Monday, July 5th, I visited the Leesburg store and was assisted in making the selection of a Washer and Dryer by Sonny who was polite and personable. He was knowledgeable about the options he showed me. Payment was made and delivery would be the next day. I was to receive a call with a 2-hour time window which was agreeable.Tuesday, July 6th, I heard a beeping and looked outside to see an MVB APPLIANCE Truck backing into the driveway. No phone call had been made to announce the arrival (thus the less than 5 stars). I was surprised but went out to greet the Driver.James was polite and handled the delivery without stopping for a breath. I have lost everything in it 3 times in a short period of time. It seems that their service was only before the sale. They don’t return calls, and say they will forward info to the owner and he will be in contact. That didn’t happen either.Don’t waste your time shopping at this “bargain” center. You will lose more money in food than you save on the appliance.

I had an immediate need for a refrigerator and originally had ordered one from Best Buy. Best Buy delivered a fridge that had multiple dents and leaked! Obviously, I did not take delivery of that one, and got my money back. Covid has made finding appliances that are in stock and ready for delivery, very difficult. I decided to give up the big box stores, and look for a local appliance shop. That led me to MVB Appliance.We went to several places to look and compare, but Sonnys warm welcome and help choosing something was was in stock and available for delivery the NEXT DAY, was a big plus. They had a Whirlpool model that had all the features I wanted, and after researching prices, theirs was the same for that model, as the big box stores. They charged only $25 for delivery and installation, and the two young men who delivered the fridge, were very careful and had great attention to detail. Many people who do that job, couldnt care less if they ding up your new fridge, or your walls/doorways.We had a complete service experience, working with MVB Appliance and I would recommend them to anyone. In 2017 I purchased 2 refurbished refrigerators and a washer & dryer set from MVB. All still working, but now I have a new kitchen and wanted new appliances to go in it. I really only thought of MVB as a used appliance store, but that is not correct. Sonny did a great job of helping me find the best appliance suite. I LOVE my new Maytag appliances. While it did take a bit longer to get the fridge due to covid delays, they kept me informed along the way. The pricing is right in line with the chain stores but the personal service is far superior. Their delivery fees are much less and they take the old stuff away-hassle free. You owe it to yourself to give this business a try.

Absolutely the best shopping experience ever. Jeremy has to one of the most knowledgeable appliance guys around. Excellent customer service skills with no pressure. He worked with my wife using one of the finance options, just made my life easier. We got our Maytag commercial series washer and dryer set, needing heavy duty because if pet hairs. Again, Jeremy explained the difference in cycles and machine capabilities so we could understand, awesome. We did get our washer set, an extra LG pedestal washer, two box springs and a couch. Thank you, we will be back when we get a bigger house!

The showroom was neat and clean. They have a good selection of new appliances on display. We were in need off an upright mid - sized freezer and they had one when no one else did and I mean no one. Sonny was very helpful on the phone and in person. They delivered it the next day four a reasonable charge since we live over three 10 mile limit for free delivery. The driver called to give us a time window and called again when he was 15 minutes away that was nice. We are happy with the service and the product and we think you should buy locally when you can

I was shopping for a new washer and came upon MVB by sheer luck. After being at Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Best Buy, I ironically saw one of MVB trucks and thought, what the heck. I googled it, read the reviews and got the address. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only was the staff friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I was impressed how clean and well organized the store was. Delivery was the next day. And, as promised, the morning of the delivery I received a call giving me a two hour delivery window I then received a call stating when they were 15-20 minutes out. Bought a Whirlpool apartment size refrigerator and it was delivered the same day. After a few days I noticed that it was not freezing as cold as it should be. Called MVB and within a few hours their repair guy was here to look at it. He agreed that it was not right, called it in and in a few days a new refrigerator was delivered.This was my first encounter with MVB and I was impressed with their response time and how they didnt try to dodge the issue. I previously tried to buy one at Appliance Direct and not only would they not guarantee the washer, but when I brought it back in they refused to refund my money even though the washer would not work!

Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. We purchased a Washer & Dryer at a price that beats what we saw on Lowes and Walmarts websites. They offered either free delivery or setup. It was a gas dryer so we took the setup, which was at a very reasonable price. I will update this review once they are delivered and set up.Update: The Washer & Dryer were delivered and installed. The installer did a professional job, having to deal with an unorthodox setup for hooking them up. Will do one more update after we do a couple of loads.

James and Noah replaced my Whirlpool refrigerator LED light module. Another appliance repair person came to my house, and he could not do It. However, they fixed the problem is less than 15 minutes, and I am delighted with their work! The service techs were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. The cost was also very reasonable. Our 2-1/2 year old Whirlpool stove/oven gave out (Motherboard) and since the cost to repair was expensive, we decided to replace. None of the big box stores could get a unit in less than a couple months. We went to MVP Appliance in Leesburg and Jeremy and James were so helpful and were able to have the replacement delivered in a few weeks. A few weeks later, our 3 year old Maytag washer (also motherboard) gave out and so we went back to MVP. Again both Jeremy and James were helpful and knowledgable and recommended we replace the unit with the same model, as it is the best. They were able to arrange for delivery the same date of purchase and Matthew delivered, installed, and was also great. Thank you for your great customer service!

We purchased a Maytag washer & dryer here 2 weeks ago. Very pleasant experience, from Sonny at the store, to Noah and James, the delivery and installation crew. Much better than at the box stores. And the prices are great, especially when you ask the box stores for the price of hoses, power cord (electric dryer), and removal of the old appliances; those arent included in the box stores free delivery.

Great place to do business. Very helpful and courteous. They have new out of box, scratch and dent or they can order new in the box appliances. You can save hundreds if you can live with a small dent. Delivery and install was excellent . Ask for Jeremy at the Leesburg store.

My husband and I went into MVB for a used dryer but Troy and the front desk guy was so very nice they both helped us and we ended up leaving with a Brand new dryer. You can’t bet they prices. I’m very happy with my dryer and will be going back😀 Thanks guys

Needed dog ears to repair my washer. Called all over and no one was able to help me. I called MVB and the technician said he had the part. When I went there the technician knew immediately what I needed and gave me a quick explaination of how to properly install the part. I will always go to MVB appliances because they are very honest and reasonable.
