchase a Kia Telluride. Test drove the car and was speaking to the sales person about the car at his desk. Out of nowhere, I hear a manager say sold. The salesman gets up and talks to his manager and he tells me the car is sold. The manager doesnt come out to say sorry or ask if Im interested in another car. Even though this is a car sellers market, it would be nice to have some human decency. I wont be shopping here and certainly will not be recommending them.

First quote over email was straight forward. Then the second quote they had some $2500 invisible coat that could not be undone and I was to pay for. I escalated to management who promptly called back, apologized and chucked it up to miscommunication. Asked me to look for him when I got in. When I did he was not. The invisible BS was reduced to $1500 and once again it was a take it or leave it. No they won’t honor the first quote. This is basic bait and switch. You could have just called it for what it was and i wouldn’t have wasted my day. Don’t buy from here.

Outstanding no-nonsense dealership. Took only 2 hours (via phone long distance) to agree to a great deal.No game playing, delivery in person w/salesman (Matt) went smoothly and, believe it or not, finance manager (Mack) was delightful, helpful and no pressure. So I had a nail in my tire and needed a plug. The service closest to my job didnt have the fitting to take my tire off (I had no idea there was a special lug nut needed). Anyway I had to go to the dealship to get the lug removed. I had to wait over 2hrs and $50 to get my tire plugged. Im very disappointed because I know normally its $10-$15. I will think twice before I frequent them again. 😭😭😭

Every time I go for any service, oil change, VA inspection, etc. I become more impressed with the quality of the services, care/attention of the staff, and the peaceful waiting room.

We had a horrible experience with sales person Mo on July 4. We did a drive with Kia Telluride and really love it. Wanted to take Kia Sorento for a test drive around 4:15 pm and Mo did not let us because it was too late. However as we were heading out of the parking lot around 4:30 pm someone else was taking a Kia Telluride for a test drive. Why was not to late for someone else to test drive a car. Feels like we have been discriminated. When we asked about the variety of Kia trims, Mo said let me give you a book and it will tell you everything. I think a sales person should know the difference and variety of trims without a book. Really disappointed with this experience and customer service. This was first time stepping in a KIA dealership and probably last, even though we really loved how easy and smooth car drives.

Horrible buying experience. Came in to purchase a new Kia this weekend. We were working with Mohammad and he was not helpful at all. He was not knowledge about the car we were interested in and he was discrediting the competitors. Needless to say, we went to another Kia dealership and got exactly what we wanted for the price that we wanted. I would not recommend going to Dulles Kia for future purchases. Ourisman Kia is the way to go!

Just bought an used 2015 Kia Rio (not from this dealer) and thought that since they were a Kia dealer, they could assist with the issue I was having. The gas seems to be running out very quickly and is nowhere near the listed MPG for the vehicle. I called and asked if I could set up an appointment so they could take a look at what the issue might be, and they told me that they could not do anything about it. I asked if they could at least check if there was a leak somewhere and they refused to do that too, saying I needed to give them the exact number of miles I have driven from filling up the tank until its empty again. This isnt a huge issue for me but it seemed rude that they wouldnt even take a look at the car and told me they could not do anything over the phone.

One star is too generous for my interaction with Dulles Kia. I traded in a car and bought a new Forte which they drove to me due to covid. The deal seemed too good to be true, and it was because Kia did not check my loan payout amount for the trade-in and did not notify me of an additional payoff balance until a month after the transaction. Since then, my credit score has gone down a 100 points due to missed payments on a car I no longer own and I have a lien against me from my bank. Thanks Kia 👎🏻👎🏻

Overpriced and constant excuses why your electronic safety devices don’t work. Charged me $112.92 for an oil change and tire rotation they called it a “preferred” service even though I had coupons for a $29.95 oil change and $19.95 tire rotation. Then the manager never responded to my complaints. I will never ever go back.

Extremely poor customer service. After I was given an estimate for my vehicle I made an insurance claim. The claim was taking a while so I called my insurance and found out from them that my shop advisor at Kia was on vacation. After multiple phone calls and messages to Kia, that were never returned, I went into the shop and was denied a different advisor and was told that I just had to wait an additional 6 days for my advisor to come back. I was also lied to and told that they were waiting on my insurance when in fact my insurance was waiting on them. An employee lied to me again and said that he would get the images of my vehicle and the estimate to my insurance before my advisor came back so I didnt have to wait as long... but he never gave those documents to my insurance. Overall, I was without my car for 19 days. As for the repairs, there were good.

I recently purchased a Kia K5 from this dealership and I have to say that my salesman, Gary Hall, ensured the entire process went very smooth. The dealership was very busy that day but Gary made sure all of my questions were answered and got me in and out as quick as possible!EDIT: My Salesman was great. However, finance told me that they would send a 10-day payoff to my bank to pay off my trade-in account. It’s now been 15 days and I’m stuck paying for my trade-in vehicle that I no longer have. The team should clarify that the check will be to the bank within 15 business days. Not 10.2nd EDIT: just spoke to Dulles Kia again and I’m now being told pay-offs are now taking 21 days instead of 10. Poor communication as a whole from this team. 0/10 would not recommend. Take your money to Ourisman Kia. They need a 0 star option.

Recommend going somewhere else. The service center was ineffective and overpriced, and had bad customer service. If you’re overpriced, you should at least do one of those other two things right, but they didn’t. Very bad experience and will never go back.

Disappointed to say the least. Bought a used Ford Fiesta ST from here a couple of months ago and have already brought it to the shop for several powertrain warranty and previously hidden, suspension issues. Apparently the vehicle had passed inspection right before I purchased, however, its currently sitting in the shop right now for a $1000+ repair. Go figure, slap a passed inspection sticker on it and call it a day. Dont recommend this place at all.

Edit: Decided to shop somewhere else. Not because of staff. Just because the deal stunk.Giving a neutral rating. Mostly because I don’t want to influence peoples opinion greatly.My experience with the sales gentlemen was great! He was friendly courteous and professional. But information given didn’t really add up. Not saying wrong information was given but rather not the full picture was provided. And when I asked for a specific answer I never really got it.The GM for Kia again a very professional guy. Is working with me and trying to earn my business but I can’t help it but to feel like there is still something that is adding up.I’m savvy with a computer as a certified network admin, I know how to do my own homework and I know what’s possible. I’m not a fan when last minute items are thrown in the mix to pull a fast one.To their credit they did clarify and I appreciate it but again I can’t help it but to feel like something just isn’t right.I still haven’t scrapped the deal and I’m working with them. So I can’t say to much other than just talk based on my experience.I still say don’t base yourself on a review alone but give them a chance. Because your experience could possibly be different than mine.I will update later on, depending on how everything goes.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul, and for the purchase itself, Id give four stars. My sales consultant (Hassan Aly) was polite, helpful, and responsive. I wouldnt hesitate to work with him again, and would recommend working with him.EDITED: I experienced an issue with getting the title sent to the DMV. However, the titling and finance team addressed my issues and I also had a nice discussion with the GM. They took the time to ensure that my issues were addressed, which was greatly appreciated, especially during a busy time of year.

As a long time Ford customer, I had finally made the decision to try out the new Kia SUV. Granted, I understand that the response and demand for the Telluride has been huge. However, I am very disappointed to say that I have reached out to multiple Kia dealers (this being one of them) to question why the asking price is $5-10,000 ABOVE manufacturer’s suggested price. The response I have received....”supply and demand”, “that is just the way it is”....SERIOUSLY?! What a huge discouragement to make the switch to Kia. The demand will not always be there. I also know there are many people who will pay the raised prices (that is their choice). For me, Kia has lost a new (maybe lifetime) customer due to this greedy way of business.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase a Kia Forte. I did my research and found the exact car I wanted online before heading to the dealership. Anyways, we go to the dealership and the car I wanted was in a different lot about 3 blocks away. Everything was going perfectly, we test drove the car and reached a fair price, then the manager had to approve the final pricing I had discussed with the sales representative. The manager was extremely rude, and basically said I’m not willing to do that because I can sell these cars all day long at a higher price. I stated it’s a difference of $500, he said I don’t need your business. I said OK, left and went to another dealership in the area and got the car at the exact price I wanted.

I initially became interested in purchasing my car here as they advertised a particular Telluride SX for the sticker price $50,700 on cars.com. Their other EX and SX Tellurides on cars.com were above sticker price. Weird.On their own website, they listed the same car at $53, 235. Their other Tellurides matched the cars.com prices. I contacted them for clarification. During our email and text exchanges, I made it clear that I only wanted to pay sticker. If so, then my wife and I would be willing to drive 35 minutes to test drive this car. Their internet salesperson, Ishwa, responded by saying that this was a possibility. OK. I wasnt too comfortable with that response, and so I told her that I didnt want to play any games or beat around the bush. She responded by assuring me that this would not be the case.We test drove the car and decided to purchase it. The dealer then goes to the sales manager to get the paperwork together. He then came back with an offer of $53, 235 plus $1,995 for an optional Cilajet paint sealant. With taxes and other fees, the total was slightly more than $60,000 out the door. I was shocked. First, I came with the impression that I would be sold the car at sticker price. Second, I was never told about this Cilajet. The dealer said it was put on all of their Tellurides, but it is not mentioned anywhere on their website or in my previous communications with their Ishwa. He then said that they were willing to lower the price, but could not remove the Ciljet option. This is just the sort of game I was wanting to avoid.I then asked for the manager, Bobby Saghafi, who stated that they charged higher prices based on the current market demand. I told him that I had no problem with this, but they should have made this clear in prior communications so that my wife and I didnt waste our time going there. I showed him my email communications with Ishwa which made my expectations perfectly clear. Plus, I said no games! Any reasonable person would consider an unexpected $2,000 paint sealant charge a low blow.I contacted three other dealers who confirmed what Bobby had said in that other dealers were charging above MSRP. However, ALL of the other dealers made their prices perfectly clear without ambiguity. Is this too much to ask?I can understand the importance of getting a customer into the front door. But when its to the point of being disingenuous, this is simply wrong and reflects pure greed. It ends up just wasting everybodys time and making people upset. Perhaps I am naive, but I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and have experienced nothing of the sort. Shame on Dulles Kia for lacking integrity.

Noticed one item missing that the salesperson clearly said came with the vehicle. Drove two hours to check out a used Optima, but apparently it was parked way in the back of the lot. Salesman came out and said its his brothers car, forgot to mention all of the damage, misaligned panels, and--oh yeah, a RECONSTRUCTED TITLE. Guy spent five minutes too many trying to convince me that the title is clean after the car had been salvage. 0/10 wouldnt buy a snowflake off of these guys.

Collin is very helpful and courteous. Sorry I cannot say the same for his manager Sam, whos a lady. If it wasnt for Collin, I would tell you to go to Chantilly Kia, who has a much larger inventory and better pricing. If you do go to Dulles Kia, ask for Collin, but be aware of Sam. Its hard for me to fathom how shes a manager.

I found the car spec/ colour etc I wanted. Made the journey to Leesburg to view the car, test drove it and loved it. We dealt with Collin who didnt wear a mask in building, only when supervisor caught him out once.Once we got it home, discovered that the front USB charging socket of car didnt work. I get things go wrong, but when paying for a brand new car and having it off the road for two days, whilst returned for warranty work does inhibit your life when you pay the premium of everything being new & reliable.When we collected car, I was told if trade tag ran out before plates arrived they would overnight another temporary one. It took days to get hold of anyone, using Collins personal mobile and trying to get hold of anyone was a pain. We were eventually told Collin no longer worked there but at the same time struggled to get hold of anyone who could help.Eventually we were emailed a copy and told the hard weather proof copy would arrive in the post in two days time... three days later nothing... Again now we had a contact e-mail... they were going to be overnight delivery... still this didnt happen.I went through three home printed plates until thankfully yesterday our MD plates arrived.Car was & still is perfect not had any faults since it returned from being fixed locally. Dulles Kia - awful service and will not grace them ever again.Edit - After ReviewDulles KIA did contact me after my review, giving me a managers number. They asked what I wanted... It seems there is just a lack of communication between the departments, and people actioning requests from the customer. Ive got an apology and acknowledgent that things didnt go as theyd expect. I guess that will have to do, for a product exceeding $30,000.

I booked appointment and went there 30 minutes early but when I got there, they made me pulled up the car inside and suddenly one of adviser told me we don’t have time come tomorrow, if they don’t have time then why they made me to book appointment? Instead of getting customers attention they were busy with their own work and none of person is friendly. I always visit to this store but that was my last visit for life. After this disappointing I sold my Kia next day and I hope I will never deal with Kia anymore. I’m sorry Kia but it’s not you.

My husband and I purchased our first car, a new Kia Rio, from Dulles Motorcars on April 30th. The buying process overall was good and the employees we interacted with that day were friendly. However, the reason for the 3-star rating is that it has been nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone who could give us an update on our license plates. My husband and I have made many calls over the past two weeks and we simply cannot reach the people working on tags (and no one else has been able to help us). I was contacted by Fleta P. from the dealership at the beginning of July to fill out a Power of Attorney form for our plates, which I promptly emailed back...but since then, no updates. I called this Monday, 8/3, and asked the receptionist if the two people I need to speak with (Fleta P. and Katie A.) are even still working at the dealership, and she didnt know/couldnt tell me. (I was rather shocked.)It has now been over three months and we STILL only have our temporary tags, and our current temp tags are set to expire tomorrow (going on our 4th set). I know the DMVs were closed due to COVID, hence the longer than normal wait times, but they have since reopened. Theres really no excuse for the lack of communication or for what feels like the dealerships lack of desire to help resolve this issue. My husband and I will be moving from DC to MD early next month, and at this rate, we wont be getting our DC plates before we move. Were at a loss for what to do/who to reach out to for help.

This was my first car purchase and this entire process was new to me. I have been shopping for a car for about 3 months now, and went to almost every dealership in the area. None of them made me feel comfortable with their sales; some had fake prices posted online, others kept pressuring me and spamming my phone. The oil change and tire rotation went good. Then the service rep said my brake fluid looked dirty and the air filter would need to be changed on the next visit. I find that hard to believe because they did not check them. I had a small piece of tape on both that was not broken.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. I emailed with the info I had and was quickly offered what my research pointed to being a very fair price. I came in, went on a pretty long test drive and had tags on in about an hour. I spoke with Angela, for another 20 minutes or so about the electronics and I was off. The finance guy was a little pushy about up selling, but still less offensive than any other one I’ve worked with.

My car was in two times in two weeks and they refused to fix the problem. I even recorded the problem on my cell phone on multiple occasions and provided it to them and they refused to fix it under warranty. The has only 7300 miles and there are problems with the shift by wire system. It is even documented on message boards. It is unbelievable they refuse to fix a problem. When I got the car back it was a mess. I had to take it to get detailed it was so filthy. Not only that but when I got my car back there was a woman’s earring left in it. I sure would like to hear the explanation for that one.

They did warranty work on my car it was good from day one to the end nice frendly people they replace the engine on my car no charge to me and they let me use one of their cars while they worked on my car.I will definitely recommend this dealer they gave me a 5 star service even though I didn’t purchased my car with them but they gave me a super service they keep me informed all the time.Thanks guys and keep up the great work

Warranty work was performed, oil change was done. Both were fine. 3 bulbs were replaced, and a supposed standard safety check was done. Labor rates are ridiculous, and my car left there with 4 low tire pressures. They are more than happy to recommend expensive services, while not performing the services they say they did.

We worked with Eric White on a very quick internet purchase. He made the entire process very easy, and he was absolutely fantastic! This purchase was for my moms birthday, and I flew from Seattle. I was a bit nervous, but all the numbers were exactly as quoted. He went the extra mile working with us. We really had a fantastic experience with our first Kia purchase. We would definitely recommend Dulles Kia to anyone in the tri-state area (MD, VA, and WV). The only negative experience was that the finance person was not personal at all and seemed very rushed. Otherwise, we would still visit this location again. The ratings are high for a reason.

Dropped off my car the evening before my appointment. Was greeted by Scott who was very thorough in his arrangements for my service. Thought I was going to need my 90k services but found out I already had them done. What a great surprise when I looked at service papers Scott had printed. Checkout was quick a detailed.

I purchased my New Kia from a different dealership and had some issues so i brought my car here and i am glad i did. Mr. Ali took care of everything and kept me posted about the warranty. Zach and Mike have helped us buy two cars now. Each experience was phenomenal. They are laid back but knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to spend time with - polite, affable, and both have an excellent sense of humor - all of which make car buying easier - even enjoyable. Seriously. We went in dreading the experience. Have NEVER enjoyed going into a car dealership. Left happy and relaxed and really happy with the great deal we got! Btw, both my husband and I are attorneys with extra degrees on top of that and know all the sleazy moves car salesman typically use - in fact, the dealership around the corner 🙄 ugh. In sum, these two are straightforward, stand up guys. Ask for them!

Let me fist say that the people are excellent. They do their jobs and great customer service. The issue I have is with Dulles Kia and their bait and switch issues when they sell you a car. I bought a Chrysler Maintenance plan with unlimited oil, and maintenance. On my paperwork it says Miles and Months N/A which means unlimited. They changed the contract in their system.All said the service department is great sales not so much

I am very happy with the work performed on the two cars I brought in last Friday. Scott was very helpful in getting my two cars scheduled and kept me appraised on the work needing to be accomplished. This is the only place I have my cars worked on and trust them implicitly. For that matter it is now the only place I buy my cars.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience to date. Sales manager Hussein sales representative Zach were super accommodating and very up front with everything. Other dealers played games and really pushed me into buying but I never felt the pressure from Dulles Kia. I asked one simple question “what is the best you can do for this model?” And Dulles Kia was the ONLY Kia dealer that came with an actual number and none of that BS game in trying to get me to come in to “talk”. It was bit of a drive for me but I will definitely be buying my next car from Hussein and Zach.

Managers seem to be hiding something from customer. I never had to pay for scheduled maintenance as it is included in my lease payments. However, suddenly they’ve decided it is not included anymore. When asking Finance department, they by mistake showed me a screen where it was written “Maintenance Included”, but still did not want to honor our contract. Maintenance department guys all seemed a bit nervous to talk to me. And did not want to reprint past invoices that show I haver had to pay a dime.The Finance “specialist” told me they always probably gave it to me in the past as a sign of “good will”. What??? Since when have I asked for that???I current lease two vehicles from here and they are certainly the last!!!

This is the third vehicle we have purchased with Dulles Kia. Each time we have had an excellent experience! 2 things wrong here. They fired everyone since we bought my wifes car and now they dont seem to want to work a deal for my new car. Its OK dulles Kia I can get my deal done somewhere else. Second thing is that my wife was promised 1 free oil change and so she went there and they charged her for it. This is totally unacceptable. I called the GM and he wouldnt even return my call. You want to treat customers like this then you wont see us again.

I love my new Kia Niro! And, my experience with the dealer was wonderful. It took a long time but, I did choose to buy my new car on Labor Day when they were having a great sale. The place was packed.But, my sales guy Kevin M made the wait quite pleasant. He gave me 100% of his attention and kept me company while we waited for other areas to catch up (trade-in evaluation, finance, new car prep, etc.). No hard core selling either. We worked out a deal with no pressure. The sales manger, Mike E was also very nice and helpful.

My husband was leasing a Kia from this dealership. He wanted to purchase a new Kia by trading the current one, which has 2 months left on the lease. He called and made all this clear before he left from home. They were agreeable and eager to get it done. In retrospect, it looks like the classic salesman bait to get the customer in through the door.The picture changed completely as soon as he arrived at the dealership. They came out with a lot of conditions which negated completely with whatever was agreed on the phone conversation.It ended up being an absolute waste of one precious hour in our lives. We have bought and sold many cars till date, but never has a dealership proved to be such a disaster. Sales should not be so devoid of integrity and ethics.

Great service! Brought our Kia Sportage in for service b/c there was an indicator light on the dashboard that needed attention. Fitz was our service advisor, and was straight up honest, and great to deal with! Hopefully, we wont have any issues with the car, but even just for service, we will bringing the car back, as i feel as if they do what is needed to maintain vehicles w/o selling unnecessary services. Thank you!
