This Bed Bath & Beyond location excels in service. We were proactively greeted on entry, offered assistance by the manager in finding things, and our cashier was very kind. On service alone, this is a fantastic establishment. It does, however, struggle with inventory. We came to purchase dishes and found that they had fewer than 4 of most of their dishes. We were not able to put together a full set of dishes in any of their available styles.

Its a very nice store but its prices are very high. Unless you have a lot of money. I like their coupons. They no longer issue their $5 off coupons. I dont know why.

Unnecessarily expensive and I did not get the quality stuff I was looking for my house. waste of time.

Best deal I could find on a new Sonicare Electric tooth brush by using their ubiquitous 20% off coupon. Sales people on the floor were polite and helpful. They did not try to avoid you as they do in some establishments. Nice store with good products. With a 20% of coupon or $20 off $50 prices are reasonable.

Great prices and lots of handy items for the home, as well as going back to college stuff!

This is a small store. Limited choices. The store feels tight and cluttered. But the clerks at the register are always pleasant.

Ideal place for specifics or specialty items needed for the kitchen or household. 👍 I love the amount of different options they have for kitchen aide and cooking utensils. Im very picky about my cooking utensils.😉

Nothing exciting. But the quality is decent and the selection is broad. This one had people on the floor actually talking to customers. The register folk were happy, clearly they like working together... which makes it a pleasant place to shop.

Lots of inventory and gadgets. You will enjoy your visit.

I was looking for a garment rack. I talked with a very nice employee.( might have been a manager or assistant manager I did not get a good look at name tag) on the sales floor. She helped me find just what I was looking for. When I went to xheck out there was a line.... me and 1 person infront of me. The cashier called for help to open another register because his customer had several items to price check. I was in and out of the store withing 10 minutes and back on to the rest of my day.

The store seems to have everything. Found what we needed and were in and out in no time. Friendly and helpful staff.

I can get lost on BB&B forever. They have a little bit of everything...and most of the things I want lol. This particular BB&B is not my favorite. It seems a little disorganized and offers fewer things than others (though they were going through the Christmas transformation at the time of my visit). I would have given 3 stars for disorganization but the staff were all very helpful and I am assuming that Christmas stuff is the reason for the dings in this review.

Bed Bath & Beyond in Leesburg VA is one of the best stores weve ever shopped at. The service is outstanding. The Manager went out of his way to find a product in another store. The Cashier helped carry a heavy package to my car. Highly recommend this store.

Mostly the wide selection and good products one expects, except...Two criticisms:1. Poor Cali King Bed product selection (mattress cover; have to go to Amazon, now)2. Store is NOT Accessibility-friendly! I am mobility impaired and there are no motorized carts not plentiful places to stop and sit. (All stores in the chain are bad about this.)

Update: went to exchange the coffee pot today and it took me an hour in traffic to get back to the store. The Manager Jean went to the back and grabbed a new carafe from a different box. When she brought it up to the front to the associate helping me he asked was this all that was missing. I replied you know Im not sure so I opened the box and opened the pot where youd put coffee grounds and there was residue inside. I said sir pretty sure this was a previously returned coffee pot and I want a whole new one. The store manager over heard and made a rude face. I will not be returning to this store. Jean is rude and if you ask me I should have gotten a discount for ruining my Saturday traveling to exchange a coffee pot at her store. They should have never had a returned used coffee pot in their sales floor.Traveled 45 mins to the store that had the coffee pot I wanted in stock. When I got home I took it out to set it up and the Thermal carafe was missing! Called the store and was told to return it. I explained its a far drive and was told to take it to the nearest store but that store doesnt have it in stock so I would have to wait for it to be ordered. The whole reason I traveled 45 mins was so Id have it right away. I emailed bed bath and beyond customer service two days ago and never received a reply. I guess Ill drive another 45 to the store today so I can exchange for a complete coffee pot.

Try getting a new toilet seat cover and contour rug that maybe match in style and more importantly the same color! Was there a natgeo tag on these? Marshalls couldnt be bothered, seriously, and Target, well they might have 1-2 but that was last nights computer check. Kohls no decent colors. My new knee is only good for so long. You CANNOT tell colors on line and some of the names are ludicrous. So, its off to BB&,B.

Lot of stuff stacked really high. Customer care was appreciated.

Keep changing their products, introduce new items that you go back to repeat but eventually the customer is a test no on ever asks if you like so they decide to discontinue and you wanted more.

Bit small compared to some of the others but great, friendly staff!
