I went from rent a center to rent to own because I was convinced they were better people but I soon learned that they will rip you off. I paid for my products a month in advance but 2 weeks after getting the items I had to send it backdue to not having time to enjoy any of it. So I called the store and asked about the remaining balance and they told me the couldnt do a refund but I could get a store credit. I asked the dude ok what do you have in that store that will be equal to meeting my money back and he said you cant just come in the store and take what you want and call it your money back. I never said nothing like that to the guy. This place is a joke.

My husband and I are both disabled and have no vehicle. I called and talked to a sweet girl about needing a washer and asked if I had to come in and was told no,we can do it over the phone. 😁.After paying off the washer I am now getting a dryer. Affordable, delivery and set up and auto pay if youre interestedNext thing might be a new stoveWill recommend this business to anyone at.any time.5.stars!!!,Sue Reynolds

I always have such a great experience here with things. They have helped us get so many things we need and I’m great full for that, the only thing that I hate is when you have to take something back because you can’t afford it that’s when things get bad. They told my husband today that if we bring one more thing back they are dropping him as a costumer, that’s not the way you run a business. But other than that I usually have a great experience here and they are usually friendly and have excellent costumer service.

Buyer beware! If u have a product and over pay on it they don’t like that. They try everything to take as much of your money as possible. Keep track of everything u pay in and the dates because they will keep trying to tell you different balances. They say you have four months same as cash but in reality they hate customers who try to pay it off in that time frame. I personally think they are stealing some of people’s money. I know exactly what was paid in to the furniture. Don’t go here!

Never have I considered rent to own, however my dryer finally died, put me in a real bad pinch during this pandemic, called the Lebanon store & spoke with Payge at closing time, she took the time to spell out my options well enough that Im able to do laundry without delay. The delivery & process was flawless. Thank you Payge for a pleasant experience, I will recommend rent to own.

Kailey in the store is amazing and for her I would give a 5 star review. The manager I believe Christy is absolutely horrible to deal with. We paid almost $1000 dollars for a set of Cooper River theater chairs and over the 4-5 months since we purchased them they have been in 4-5 times for repairs. The console, then 1 chair, then the other chair then all of it quit working. The last time they went in was the week of memorial day just after our home flooded with 25,000 gallons of water. They were nice enough to store them in the back room during our repairs. We are exhausted and moving back in today. The chairs were delivered once again and the exact issue the were sent in for this time, 6 weeks ago is not fixed. We pay the insurance to cover this and were assured this time they were properly fixed. At this point we should be refunded part if not all of our money as Rent To Own has had the chairs more than us. My husband called about this issue and the manager was put on the phone and got very nasty with my husband. Accusing him of making the other associate cry. I was beside him for the whole conversation and he said nothing at all to make the associate upset in any way at all. We need this problem solved immediately!!!!! Waiting on a call from the area manager now to see what will be done.

I have gotten several quality items at the Lebanon store. I Fell upon hard times after having surgery and off work for several months, and no way of knowing how I was going to get caught up on what I owed. Chrissy The store manager worked with me to come up with a plan to try and get me back on track she is the best she knows how to deal with people how to talk to people and still be businesslike take care of business. I had a tv from them for a short time and ended up returning it. They asked if I wanted to rent anything else I said no. Apparently they dont get the point. They keep calling my phone and I dont answer. The point is I dont want anything from them. The latest is that they showed up at my house with a pizza wanting me to go in there and have dinner with them needless to say I didnt go. Do me a favor stop calling me and stop showing up at my house.

I bought a fireplace back in January and it was delivered to my house and it was missing the back to the remote, cords, shelves and the metal brackets were missing. AFTER the lady at the store texted me from her cellphone pictures of this fireplace and said that she would fix the scuff marks before it was delivered to me. Thats was never done The hiya who delivered it was AWESOME. After they delivered it my husband and I went into the store and talked to her about it and she said she would order the parts. That never happened it is now April 12, 2018 and I still dont have my parts I missed my payment for my tires on purpose and guess what day 2 I received a call saying my payment was due. I asked about the parts for the fireplace on day 3 when I called in to make my payment and was told the parts were being processed. I was told this over a month ago and I talked to the new manager and she said you only paid 90.00 dollars for it and that is when I got pissed and said I dont care how much I paid for it that is my hard earned money and I was not aware of all these issues I still have the text and picture messages from the girl at the store. All they do is LIE at this point I think I am going to seek help with this matter this is unacceptable and the fireplace is paid off. I even talked to a guy from corporate face to face on the office and he said that rude manager would call me with an update, I have yet to receive a call from her. I swear all of them are incompetent and will never get anymore of my money after my stuff Is paid off.

My wahsing machine exploded leaving water all over the floor and every thing my kid had to ware i wet dirty mess last month on a thursday morning. not having the money for a new one and not knowing what to do a friend said call paige. i was like what page? but after a quick trip to the R2O by friday night my kid had clean undies in the dresser!! quick easy and cheep enough to efford on a single dad income! thanks R2O!

I would put 0 stars if that was an option!!i called them to pick up a piece of furniture and they said they wanted to take the laptop too (one that i already made a $40 payment on a week ago, when my payment should only be $15 )i told them i wasnt going to surrender my laptop because i made a payment a week ago.. then they said they wasnt going to leave my property until i made yet another payment in advance then when i called the store they wouldnt tak the payment over the phone.. they (lebanon store location) yelled at me, called me names, said i was being a b**** because i wouldnt make a payment and then called me a physco cause i was defending myself....meanwhile the rent to own box truck is parked in my driveway smoking a ciggarette laughing about the whole situation

Horrible customer service. Over charge, hidden fees not on the signed agreement and double charge taxes. They do not look for repeat business just try to take everyone for what they can and move on.
