I had a problem with my phone yesterday, and spoke to a young man for help. Im 72 and not so smart about smart phones. He was so nice, and very knowledgeable. I also spoke to a very nice young lady, she helped me too when I had a question about tablets. They were a great help to me.

Arrived a half hour before close and got a new phone. Ended up taking an extra 10-15 minutes after close to copy all my data to new device. Not only did the tech guy not complain, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome experience

Although the experience at TCC wasnt all bad, next time I will go to a corporate store for better service, and not a third party authorized retailer which has limitations.

Our family has found that the representatives are always trying to help as much as possible, and even try to find ways to save money! The deals are good, and the entire staff is insanely nice! Having issue with my screen. Tried to stop at the store to see if they could help. It was 7:30 and the doors were locked up tight, lights were all off. Hours online said open til 8.

All I can say is that this place is a disaster. Save yourself some time and go to an actual Verizon store where they actually care about customer service. This store just tries to sell you product and doesnt stand by issues. Bad Bad Bad experience. Wont return.
