Avoid these guys. I ordered tires and set an appointment for the next day but they sold them and cancelled my appointment. I called Walmart corporate customer service center because getting an actual Auto Care Center employee on the phone is impossible. Corporate said theyd have a store manager call me. Its been a week and no call. They tried to give me a line about stock updating every 94 hours but I watched them have 2 tires then sell them that day and be out of stock. Looked the next day and they had 6 in stock. Ordered and then my problems began. Checked the stock after being notified by email my order was cancelled and see out of stock. Those are way quicker updates than 94 hrs. Looks like real time to me. I will be going to NTB for tires now since I dont trust Walmart to do anything else having worked in the Auto Center years ago with a crew that couldnt tell a 6 cylinder motor from a 4 cylinder.
Called Friday. I asked if I could bring my car in for an oil change and have a new headlight bulb installed. I said Id be there at 6 and was told it would be no problem. I showed up at 6 and was told they couldnt work on anymore cars that day. So I made an appointment for the following day at 6. I show up at 6 and was told that they could do the oil change but they couldnt replace the bulbs. Whatever. Fine.I wait an hour and the guy comes back and tells me they couldnt remove the oil filter and they cant do the oil change. I have no idea what they were doing for an hour. I hadnt encountered that problem before.So big waste of time and I mean, its Walmart. What else should I have expected?
Tire rotation and balance. Very impressed, took glance while they were working, saw them using a torque wrench to check everything and they got the pressure and balance correct, they worked fast, too.
Very bad experience is Sterling and Leesburg walmart. Sterling walmart manager is very rude and not a cooperative person. I bought two new tyres, was waiting for replacement and after a while then he said its not there and Im pretty sure he gave to someone.Two weeks before I went to Leesburg Walmart for oil change, they said ok it will take one hour and after hour the guys said they can not open the filter and go somewhere else. Next time I will not go to walmart autos. Its just wasting of time
I wish if there less than a star to give them.Poor servers and, staff need to be trained to know how to deal with the customer special the manger
Very unfriendly and not trained staff. Two reps needed to serve one customer because one of them didn’t how to use the system.

Got new tires here, service seemed slow and understaffed, but the tires seemed to be a good value and came with a warranty so all good.A month goes by and I get a nail in the tire, bring it in for repair and the desk associate confirms the tire is under warranty and they’ll repair it. Except then they tell me they can’t get the tire off without damaging the wheel or stripping the lugnuts because they’re too tight, even though they are the ones that put the tires on. They don’t have the replacement pieces or the want to fix anything they break, so they recommend I take it to a different tire shop. So now I lose the warranty and have to pay whatever gets damaged to get the tire off and the tire repair. Drove past three VA Tire and Auto shops to get to the Walmart Auto Shop, I’ll never do that again. Don’t recommend.
Not sure I should post this, but theres hardly anyone there so its in and out and at half the price of others!
I go for a tire repair and oil change. Only to be told you now need an appointment, this is new since Covid. Then the clerk walked off and said I will be back when I am done with other customers. There were no other customers. He could have offered take an appointment. Not an option and left. This is is not the first bad experience, just part of a trend. All of Walmarts tire centers are bad this one at Compass Creek is remarkably horrendous.

Terrible experience, never going back. Daughter went for an oil change and the “technician” darn near verbally assaulted her into getting new tires. Her tires are fine but this Walmart representative I guess assumed he could intimidate a young lady into buying unnecessary new tires. Thankfully she was smart enough to not buy the tires but left in tears. Tried to call to talk to someone four times in the past day; don’t bother as the do not answer their phone.
OIL CHANGE ONLY: I got here at 8:00am when they opened. Im the first and only car here. It is currently 9:04 and my car is still outside. They seem to have no concept of time. Will wait about 15 more minutes if nothing changes I will be taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: car taken into the shop at 9:12UPDATE: oil change done at 10:22UPDATE: finally got rung up by cashier at 10:48Highly recommend against coming here. 3 hours for an oil change is outrageous
Slow slow service. Not knowledgeable staff. They misplace parts.
Went to go pick up a tire and I sat at the counter for almost an hour the person behind the counter didn’t know what she was doing and used the PA to get a manager about 7 times and nobody showed up. A guy from the garage tried to get a manager but no luck for him but he was at least nice and helped look for my tire. Ended up voiding the transaction and got a free tire because I was waiting for so long.
The Auto Center phone number is incorrectly listed and either hangs up immediately when you call or just keeps ringing. Extremely disappointing for a newly established business location. As customers, we expect better of WalMart
Update: went back recently for your rotation and was better experience. So updated1. Direct number to auto and tire doesnt work.2. When called thru front desk and extend to auto Dept no one ever picks up.3. Took my car for tire change asked them to rotate old one to front. Found not done.4. Took 5 hours to do tire replacement.
Absolutely bad experience. 2016 Toyota Camry flat fix left the car sunday morning. Called multiple times with several phones cant get hold of anyone to strait answer. Calls drop after 10 minutes ringing. NOT RECOMMENDED. Do NOT get warranty on tires all the walmart tire center cant handle the work load in northern VA.

Do not take your car to get an oil change here. They told my husband 25 min. He got there at 3pm. They didn’t start until 5pm. He was there 3 hours. Take your business elsewhere.
I should give them zero star. I came to get oil change and tire rotationThere was only one technician it’s not that they were busy . They are so damn slow seems like they have no incentive to work.I will never come back here again .

I was happy to have a new Walmart in leesburg Virginia with auto care center but Im very disappointed and upset with customer service they have they dont care the time of customer they spend theyre time walking around and talking with they friends or other customers first before they attending for a oil change.i would like in the future to have a more serious personal in that department.

Very slow. My truck went into the bay at 10 and as of 1230, it still isnt ready. I am getting 4 tires.
