Somebody wrote a false review under my name so let me be the first to apologize I just got a phone call. I think the store is always very inviting and clean and gives a good vibe of professionalism. The staff I have ever encountered have always been courteous and helpful contrary to whatever was set before. Again I apologize for the previous post I dont know who had posted that under my Google. However I the real Nicholas have always had great service and experience at the Lebanon store

I had an excellent, over-the-phone interaction with Chase from the Lebanon location. We were switching from another provider and Chase was very thorough with discovering which CinBell services would be best suited for our familys needs. He explained what to expect on our first bill, during the install appt, etc. After the install I had a couple of follow-up questions and Chase was readily available to answer them. I found Chase from Lebanon CinBell to be very professional, responsive, and helpful.

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service at our Lebanon store. Chase was personable, professional, patient and went above and beyond to help solve an issue for me. I really appreciated thetime he spent solving the problem. The other gentleman in the store was also very helpful and personable. It is this type of customer service that encourages your clientele to be loyal Cincinnati Bell customers in the future. Kudos to your Lebanon employees!

We’ve been with Cincinnati Bell for many years for cable, phone, and internet. The main reason is there excellent service. Service has always been friendly and fast. Whenever we have a problem, they always resolve it the same day. We also really like the convenience of the store right in Lebanon. They are always friendly and helpful, answering all our questions, explaining everything clearly and in plan English.

Returned my equipment on Saturday, and due to the ongoing pandemic wouldnt allow me into the store, which is fine, placed my equipment in the red bin placed outside.. I have a time stamp on my phone that shows the call was placed at 12:38pm, now I am being told the equipment was not turned in and I am supposed to pay for it?? This is so ridiculous. I will NOT be paying for the equipment that was failed to be scanned in. Im frustrated, the phone lines are clogged, and I feel like Cincinnati bell does not care to take care of their customers.--Updated contact the email for social media, they updated and took off the turned in equipment,, frustrating you have to jump through hoops for them to do their job.

The techs and people that you talk with are great but the product is poor. I’m sitting next to my modem and my computer Shows 3 bars weak signal. I get cut off every 30 minutes.

Lucas!! Wow is all I can say.. what a phenomenal customer service experience I just had over the phone. I am not sure I have the words to describe it. I need you for my company, I want to steal you away. I can only hope for you that CB has valued you enough, that you are very happy. Your speaking voice from the minute you answered the phone so professional, the ease and calming attitude you had when I was not a happy person. You never waivered, you went to work to solve all my concerns. You never once gave me the scripted answers we all come to expect. It felt genuine and sincere. I am still in awww, this has never happened in dealing with CB. You are second to none Lucas - you are truly customer obsessed and it shows. Thank you!!

We made the mistake of thinking we could order Spectrum internet and have a good experience. Spectrum disconnected our Cincinnati Bell service from our home without our authorization and would not reconnect it. Cincinnati Bell was easy to get in touch with to correct the problem, were very understanding, even though we almost left for the competition, sent someone earlier than scheduled to fix our connection, and then came back to the house at the scheduled time to be sure it was fixed. It is an AMAZING experience to deal with this location and they will forever have our business.

So disappointed. We loved having Cincinnati Bell as our Internet provider when we lived in Reading, Ohio, but the Lebanon office just was not able to give us working internet.We had techs come out to our apartment many, many, many times, but they just could not fix the problem. Our internet would drop out for several minutes at a time throughout the day nearly every day. It really did not matter what the techs did. They replaced the fittings, changed connections on the outside of our building, replaced the modem... Sometimes the internet would get better for a few days, but it always would end up dropping out regularly again.I think there must be some fault/flaw/short in either the fiber optic cables near where we live or in their system that is supoosed to detect issues, because the technical support people (over the phone) would often say that they did not see our internet dropping out on their records. In person they were very kind and tried to be helpful, but in the end, Cincinnati Bell just could not give us reliable internet. Really disappointing.

My Cincinnati Bell bundle price was expiring soon and CinBells Lebanon store manager Chase Brown was able to provide a great bundle price for the next year.Im pleased that CinBell has a two Lebanon offices [store for billing and TV support and Go-concepts for internet and phone tech support] to help local customers in our area.The other cable company has no local stores or offices in the Lebanon area to help customers with billing, TV, internet and phone issues.

I called the store to manage some issues with my bill - as a heritage Lebanon Telecommunications customer, it is easier than calling Cincinnati Bells main number - Chase proved that it is more helpful, too! He managed my issue quickly, and sensing my dissatisfaction with the issue (which was completely the fault of Cincinnati Bell billing!), he made things right by giving me an incentive for three years! We were considering canceling all of our CBell service - landline, cable, and internet, and finding a new internet supplier and cutting the cord, but Chases above-and-beyond approach will keep us CBell customers. Go or call the store when you need help, for sure!
