I went in looking for a cb setup for my van. I explained I was just getting into cb radio and was not looking to spend a fortune on a system until I knew if I liked it or not. I looked at all the radios he had and picked a Uniden 505 with a k30 mag mount antenna. He never pressured me into a higher end unit and explained everything to me. Very patient man ( I bombarded him with questions). The system works great and will be doing more business with him in the future. ( Yes I got hooked. I threw the cb in my personal truck that I only use around the farm and will upgrade my work van unit)

Great service, but sketchy as hell. Guy told me to come by after hours to install something. I’ll stick to Bestbuy for that.

This place is nothing less of amazing. Randy is always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The neon hanging up on the walls have been running for over 15 years. He sells great products, plain and simple.

My experience at JNR electronics was nothing less than stellar. The team was very proficient and worked within a very timely manner. During my four hour wait for install, I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner of the shop. I will definitely be returning to JNR electronics for all my future electronic needs. I go here for my interlock system, they are always so nice and ready to help. Carlos is always there to recalibrate it for me. They also have a lot of good stereo stuff there, if theres something youre wanting and they dont have it theyll order it for you!

Great products for good prices, but Theres a catch. The labor is over priced. I paid 40$ for a set of door speakers, pretty great price, but it cost 70$ labor to get them put in. One works and he tells me he can take the radio out and see if that’s the problem but for an additional 60$ labor. Went in the next day with my mom because she thought I was getting ripped off and instead of him explaining his stand point he was rude with my mom and unwilling to listen to anything she had to say. One worker was nice when we walked in she said we shouldn’t be charged for any additional labor to get working door speakers. She went and got him and when he started getting rude she walked outside. I am disgusted by the way the owner talked to my mom.

Do not let him work on your cb radio. Great guy but when it come to cb radios of any kind do not go here.

Very knowledgeable an experience in installations of sound systems and other devices in cars. One of the best technicians on CB radios and Ham radios in the area.

These people are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. After waiting over an hour for a smart start removal they then decided to try and reschedule for another day after the owner had told me to go ahead and come in that day. The owner was rude on the phone everytime I called to talk to him to try and figure out what I needed to do. Instead of an apology for making us wait for an hour he insisted on arguing and then hanging up on me like a coward. Stay away from this place.

Great price considering amazon was the same exact price... difference is I got it immediately rather than waiting for shipping. Please save yourself headaches and stop buying CHEAP stuff offline! Go to your local store that contributes to your city! The owner is very personable! I will be going back in the near future.

Came in and bought and amp and subs. The Amp broke within 3 hours of getting it and upon calling the store they were very rude and said “did it work when you left the store” and when I came to get it checked they ignored me and didn’t even check the broken part. Terrible business Randy will try to rip you off every chance he gets

Traded a c.b. radio and amp for general Lee cb radio and pulled it from truck in the parking lot was talking on it when I pulled into parking lot. Took it inside to trade asked owner if he was going to hook everything up to make sure all of it worked he said nah and told me to grab my new radio from display case about 3 hours later he calls and says cb radio doesnt work he had to work on it just to get it to come on and the owner threatened me if I didnt bring the cb radio back and he admitted possibly plugging it in backwards on his bench.

I went to get an estimate on getting my radio installed. I specifically asked is that stearing wheel controls, sirius radio and everything hooked up? He said yes and had to order parts and we can install it in a few days. Got my radio installed yesterday and nothing but the FM radio works, not the stearing wheel controls, Sirius radio, or the DVD player cause they didnt even ground my emergency brake wire. I called and was polite since the installation has a warranty!But the guy I spoke to said if you want it done for free its not going to happenAnd continued to get an attitude.You dont operate a business like that.Ill do everything I can to keep others from getting ripped off by these lying con artist!
