Home Decor Designer Lanna Grenard is simply the best to work with! Her experience, taste, detail-orientation, listening, patience, and personal investment in her projects make her an ideal professional. Other designers we approached didnt listen, drew up plans, and then wanted us to quickly commit. Lanna adjusted the plans and made suggestions to ensure we didnt make mistakes wed later regret. We never felt rushed or pushed to spend more than we wanted. And she worked very well with our contractor for a smooth process all around. The results are fantastic. The before and after pictures of our kitchen should say it all!

I have to give props to this amazing “people who get stuff done store”!I have a lovely LV bag that I absolutely adore. I picked her up on one of my travels and the bag has sentimental value as well as it’s an all around stunning handbag. Well, I haven’t been able to carry it because a small screw that holds on of the handles came lose and went missing. Tragic, I know.LV will fix the bag but you have to send it in and it can take months. I’m not doing that.So with tiny screw driver in hand I went to Gilman Home Center here in Lebanon.There was a very nice older gentleman up front whom greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked how he could be of service.I sheepishly showed him my bag and asked about what I described as a tiny screw thing. He knew exactly what I needed. He not once dismissed me or my request. He never once spoke down to me or acted as if my need wasn’t important to me. ( I AM WELL AWEAR ITS A 1st WORLD PROBLEM)He was kind and professional and beyond helpful. He even told me how his wife loved her bags too and spoke of her “collection.”The entire purchase was under a dollar and he and the paint department guy assisted in fixing the bag good as new before I left the store.I know it wasn’t life threatening and could be seen as petty by many. However these hero’s in jeans made me and my need at the time feel important. They validated me as an individual as as a customer.So if I have a large or small home improvement need I will come back. I willRefer others with large projects to them. I will share how awesome they were.Ten minutes of their time was all it took, and a few turns of a mini screw driver and I left the store beyond grateful and satisfied. Thanks guys.Awesome Customer Service, their Employees knowledgable in everything I have ever needed help with, if one doesnt know they have another step in!

Had to have 2 window screens repaired. Still waiting a month and a half .Will not be using Gillmans ever again.

From the second I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello and directions to the item I needed. When it took me a little bit to decide (as I stood staring at the wall because I had no idea) someone came to check on me and offer friendly advice. It was the least stressful go grab this from the hardware store trip I have ever had.

Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Much more convenient than going to Menards. Store is clean, well stocked and all precautions for corona 19 are visible and well placed. I do think they should be wearing masks though. At least until we know the results of opening up businesses in the state.

So sorry customer service has gone out the window after they purchased Kramer Lumber.They got rid of all the wonderful old employees and now have nothing but pig headed, errant people with a better then you attitude and they talk down to the quality of Lebanon and its citizens etc. They have doubled all the prices on products and tripled the cost of rental and delivery servicesSo why did they come in here and why dont they leave !I will never enter there doors againSo sorry the the long term customers are no longer valuedPlenty of other options so no loss

Been to this place before and believe me I said Ill return soon. Thy have free popcorn and coffee all day long my kinda place. The service is just dynamic and the guys even know their stuff. I rent a bobcat with the hydraulic hammer . They hooked me up with the right price and connected things up and sent me in my way. Remember free coffee and popcorn if you happen to be this way.

We found the employees to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We rented out their log splitter, which is by far the best one weve rented!Returning it was a breeze too...such a great place! Were definitely coming here more often!!

Very good materials

I like to buy hardware and lumber for projects from local businesses, and this place fits the bill and has a decent selection; however, Ive been here twice and both times when I interact with the staff they seemed annoyed that I had a question or needed a key duplicated. Maybe I caught them on bad days. Hopefully my third visit will go better, or it will be my last visit and I will advise those I know who are looking for hardware to take their money elsewhere.

I wish I could give them a better rating because I love small local businesses, however, their prices are ridiculous and theyre unfortunately located about half a mile from Menards who is obviously much better priced with a much better selection. I could overlook all this if the service was great but again it was disappointing, showing a lack of knowledge or caring. If you cant compete with the big stores you have to make up for it in some other manner, but they fail to do so. Hopefully they can improve upon some of these points.Edit: Ive raised this to three stars in reflection of the ownership team responding in a respectful and helpful manner. I was unaware of the price matching policy, and hope more people come to be made aware. The poor treatment I received from the one team member was unfortunate, but hopefully will be improved upon.
