Worst customer service and incompetent staff. The representative chose to argue over a price discrepancy they had instore compared to online. Very rude individual. Ill take my business elsewhere. It still amazes me that despite the amount of competition, some businesses still invest so little in quality customer service.

Based on their delivery men, I would give Sterling Appliance Zero stars if that where an option. The person in charge was rude, stated at least four times he did not like the style of our home, used the GD word several times, was very careless - damaging the concrete on our new front porch, and caused other dings on our newly painted walls. I realize moving refrigerators is not an easy job, but as with every job, attitude is everything. This person had the worst attitude my wife and I have ever seen. We were very uncomfortable the whole time, and could not wait for them to leave! My advice - get your own delivery company, and or, buy somewhere else! John Coon. Walkersville, Md.
