I took my left over carpet To your store. I asked if they wanted it. A very helpful lady came and said yes that they always get asked for carpet. I asked her if she wanted the rest and she said yes. I went home and got the rest. When I returned I saw most of the carpet in the dumpster and was met by a man that told me that they didn’t want it and that the lady got in trouble for taking it. I think that is horrible that you guys reprimanded her. She was very nice and helpful. The carpet was still good and could have gone to use for someone. Your website says you accept carpet and that’s why I went there along with donating lots of materiel over the years, but I will be sure not ever to donate anything to you again. You have a good employee in that woman that is very helpful. Praise her don’t discipline her.

They were awesome! They helped me complete my order for my new tiny home needs and wants and I helped them by purchasing from them instead of on-line or a bigger franchise.

The prices they charge are unrealistic and laughable. Dont waste your gas, buy the same thing in better condition for less on Amazon.Whoever is setting prices is so out of touch with reality that I have no idea what they are even thinking. Clearly they do not know or understand who their market is.Avoid this place and go to the Corvalis store instead, they have not completely lost their minds like the Lebanon and Albany stores. What a waste of time.
