Im a Maintenance person if u work for the truss side u will work 6 days of week u have no life if u work for the yard side at least u get 2 days off

The supervisors at Builders First Source, specifically Mike Morris, have absolutely no respect for any temporary employee. They will fabricate false accusations against their temps to help their friends/hired on employees.There have been multiple instances where this is true, and HR is unwilling to stand up for their temps. This company should hold its authority figures within higher standards rather than terminate better employees than the actual hired on ones. I would highly recommend applying elsewhere before working for this mediocre company who will not value your work ethic.

The guys that work for them are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They blocked me in my driveway and left me sitting in my car for over 15 minutes. When I asked them how long it would be they said that I can wait. They made no effort to hurry up and I was late to an appointment.
