Excellent customer service for an in-and-out trip I made a month ago for my mom’s birthday. George, one of the employees, guided me to several different things I was looking for, and explained the specifics of each product to me so that I knew exactly what I was buying. I’m now a very big fan of the EasyStore external hard drive, and almost everyone in my family now owns one.

Pretty bad store manager with an utter disregard for loyal customers. The person at the customer service desk was way better in trying to help me with my issue than the store manager Riana. Overall the store staff is good but good luck if you have to deal with the store manager.

A very dishonest and careless customer service. If it was a 0 star option I would have definitely used it for this store and BestBuy customer service. I was supposed to pick up an order from this store, since the other store I originally stopped by didnt have it in stock, and my delivery has been rescheduled multiple times. So After Driving half an hour to this store to pick up my order on a promised set up date and time, they told me in the order is not ready for pick up. I asked why and what is going on and the only and most careless answer I got was I DONT KNOW. I asked then who knows, the manger Robert responded the other store you purchased it from. Then I asked ok then call him and figure it out, and he turned back to walked away rolling eyes like it was a lot for him to do so. and then he disappeared. I asked for him, and when he was return the answer I got was that I can not do anything for you unless if you buy something from here. Like if the store I walked in to was not Bestbuy and this useless guy was not working at Bestbuy to provide any sort of customer service or satisfaction for what Bestbuy messed up, but selling. After an hour of my time being wasted in this store with the unprofessional guy Robert who called himself the Manager in duty, he told me I have to drive back to the other store and figure it out myself as he cant help any further. I wished Bestbuy invested more time and money training their mangers and employees on how to provide the customer service and fix the mess ups they create.

We had an issue with Kurt who is one of Geek Squad managers because my husband bought an Accidental Protection Plan for his Canon 5d Mark IV DSLR. When we bought the camera, we were told that if we bought the Accidental Protection Geek Squad plan we could bring it in for anything and get either a same day replacement or a gift card to buy something else. This was purchased in 2018. Even though we showed Kurt the terms and conditions of that plan we purchased, he refused to do anything and said it had to be shipped out. We asked to speak to a store manager because thats not what was explained to us after spending over $450 for that plan and he said no one else was available and that he wouldnt do anything else. We physically showed him the terms and conditions of the plan we purchased and he still refused to do anything. Kurt insisted there was no upper management available to help us, however after asking another employee in the store to speak to a general manager they said they would reach out to Oscar who was an upper level manager. Magically, even though Kurt said they werent available Oscar was. He helped to come up with a resolution that was satisfactory to us. While Kurt was no help and straight up lied to us, Oscar was very understanding and took care of us. Well recommend this store because of Oscars (General Store Manager) great customer service. Perhaps Kurt (Geek Squad Manager) could learn something from him and how Terms and Conditions work.

Horrible “customer service “! My son purchased a Sony HD 4K TV from Best Buy less than 2 1/2 years ago. He also purchased the $99 2yr extended warranty. So with the 1yr manufacturer warranty and the 2 yr extended we thought he had a 3yr warranty. Apparently not so. So I inquired about Best Buy giving him a discount on a new TV. Again the answer was no they couldn’t do that. My son spent $850 on a TV that didn’t last 2 1/2 yrs. Clearly they didn’t appreciate our business at all.Went over to Costco and purchased a bigger TV LG HD 4K for less than the original from Beat Buy. The most refreshing part was Costco includes a 2 yr extended warranty free!Our family will never waste our hard earned money at Best Buy again!

They no longer accept phone calls locally and won’t return a call back request. I drove 45 minutes to this store to have a cell phone battery replaced only to have them tell me they’d need days to do it. Don’t expect customer service. Took my phone to a mall kiosk and had a new battery in less than 10 minutes. Geek squad can’t compete.

Poor service and horrific return policy. I purchased an item suggested by their in house staff to extend my internet reach in our home. The product (eero Pro 6) did not work as Best Buy suggested. When went to bring it back, Best Buy said they would not reimburse me anything because it was beyond 30 days. I spoke directly with the manager and he refused to budge on reimbursement of any kind. Absolutely horrid as this product was purchased 100% on a Best Buy salesman recommendation ( Brien Jones). I strongly suggest avoiding Best Buy and especially the Leesburg store as customer service is definitely lacking. They only care about making a sale.

I have always had a soft spot for Best Buy, its kind of like a geeks paradise but my most recent experience at this location was lacklustre to say the least. I visited this location to purchase Apples magic trackpad (which was in stock according to the Best Buy app) only to find out there was actually none in the store. After talking to 3 different Best Buy employees, I came out empty handed and disappointed. Not to mention I had also received an empty package 📦 from them once. Overall though, I still think theyre one of the most special electronics store in the US.

Best Buy... lets see. As a PC gamer who builds rigs, I cant say that they have the best selection, but in terms of home electronics, I cant say it gets any better. I like best buy with their flexible financing. I shop here for my home theater stuff, as well as car audio. 9/10 just due to lack of PC parts.

Worst customer service ever. My wife and I bought a washer and dryer and got told our delivery would be in about a week we schedule for a Monday 7-1. No call no email before day of service. 11am comes around and my wife calls. We get the run around and hung up on multiple times. Finally an email comes right at the end of our window saying our appointment was rescheduled to next Monday. Still more run around finally a CSR tells us its best to go to the store. Now Im standing in the store and noone is helping. Were getting the same response on hold and giving the run around. Store is incompetent and if I can give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever.

The manager has no concept of price honoring. After looking over all of them I had found one that I wanted and I go to pay and the young man tells me $100 when clearly the tripod was $50. After the young man talked over the walkie-talkie to his manager told him what happened the manager basically told me too bad. I will never come back here ever again and they do not honor their word at all for price match. Stay away from the store they are a bunch of liars and cheaters. Also nobody on the floor to assist all too busy being on their phones texting each other. Stay far away from this place.

During the pandemic, they were one of the best operations running curbside pickup. I appreciated that! They usually have good sales and reward points but I had an issue recently work pre-ordering a phone but I have had far more positive and helpful situations shopping here than negative. This location offers a wide selection across its numerous appliance sections. Its video game stock focuses on current-gen. Some newly-released titles may sell out quickly which relates to shortage of stock. At the same time, I did notice some items wrongly priced. However, the store does well overall.

Went to this location for Apple Iphone X warranty repair. Kurt S. was the consultant that assisted me thru the process and handled his job like he owns it. Excellent customer service, explanation of services and follow up when the phone was ready for pick up. The time between submission and pick up was longer than going to an apple store, but this location provides a convenient option to driving to a apple retail store 10+ miles away.

Their electronics recycling program is a joke. Was told that they dont accept old PC components unless I bring in the entire PC, which doesnt make a lot of sense if one is upgrading an existing PC. They also have a 3 item limit that is not advertised on their answering service when calling ahead. So quick logic check: if I brought an entire computer case with a bunch of components inside of it, that wouldve been fine and still counted as 1 item? but the same components separately somehow arent acceptable, and even if they were, would be counted individually?Loudoun Countys website lists a plethora of other local recyclers that dont have this sort of hassle. Strongly recommend working with those businesses for e-waste handling instead.

Terrible service, dishonest, and disorganized. Order a television from store to have delivered. Was told it would be delivered within a week, only to be rescheduled multiple times. On the day it was rescheduled to arrive, it never came. Called to locate and after being transferred several times, they had not idea were it was or when it would arrive. Had to cancel and get a refund. Recommend avoiding Best Buy all together.

Purchased a pc console on 9/13, delivered on 9/15, and have spent a total of 6 hours so far on the phone between bestbuy.com, geeksquad and the actual store to get a product key for software i purchased but was not provided/loaded onto system. geeksquad sent me to a remedial team overseas who tried to explain to me how software works before they rebooted my system and erased the chat. then they redirected me to the store. i still dont have a solution. no one answers the phone. online help takes about 45 minutes to get a response. unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

We purchased a drier from here along with installation. As I live out of state, my son supervised the installation. It fits in a pretty tight space atop one of those draw units and is challenging to move. After installation my son complained of dust and humidity issues. On my current visit we pulled the drier out and found out that Best Buy had not connected the vent or had connected it so poorly that it had not remained connected after first use.

Despite online stores these days, I always seem to purchase here and never been disappointed. I can see why, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, particularly this location. I was loading up my tv and a staff member, who happened to be off his shift, offered to help me load it, I said no thank because I could see he was off and only had a t shirt on a very cold night. Thats great service! Keep it up!

Went in to get some ac power cords and browse around. Didn’t get asked at all if I needed help like I usually do (which I don’t mind, if I need help I’ll ask). They are setting up for Black Friday deals with TVs all over the place in the aisles, but I could still walk through (A+).Maybe suggest having cords all in one place. I found hdmi, Ethernet and two pronged cords in 2-3 different areas.

Got a Sprint phone plan and smartphone there. I had problems right from the start and was back in there within a couple of days of the purchase as I stopped receiving text messages on it and other issues. After 4 visits without resolution over several weeks I was told it was a Sprint problem and go see them. Sprint determined the phone was defective and said to have Best Buy replace it and they had seen a number of defective phones come to them from Best Buy purchases. When I went back to Best Buy I was told that I had to purchase a new phone, as since it was longer than two weeks since I had bought it, even though I had been in there about this problem within days of initial purchase, and the same staff I had been dealing with on this were aware of that. When I asked to speak to the manager, I got a very indifferent response to the effect that “too bad, this is the policy “. If I could rate them a zero, I would have - disgusting customer service!! I WILL NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again!!!!!

Very poor customer service at this store ! Everytime I have gone in there you can never find anyone willing to help. They could care less! theyre too busy talking to each other and seem to disappear when they see customers. I finally got someone to help but they didnt tell me that the lg tv they told me I should get was only compatible with an apple phone which I have an android. I called and was told I had to buy a chromecast to work my tv. I wouldnt shop here if it was the last best buy on earth.
