Ive been going to this Office Max for several years and they are so helpful and kind! A huge thank you to Marie specifically for always going above and beyond and making sure that my business always has what it needs. Anytime Ive gone to the printing department theyre very patient and helpful! Thank you so much! Marie is the best!

To the employee that cant print a simple pdf file and still changed me for blank paper. Maybe its time to find another job that would be a little simpler to comprehend. I hear Walmart has jobs for your skill set or maybe dollar general.

Very worst customer service experience ever.

Extremely rude Manager! Went in to purchase desk for my work at home job. We were approached by the most irritated, Extremely rude sales representative. I simply walked off so I would not fly into her as I should have. Proceeded to look at something different then was approached by a second sales rep who I asked if there was a manager i could speak to in oder to report her actions. Imagine my surprise when she told me this irritated rude employee was the Manager! Well that explains why she was so rude, she evidently thinks she is untouchable and can speak and act that way. Never again will I shop at Office Max!!!

They dont sell bottles of ink fer printers. Ill never shop there again staples gets all my business. The manager n Brittany was very rude to me on the phone. So nope I WILL NOT return to a Office Max.

Good, had a little scare. They were going to charge me for color copies instead of black and white but got it straightened out. The cashier and the girl who helped me with the copy machine were very nice.

Would have bought something if they had a cashier. Instead I left my items on a display and left. Good thing Im honest. Apparently something was much more important than me as a customer.

HAD SEVERAL PRINTED SIGNS MADE THERE IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS . CALL ON 2/18/19 TO GET NEW ONES MADE .BRITTANY SAID THEYVE NOT MADE SIGNS IN OVER A YEAR. MAYBE MY RECEIPTS HAVE THE WORNG DATE . NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. HAVE A GREAT DAY .

Marie is the best. After checking the inventory, went to the back to retrieve the item we were looking for. Shes the best!

Puchased new office furniture and printer and ink 4 months ago. the salesman took care of everything, all I had to do was pay for it. Ran out of ink today and found the replacement ink was the wrong for my printer. Imagine my surprise. Took the ink back, explained what happened, receipt and all, would give me $40 for the wrong ink and charge me $71 for the correct ink. Guess Ill be shopping elsewhere.

No one on the sales floor to help so took my best guess at what was the right computer cord to buy. Naturally, it was the wrong one. Returned it with no problem whatsoever. The cashier was competent, although a smile would have been nice but she was pretty much on her own and very busy so it was understandable. Went in search of the correct cord, but again, there were no sales clerks to help. Finally gave up and left without buying anything. I will try to find what I need at Amazon instead.

I ran in to get a power bank. I asked beforehand if it was returnable and they said yes. Which is good to know because phone accessories are normally not return approved

I went into this store for three days in a row on my lunch break. You get no attention unless you ask for help and when you do, the staff is ineffectual. I was really in the market for a product and wanted to buy it at this store because it is so close to where I work that I could shop on lunch breaks for accessories and possible upgrades but made the decision to buy elsewhere. Skip this store and go to Best Buy

May 10, 2019 -DONT USE THE FEDEX SHIPPING CENTER!DONT SHOP HERE!Useless, lazy, non-helpful lady in the shipping center doesnt listen to the customer that has an unusual label to ship Brooks Shoes. Shipped them here before and she wants me to take them to Walgreens. Refused to ship them and doesnt know FedEx procedures. Wont use Office Max again and also wont use corporate accounts here ever again!

Not enough employees. Generally have to go find someone for help. Bathroom was disgusting. Went in two days in a row, and the toilet was still clogged with feces. Need more reliable and dependable employees.

Anything you need for office supplies or school supplies they will have what you need. Its not as cheap on some of the supplies you can get at Walmart or Dollar General but if your looking for top of the line paper products or the best cross pens, this is the place to go.

Excellent service, very helpful, and pleasant. I was sending a fax around 1230pm Sunday in Lebanan, TN. First time in the store couldnt have been a bettet experience. Will return to buy office supplies, and recommend to others.

Convenient Location, staff was pretty helpful. Their ink/toner section was a disaster though... Prices did not correlate with the products actually in the bin.

I went in for 2 14 x 24 copies. The young lady that helped me was pleasant, however I wondered around the store,checking in occasionally to see if my order was complete.I was there approximately 35 minutes before I was told the copier was broken. She did give me info competitor locations. I bought sharpies and left.

School supply shopping, had offering of everything needed seperated into bins in the middle aisle. It was convenient, but, expensive. If you walked around a little bit you would find everything at a lower price and different name brands. It was obvious from the employees handling of checkout, that they were not prepared for the amount of customers.

Employees were friendly and helpful and prices were fair.

Food place for supplies. I was over charged, but the issue was resolved quickly. However if I had not seen the over charge it would have gone unnoticed!!

A friend need a computer tablet, it was after christmas, so there wasnt much ta pick from, there was one left, display model, he bought, has been very please, great service, and sales people

I use Office Depot as a marketing director for a national management company. I use them all over the United States. I have never encountered just a rude staff. VERY disappointed!! I have a office in Lebanon and I will drive to Hendersonville because the Lebanon staff was so ugly.

Very helpful employees and always have good prices, especially if you need bulk items.

Customer service at this location in the print center is 100 times better than the one in Hermitage.
