Got the item I wanted,But got scratched up getting it in the trailer.Damaged now.

Thank god they had air conditioners for sale still. Store manager was outstanding.

Actually my complaint is with the auto rental service ran by Charlie Luthrey. I came in a few weeks ago to rent a vehicle and paid 500 deposit and I paid a month rent because I wanted to be on a monthly pay and not a weekly. He only had one car to choose from so I accepted it because I needed a vehicle. Within a few days the engine light came on, which they pay for repairs but ypu have to still make time to take them and pick them up. We called back and told him we needed another vehicle because the engine light came back on in a few days after getting it back. His policy is you have to wait 6 months to change vehicles. After two weeks of a headache I went elsewhere to buy a vehicle and took rental back. Guess what? No refund for the time I had paid. So if you go here keep in mind that he is really nice when you are paying him and know the book as well as he does before you rent.

Huge fan of this place. Never had any complaints about anything or anyone that works here. The staff gives off this very good family vibe and are very considering. The stuff is not overpriced and always within a decent budget. 😀

Shady management I purchased over $8000 in past from the Lebanon Missouri store never again.. They will teach the Account manager to overcharge you up to $100 or more if 3 days late.? Even if your out of town dealing with Family member with cancer.? they do not care about you only getting Your money ! The store manager must Go to bring any success to this Area They even broke a Ladys door trying to force entry without court judgement or police department.. Please go elsewhere St Roberts Missouri has Great Arrons rental and Rent a center..

I bought something from Aarons before they sold their accounts here because I needed something on my credit. I verified on 2 occasions with 2 different employees that they still report to credit even though the account was sold. I again verified on the day I went in to pay the item off. 2 months later it was not on my credit. I called the store and was advised that I obviously spoke to 3 different liars on all of my previous visits. A manager will call me back after looking into my situation. That was at least a month ago so there must be a LOT of investigation going on.

Dont rent to own a car with Charlie! He will talk to other people about your account! He is a scammer. I wish I would have listened to other people about him. PLEASE DONT TRUST HIM!
