I have been coming to this shop since about 2006 and they have always been honest, dependable and affordable. Its family owned and operated yet costumers are treated as extended family members. Steve as done an excellent job at maintaining the integrity of the company all these years.

Were on vacation & the blower fan died leaving us without air conditioning. Haines squeezed us in, ordered the parts & had us back up & cooled in less that 24 hours. They were true to their quote, were friendly & efficient & professional. Wish we could take them back to Indiana with us!!! Thank you, Haines, for all you did to save our vacation!

STAY AWAY. I was convinced this place would be good because I saw so many reviews I didnt realize were probably fake. The owner Steve was extremely unhelpful and rude. His mechanics werent much better. After having spent over $1200 at this place Steve refused to acknowledge they had zip-tied my radiator together and literally left a big slot by my steering wheel exposed because they lost a piece to put it back together and denied it was their fault. Furthermore, I was promised a new multifunction switch would fix a simple light issue.. not only did they not fix my problem with the lights, he shockingly said he would give me $30 back so we could call it even after charging me $176 for that. I was as understanding and patient as I could be but I will not tolerated being robbed for a butchered/ half done job didnt fix the problem I was told it would. Its incredible that you had the audacity to disrespect me in our last conversation on the phone after I have shown the upmost respect & patience with this company. 100% SHOP ELSEWHERE I dont want you to have to go through what I did here

This is a wonderful neighborhood garage. They are so helpful and give quick service. I have had car battery problems which they corrected. The routine oil changes usually only take a half an hour .

I dropped off my truck with fuel system issues. I thought Id be picking it up a few days later. It was done within two hours. They did a great job quick. It was also a good and fair price. Ill definitely be taking my vehicle back there.

My brakes starting grinding so I called and made an appointment. I took it to this garage. Everyone was so nice and they replaced my front brakes at an extremely reasonable price and on the same day I took it in. They did a great job. I will definitely go back and do recommend them.

Had loud squeal from belt after driving a couple of hours after having power steering pump replacement. Steve fit me in, replaced the serpentine belt, checked fluids and tire pressure and sent me on my way. Great place.

This is now a second vehicle I have taken to them. They were very fair on repair charges and always checked with me regarding repair and cost prior to installation of parts. Very satisfied with their quality of work, communication and pricing.

They replaced a stripped bolt near the alternator (hard to get to) ; got it done in 45 minutes and did not charge me.

I love this place. The owner is honest and he has good men to work for him. I used Haines Creek in the early 2000s and loved it then. I moved back to Ky. I recently moved back to Florida and I used him again about a month ago because I remembered how good he was. The owner flat knows what he is doing! He knows about autos! He does excellent work and hes fair about prices. I fully trust him and they are friendly. 5 stars for the owner of Haines Creek Auto and his men! He also has a nice comfortable waiting area too.

Steve hasnt been doing business, for as long as he has, by cheating people. Haines Creek want the business and will do a great job!

All of the four vehicles we currently own have been serviced by Haines Creek Garage & Tire Center, and there is no other place I would take them for out-of-warranty repairs. They are extremely honest and the prices are very fair. They currently have one of our vehicles that was towed-in (not able to be driven), and they called within 2 hours with a diagnosis and recommendation to check with the dealership because the work was probably still under warranty! I checked, and - sure enough, it was! Their honesty probably cost them $900+ today, but weve spent thousands with them and will continue to do so.

The only place I trust and recommend! They truly care about their customers and work. They only address whats wrong with your vehicle unlike many other shops. Ive never had a bad experience with tires from here! I usually go with new tires since some tire manufacturers offer warranties. Used tires have never been a problem either but you always run the risk of something unpredictable happening since they have been used... I will never take my car anywhere else! Very thankful for this place!

Went here a few weeks back for oil change. Good people. Honest prices. They will tell you whats up with your car and keep you posted on parts and such. Great communication.

I went to the street taco stand that is next to tire store. Tasty but a little skimpy on the meat for 1.50 a taco. Great flavor and good salsas.

Middle after noon, while getting ready for a 2-day business trip, I find my car won’t start.Ran to the phone and called Haines Creek Garage. Twenty minutes later their wrecker was here loading up my SUV (wrecker is a new feature for them). Forty minutes they have it fixed and coming to pick me up.A tow, new battery and a once over to make sure nothing else was wrong: $208 – and the best part, they got it done in 2 ½ hours or less,This is a great family run business, I have been doing business with them for about 4 years.

Had my jeep towed here because the brakes went out on it the night before. I am not from around this part of Florida and they were able to fix my car within an hour so I could have it back in the road again. Very professional and reasonable!!! I have used Haines Creek on several occasions form simple brake jobs to more complicated work on my 2001 Town and Country. I was referred there by a customer that has used this shop for well over 10 years. These guys are all pro, their prices are more than reasonable and they stand behind their work. When you are in business as long as Haines Creek, there is a reason. I would recommend them to anyone. The only difficulty you will have is they are always busy so make an appointment!

Great work!! Went to Pep Boys in Leesburg, gave me an estimate for $500 for a mass air flow sensor. When in fact they were over charging! Haines Creek Garage & Tire Center are professional and Know what they are doing. Pep Boys over charge and gave me the wrong information. They quoted me prices when there was nothing even wrong with what they said it was. Haines Creek Garage has a customer for life! Please check them out and dont get played and waste unnecessary money!

Not enough mechanics that know what they are doing. They had my truck three weeks to install a new motor. Took three motors and the dealer to get the motor installed and working properly!
