A big thank you to Gerald Hickman, store Mgr, for taking the time to track down the transaction numbers so I may return some exhausts that were advertised as universal but just didn’t ultimately fit my vehicle. I lost the receipts but he was good enough to take the time to search through hundreds (a few thousand?) transactions to find my purchase so I could get a refund. Thanks for going the extra mile!!

Autozone are the best when it comes to price and service. However, not sure what happened to the old guy working at store. He doesnt know about the parts and neither his tone and conduct towards the customers was professional. Rather than looking for a part keep saying the same thing again and again repeatedly and not even listening to me. Very unpleasant behavior and I would make sure to avoid Autozone at this location.

I have been coming to this location for a long time and have never had an issue. Workers are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been ordering products from Autozone for over 10 yrs and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was by far the worst at this location. I walk in and stood at the counter for 10 mins until I finally had asked to be help. And then with an attitude the service manager rudely asked what your last name. After telling him he said “Yeah we don’t have it” I said I just called and you said it was here. I placed an order for products that were said to have been there and I drove an hour to your store after having to call myself to see if it “even arrived”. And the only reply I got was well you can get it tomorrow because we don’t have it in yet again a rude tone. Didn’t even hesitate to fix the situation or give a simple apology at my inconvenience. Will never recommend AUTOZONE especially this location for and of my auto shops or car clubs. Thanks for nothing!

KYLE has EXCELLENT customer service skills, he went above and beyond in helping and explaining things in great details. He was able to help me understand what I needed and why. I was really impressed by his patience with me. We need more people like Kyle. I am clueless about parts but he patiently explain everything. There was even a customer waiting patiently for Kyle to help him. I give him a 100% rating in his overall performance today. All I can say is wow. Truly a happy customer. 😀

I get my parts from this location all the time. the staff is really friendly and I never leave dissatisfied. They are very knowledgeable about cars, most are. Only request I have is to expand the variety of tools we can rent but its not an issue, just a request, because they have quite a bit of rentals already. I like that most things I need is available the next day if not in the store. Their warranty is really great as well!

I thank the heavens for guys like Dan at Autozone. Got some really high quality blades for my daughters vehicle and he swapped them out for me. Lets be honest, Im not the sharpest tool in the shed and what would have taken me 15 minutes in 37 degree weather in the dark, he did in seconds. Really happy I came here. Thanks Dan!!

Excellent customer service. Acts more like a family business than a corporate store. Manager is excellent.

So helpful. Windshield wiper blades needed. So far so good. Snow blades work well. Total price for 2, was in the mid $30 range.

The service here is great, and you can get a lot of diagnostics done on your car, or borrow tools you might need. The only downside is that the prices are usually significantly better online. But if you need something quick, or value solid service, this is the place to go.

The salesman provided very helpful advice as I was trying to determine if I had a dead battery, alternator or something else. Great service.

Free scan when the check engine light comes on is perfect. I saved a lot of money due to those scans. Not just on the part but the labor as well.

I went in there just today to see if I could buy a new pair of replacement headlamp bulbs for my 2004 Honda Civic, and quite frankly I had no idea how to replace them being the silly consumer I was.So I went in, and they immediately greeted me asking me how I was and what I needed, I told them I need to replace some headlamps, and I want to do it myself, but I havent the first clue on how to do that. So a really awesome associate named Fernando ended up helping me pick out a new pair of bulbs for my vehicle and then offered to not only show me how to change the bulbs, but do it for me! It only took him 10 minutes and the lights work great! No more being pulled over for one headlight out.The team there seems really down to earth and eager to please, and I know Ill be going back for any of my other minor car woes. Theyre a nice, clean business and conveniently located. Do try em out!

Needed a part for a car that is no longer manufactured and the AutoZone Rep did a lot of research and called around to find the part. He called me and told me the part was in. Picked it up and everything was good!

Going above and beyond nowadays is a thing of the past for a lot of companies. Today Chris made a huge difference. He was very prompt to help since I entered the door, was helpful in everyway, there is no better feeling that knowing how to do your job. Im thankful because from beginning to end he was super friendly and resolved an issue in the easiest way.
