Menards is a great home improvement store. My husband and I have shopped there many times, whether because something broke in our 100+ year-old house or just needs an upgrade. Menards has fun seasonal items, too! If you have a Menards nearby but havent visited, you should.

Need better system for buying doors. Gray metal carts dont work.

Good value had everything for my project

The helpfulness of the building supply desk and the awesome loaders in the backlot made up for the disappointing checkout experience and the unhelpfulness of the gate people.

My favorite Menards. The employees are helpful and the store is kept clean and is well organized. They have just about anything you need for home improvement. I do think they could use more options in the electrical department and maybe start carrying more Alexa compatible switches and lighting.

Great place to shop,if you need help just ask anyone that works there and will help you,or find a person that can .

Here in lebanon doing some kitchen backslash for my sister. And had to come here twice. And both time very good. Staff very friendly and had everything we needed. And today husband had to go in for a scrapper. ..

Bought my fertilizer there. $137.00 worth. Wanted to get my yard off to a great start. When Walmart had nothing out in mid March. Menards did. Great place to buy car detailing items. Always have great prices on coats, Jackets and bird seed.

Tried to find firewood. Was sent to three different departments. Asked an employee who said, I dunno, I just work here. Go right to the customer service desk and theyll help you out.

I went to buy paint brushes and the paint man was very nice, then I went to check out and the checkout woman was also very nice.nice clean store.

This place almost always has what I need. Other BLUE and ORANGE hardware stores always manage to be out of what I need somehow.Its like they hide what I want when they see me pull in.

In my opinion, the best of the home improvement /Lumber stores.

One of the few places to enforce masks but then dont supply free ones (kinda backward imo). A good birdseed option.

First visit.. I am a fan and may need to build a train room now.

I always have a great experience at the Lebanon Menards. We were checked out by Jeremiah today, he represents the brand very well! Extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Store is well stocked with a huge variety of options for most products. Lumber selection and overall quality is much better than competitors. Unlike other major hardware stores in the area, employees are universally adhering to pandemic protocol at Menards. I will continue shopping at Menards over competitors for that reason alone.

Menards has the best lumber yard in town. Easily! Best selection, best quality, best service. Their building plans can start you down a path of successful building greatness. I built a 22×30 garage with everything delivered from Menards. Every piece top notch!

Most Menards I go to have a helpful and knowledgeable staff. The Lebanon store does not. They don’t know what 2” pvc pipe is, and they aren’t trained on how order pickup works. Y’all need a training day.

Looking for combo screen and storm door.Asked the man, he immediately took us to the area .Found the door and the color,said be right back bringing a cart . Loaded the door pushed it to the check out areaWe were on our way after paying. Pushed the cart out and immediately a young man was there to help load the door into the Pilot. Kudos to Menards.

Every time I go in this store, its a cluster mess. Today I went to buy a patio light fixture and theres no order or reason to locating the box for purchase. There were 3 staff members standing nearby just talking and when I approached, no one was free to help so I went looking for someone then I gave up. Then when I was standing around waiting for my husband, I leaned my arm on the sun tan aisle and the shelf fell off, dumping lotion all over the floor. A staff member walked by and helped me attach the shelf but then walked away so I was left to pick up the sun tan lotion alone. No very helpful people in todays experience.

I was refused service because I am unable to wear a mask. And while I was standing there multiple people walked by wearing them on their chin or wearing a handkerchief. They were allowed in, even though that does absolutely nothing to reduce the spread of anything. How idiotic can you be. Can’t wait to see menards go out of business.

We drove from 30 minutes away to purchase a refrigerator. When we got to the store, it was next to impossible to find anyone who would help us. We finally found someone who informed us that we would have to wait 20 minutes for the lady who handles that to get back from break. I asked if anyone else could help us and we were told no. We decided to leave and give our business to someone else who values their customers time a little more.

Menards has a little bit of everything in it. Which is nice for convenience. The aisles can feel a bit cramped when a lot of people are in the store, but thats not much of a problem these days. 😷

Friendly staff. Great place to get everything unless its for a pet. Almost always there is hardly anything on the shelves for pets. The whole pet section is empty.

Not good....the key machine was out of keys and they wanted to mail them to me...the keys were 6 bucks ...I went somewhere else and got them for 1.50 on the spot. Also no one in the store knew anything about the key machine.... the one guy I finally found acted annoyed that I even asked how to work it

Had exactly what I needed. Only one thing I wish they had...when you lookup an item online, it need to let you know the location of that item.

Kudos to Randal P in cabinets. He helped us find a wall cabinet to match the finish and style of a vanity that we had previously ordered but that did not have a matching wall cabinet. We very much appreciated his help and expertise.

Excellent customer service! Store always clean and staff goes above and beyond to keep the store sanitized and wipe off credit card machine after every transaction!

You have to pay attention, because many of the products they carry are lower grade items.

My favorite hardware store! (And odd food store.) Today we got Rust-Oleum spray paint (my fav brand), dowel rods, and plywood. That was the list. We also got apple-scented body wash, raspberry vanilla wafers cookies, fridge water filter, and some carmel apple soft Werthers. So lucky it is an 11% rebate week! Staff is always nice and store/bath clean.

I’ve had fairly consistent experiences at this store with employees being completely unable or unwilling to think through the most simple customer service issues. This evening I felt the consistency warranted a review. I had gathered all the material to tile my tiny bathroom and was waiting in line not too long before closing. Each cashier had a line so I waited for several minutes, no worries. I paid for my items, but was then told the fiberock I needed was in the barn and they were closing so I would have to come back tomorrow. What?! I just paid for it. Could they not have radioed back there to tell them they just had a purchase and even give them a heads up on what was needed? If you order a pizza ten minutes before closing do the oven guys just not finish cooking the pizza at closing time? This is insanity. Now I have all the products except the very first item needed to start the project I had hoped to finish on Labor Day weekend.

I like menards but since you opened in Lebanon the attitude of the employees especially the younger employees has getting worse. The older employees seem to know their job and some of the Leeds would like to keep their jobs. I had one guy help me today that was real nice and I had no problem but the cashier was a wee bit of a smart a**. Other than that I like that Menards the one in AM on the employees have major attitudes no matter what time you go in there.

Exceptional customer care and concern!! One of the hardest things to do is find what youre looking for. I rarely go to this store in Lebanon because I live in another town which has two Menards. So naturally the items at this store are not in the same locations as the ones where I normally shop. So rather than run around the store all day looking for things, I ask for help and man was I given the friendliest help I ever have had at a Home Improvement store. Not only that but everywhere Menards employees smiled and approached asking if I needed help finding anything! Whether it was the young men who take care of the carts outside or the employees inside the store it was the same across the board. They really know how to make a customer feel appreciated. I see that one of the reviews spoke of poor customer service here ; all I can say is that seems to have been rectified. Thanks for listening, Menards

I got some wood

Rarely have anything I’ve needed at this store it’s always out of stock. Employees are lazy and absolutely worthless. They just sit around and talk to each other all day. Management is terrible here I have no clue how they have jobs. Cashiers are nice and friendly and probably the only ones worth anything in the entire store other than some of the older employees. Website and app is completely inaccurate about products and location. If I’m not in a hurry to get something I always drive further to go to Lowe’s. I like most menards locations but this one is awful
