This has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered.. 2 months fighting over property that they took and never returned.. The employees that answer the phones are so clueless, they couldnt give you information to a Walmart if it was a cross the street. Now we have to spend money on a lawyer just to get what already belongs to us. I consider Rent a center the most expensive second hand store in America. They suck!!

The manager Gary was supposed to quote me on tires on over a week ago . No call back no response when I cal l, all I get is oh it’s his day off . I wouldn’t recommend this RAC for lack of customer service and refuse to do business here ever again !

Most of my home is furnished thru this place, love the service and now that you can pay online it is even better. Great service, friendly staff and great quality merchandise.
