In all of my experiences dealing with employees in customer service, Im not sure Ive met a more qualified, kind and efficient person as I did today. Cory G, thank you for fixing our problem and making the visit entirely pleasant. You made a difference and that should not go unnoticed.

Bad business. Was sold a device and the associate added a $45 screen protector and had it installed before he asked if I wanted that particular one, which I did not. When I asked how it could possibly cost $45 he explained if it ever scratches cracks etc. bring it back and it will be exchanged and installed at no cost. After two trips to this store to replace it because it had cracked I was told to contact the company and they should ship me another. Dishonest bad business practice. Overpriced and no service. Avoid this store if unless it is an emergency and even then they will most likely rip you off.

Purchased a new phone. Asked them to change over my information from phone to phone. After they were finished with the process they proceeded to wipe out my information from the old phone. Went to use my new phone couple hours later and found nothing downloaded. Lost all contacts. My fault for not checking, but they should have know better when thats what they do everyday. Pure incompetence.

Excellent customer service compared to Cumberland St store, don’t even waste your time going there. I had an issue with my SIM card and my Apple Watch and they helped me right away with no wait time. After waiting 30 min at Cumberland St and getting nothing but attitude, I headed over to Quentin Rd and they helped me right away. Jess and Corey are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any concerns you may have. Very uplifting and awesome experience here overall.

Went in for help with my phone. The csr was super friendly and did what he could to help. When we realized I needed a new phone he helped us to find out what our most economical options were. Ended up buying an unlocked phone off of Amazon to keep my prepaid ATT plan instead of signing onto a contract plan.

We needed to stop services on a Direct TV account that the person passed away. I was given incorrect information from the customer service rep at Direct TV, I had spoken too earlier in the week. I spoke to Corey on the phone and he was great. Very kind and helped me set up an appointment. Dylan was incredible. He was patient and generous with his time. We resolved our issue after numerous phone calls. He kept his cool even when I was getting irritated. Much better service at this location, than the other store in Lebanon. A+ to Quentin road location. You guys rock! Thank you.

Great store and great staff. I went in there tonight and Kurt helped me upgrade two phones. He was very polite and patient. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and understood everything before I left. I will defiantly recommend him to call my friends and family in the future!!

My family were all Cingular customers that were absorbed into AT&T many years ago. After a horrible experience at this store a few years back and years of dealing with poor AT&T service at my job, I switched to Sprint. My mom insists on staying with AT&T, so I went with her recently to upgrade her phone.The salesman was knowledgable, which is a huge improvement over the girl who tried to sell me an iPhone when my Samsung broke a few years back. Me, a tech geek with a history of only buying Samsung phones. After my mom made her decision, the salesman started transferring her data. After an hour he finally let us leave the store. I was getting frustrated because I knew I could transfer much quicker at home. Still, my mom was happy with her new phone.A couple days later her new phone started to flicker. The screen would just die whenever she was using it. We tried a few things and it still didnt work right. She stopped back in and was told she would have to replace it through her insurance plan and there would be a deductible. She then said she wanted to just return it and was told there would be a $55 stocking fee. For a phone that didnt work right out of the box. She then called AT&T and they walked her through a few steps that might have fixed the issue, but its really ridiculous that you can end up with a broken phone and have to pay more money to replace or return it. She didnt break the phone, and from what Ive found out, its a common issue with that phone.Ive never been more happy that I left AT&T for Sprint. At least they take care of me like Im a valued customer, unlike AT&T. If you are with AT&T, just buy online and save yourself the hassle. You cant return anything anyway, unless you want to pay more fees.

Today, I witnessed employees let an older gentleman wait outside in sub 30 degree weather as they were just chatting. Not long before they were allowing others into their store but when this older man came up, they didn’t even spare a glance or speak to him. The older man repeatedly waved at the employees and they didn’t do anything. I understand that there are limits, but there were a grand total of four people in the store and they didn’t even talk to the man waiting outside. The man left without ever conversing with staff. Completely careless and incredible inconsiderate of employees to the man outside. Extremely disappointing.

Visited this store two weeks and had a salesman by the name of Cory. The night we purchased the phones and was going to purchase ATT Tv as well. He was very nice and helpful that evening. After two days realized that our numbers never transferred over from Verizon because Verizon was telling us the transfer pin was not put in correctly. After 3 hours on the phone between ATT and Verizon I finally got the phone transferred my self. We were told the night we purchased phones that we would get $700 a piece rebate for our two phones we handed in but we had to get the screen fixed on the one first then they would give us the rebate. We got screen fixed took phone back to store then they told us they could not give us the $700 yet because we had to do something with the iTunes in order for them to accept it. We left the store not very happy as all we get are excuses for everything. So we took the phone had the iTunes fixed and returned the phone today and then they told us they would only give us $350 because it had scratches on the back of it which Cory seen they night we purchased because he was looking at the phone and told us the only thing that needed to be fixed on the phone was the screen in order to get the $700 rebate. We are very discussed at the service that we received after the initial night of purchase. After they made their commission on the sale did not want to help us in any way really. We had to do everything to fix the port situation that was messed up the first night because the transfer pin was not put in correctly. I would not recommend!!

Ashley helped me today to switch from Verizon to AT&T and she did an absolutely awesome job. She spent over an hour fixing a port problem and I was impressed with her dedication to fixing the issue. I highly recommend everyone go to this location instead of the location on Cumberland.

Visited this location on 10/3 &10/6 the new manager Darnell was very helpful went about and beyond to help us up grade had a problem with my screen protector came back and will have one to fit my phone in a day . I don’t remember the her name but I work near by and my iPhone charger broke. I stopped in and the rep helped me out on a new one. It was a dual charger with a heavy duty cable (we all know how bad the stock iPhone cables are). Long story short, she was knowledgeable on their services the company offers and helped me with what I went in for. I highly recommend you visit!

When our new iPhone 8s came in, we went back to the store and received excellent service to port everything over. He made sure we were satisfied with the outcome before we left. Walked in to talk to someone bout why I only have 1 bar on my signal everywhere I go and sometimes no signal at all. Can’t make phone calls cause of no service.A young lady behind her laptop and no one in the store but me.Told her my situation. She then tells me to call 611 to talk to someone to help me and get this.....SHE ASKS ME IF SHE SHOULD WRITE IT DOWN FOR ME.....Are you serious?, I thought to myself, I have a great memory.The moral of the story is that she had more important things to do on her laptop then to assist me with the problem. Why couldn’t SHE CALL 611 for me?? Puts a new meaning of Customer Service. Needless to say, I will never set foot into that store ever again.After calling 611......I actually got in touch with a rep who does care bout their customers and turned out to be a Tower being upgraded near me and upgrade should be done the next day.AT&T Are very lucky that I don’t cancel my subscription with them......still thinking bout it.......

I was doing some shopping around for some good deals on phone packages the customer service rep Ashley was very nice, understanding and was not pushy unlike some Reps were from their companies. I was able to leave the store with great information and which package deals to look at once I am ready to commit to a phone plan.

Absolutely no consistancy in services offered or details on services offered. Any problems they cant handle in store at this location. I am now dealing with a collections agency for a low fee that has apparently been in collections for two years unknown to me despite the fact that I have been to this location to fix other problems numerous times with less than satisfactory results.

God Awful service. I waited for 1hr 45 min till I was finally helped. Multiple times I was told someone will be with you shortly. There was 4 employees there not including the manager. All most of the time walking around and disappearing into the back. 3 people came in after myself and 2 our of those 3were helped and gone before I was served. Finally, I was helped. I waited that long for a 5 minute session. That didn’t even fix it. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

I went to this location to activate 2 lines waited 2 hrs to get the activation done only to find out after I got home that one of my lines was not activated so I call the store and the manager tells me I have bring the phone back to the store. i now I have to drive back out to the store which is a 30 min drive for me to sit there another 2hrs till they figured out why my line was not active. Thankfully Ashley laureano the associate that took care of me, who was also upset about the whole situation figured it out. After literally being there basically all day she got me taken care of and I was able to finally go home with a working phone . (Att needs to come up with a better way to take care of their prepaid customers.)

Wow! I’ve called 3 different AT&T stores today and all of them answered on the second or third ring...I’ve tried this store 6 times and they just keep forwarding all my phone calls to the AT&T which is beyond frustrating as I need to speak with someone in the store to verify that what I want is in stock. This is beyond frustrating and absolutely AWFUL customer service as I will now have to drive there to verify that they have what I need instead of saving myself the drive should they not actually have it in stock.
