The men who worked at this location were very nice. I had called beforehand, because I tried to make an appointment online, but the form did not give me the option to choose my car make-Hyundai- so I decided to call and make one instead. The technician who answered had great customer service and said I could just stop by without an appointment. The auto care center was easy to get to, easy to park, the building was clean and had good signage. It is in a shopping center with a lot of stores in case you want to run errands while you wait. The man who checked in my car told me the wait would be an hour and a half for the oil change, but I didnt mind, because I wasnt in a rush, and I went to the Michaels next door and perused. I arrived at 11:30 in the morning on a Friday with no appointment, so I considered the wait time pretty reasonable considering how many cars can be booked into an auto center before that time. The car was finished exactly at the time frame they specified and not a minute later. I asked for some more air in my tires since I was going to drive to New Jersey and the technician who did that was very personable. We had a good chat and his fellow mechanic also seemed to be pleasant and enjoying his job. He celebrated when he solved a problem on the car he was working on.Based on my experience, I recommend this place and the people in it and I will be more likely now to try out a Firestone in my new town.

Amazing how far down hill this place went in the last year. Picked up my truck and they left a lug nut off… the last 3 times I had a car there they did not call me when it was finished I had to go in and check. They charged 80 dollars to balance 4 tires… save yourself the headache. Their new manager could care less about customers and it shows.

I went there to get an estimate for tires replacement, the technician was very helpful and he explained to me all the options available on tires.

Called to make an appointment to get inspection. Waited the 2 weeks brought it in before you opened called me at 5pm saying you couldnt get to it. Didnt call until the afternoon the next day that it was ready. Not one thing wrong with it. Whats the point of making appointments if dont honor it.My biggest complaint is when I came today to get it MY TRUCK WAS UNLOCKED. When I went in to pay and get my keys (Tommy ) couldnt have cared less. Through out the most pathetic sorry and proceeded to try and check me out like it was nothing. Your complete uncaring of customer service over the last year has completely turned me off from your business. 12.5 years Ive been coming to you since I moved out here. Im done.The work is good for the most part but why would I continue to use a place that couldnt care less about my business

Place is an absolute joke. Theyll fix things that dont need fixed and let other things go untill you need major maintenance and your car is falling apart. They prayed on my grandfather charging him for absurd things. They have 0 integrity and are there to steal your money and not provide good service.

I made an appointment to get an inspection and was asked to drop it off first thing in the morning. I did so and waited all day without hearing a word. After 9 hours with my car, I called to ask for an update. The person who answered seemed annoyed, and said they hadnt touched it yet. There were still other cars before mine. Finally after a little over 10 hours, they finally got it done. There was no apology for the delay, only excuses. The service was beyond pitiful.

I’d love to give it a 0 but apparently we can’t. They’ve definitely lost my business! So I schedule an appointment online yesterday while the Lebanon. Location was still open for this morning .I go inside to check in and was waiting. The gentleman at the counter called someone over to help the next person in line (which was me). I told him I had an appointment at 10am today he asked my name so I told him and he asked if it was an online appointment…I said yes. He said they couldn’t take me today because they are all booked up but I could leave my car overnight. I looked at him and pointed to the kids I had with me and said that isn’t going to work I need the car. He got an attitude and said that they haven’t approved the online appointments yet and they couldn’t take me. I said I’ll just go somewhere else and walked away. Meanwhile he’s calling after me “excuse me…excuse me…what did you say” in this rude tone. If I wouldn’t have had the kids with me I would have flipped out and said some not nice things…however I just kept walking. I have gone here for YEARS..for tires..oil changes and other misc car things even have my fiancé going there. I may just be 1 single customer but I’ll no longer refer people there. Why the F do you have open appointments if they aren’t actually open get a new damn appointment system!!!

Dont know how their service is because I didnt make it past the initial phone call. Very rude and short person with zero interest in getting business answered the phone. I asked if there was an available spot open today for an oil change. He said only if you are able to drop it off within the next couple hours and you can pick it up by 7. I went to ask further questions and he was already gone. Good job

Got a screw in my tire while on vacation in Virginia. 3 shops said they wont touch because tire is so new it would void Firestone warranty. Got home, went to Lebanon Firestone last sunday at opening. Was told drop it off they might be able to get it by end of day. Made appointment for this morning, August 8 at 9am. Was told drop it off, might be able to get it today. If you dont have enough help, quit making so many appointments. Its a screw! I would fix myself in 5 minutes but it would void warranty. Guess ill make yet another appointment to drop it off when i dont need it for the forsee able future.

I love the workers here! They are awesome at getting us in asap. My boyfriend and I have older cars and I know going here I wont get ripped off. Thanks for your hard work and honesty!

Beware of cheap oil change! This was the worst experience Ive ever had. A normal oil change takes like 30 minutes max. Had us wait in crowded lobby for over an hour,closer to an hour and a half. Some customers werent wearing masks properly either. Dont recommend this establishment either.

Got my truck inspected, needed an exhaust hanger they mounted the exhaust up against my bumper cover it melted, then drove my truck to work the next day and almost lost 2 wheels the lug nuts were not torqued I have been going to fire stone here for well over 15 years and never had an issue till now but these mistakes could cost someone there life or worse yet a child their life....

Here is a photo of my severly scratched wheel from firestone in lebanon.... I posted a 2 star review on yelp, and they reply to it quickly, and apologize, and ask me to contact socialcare for assistance. I email them and state my case. They reply back, and give me a file #, and tell me they will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. After 72 hrs, I send an additional email, asking for a reply. Nothing. It has now been 4 days since I heard from them.No more business from me, or anyone else that will listen....UPDATE 9/22Firestone sent a service to my home called Wheels on Site.they repaired my wheel for me.. Repainted and clearcoated. Looks like brand new again. Kudos to them for following through.

Tim and Elizabeth exceeded helpful. I was so glad that I purchased at their location. They are truly a great team. If they have differences, their professionalism prevents them from showing it in front of customers.

It took them two and a half hours to put on two new tires. Plus they told me my windshield was cracked when it wasnt.

Was suppose to have vehicle serviced today at 2PM. Showed up and store was closed without noticed and signs posted on door. Nobody called to notify store was going to be closed. Very just disrespectful.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 3:00 and they didn’t take my vehicle back until 3:30. I was there at 2:40 and I didn’t leave until 4:35. An oil change does should never take that long. I asked about my one tire slowly leaking air and they said they couldn’t fix it. If they had a clue what they were doing they could have fixed it but instead they wanted to charge me $$$ for a new tire. I was able to sit inside and watched 4 episodes of a home improvement show. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Let’s just say I will never be going back.

I came in with a flat, which they fixed. They also put the spare and jack back in place, and the floormats too, which I wasnt expecting. They were a little slower getting it done than they said, but overall I was very satisfied.

Came to drop off car for inspection and found out they were closed early. There is a drop box on the side that we used. I asked why they are closing early and was told they are short staffed. Be patient with them while they are getting back fully staffed. Great pricing and work done for the inspection and other work we have had done!

I went in to get a front end alignment because of loose steering, after about 20 minutes the mechanic had explained my bushings and shocks have been worn and that the alignment would make little to no difference until these were replaced. He then returned my car and they charged me absolutely nothing for their time and evaluation. Very honest and thorough.

I had gotten a flat in the evening shortly after they had closed. I called and they still answered a little after close. I just wanted to ask about pricing. I had work at 8 on the morning so I was happy to hear they opened at 7. The guy at the fest was Kevin. I told him my issue with my tire and let him know I had to be to work by 8 if possible. He said it shouldnt be a issue. My tech was Gregory. Tho I didnt speak with him directly he did a great job patching my tire and helping me not be late for work. Thanks guys.

I came in late and they didnt have time to do my oil change but Kyle G helped me by scheduling an appointment for Sunday. I let him know how worried I was because I hadnt had an oil change for a long time and my other cars engine just blew. So he had his staff Brandon and Austin check my oil and they helped me out, making sure Id be okay til Sunday. Thank you guys!

Painfully slow service. We were greeted promptly and professionally. We just needed a nail hole patched. The advisor promised us that our car would be brought back shortly, and wed be on the road ASAP. We waited in the pleasantly clean and furnished lobby for just over an hour before I asked why they hadnt yet even looked at it. We were promised that the technician was almost done, even though they had yet to jack it up or look at the tire. 35 mins later, we watched the 10 minute repair process, paid, and left. Nearly 2 hours beginning to end. I cant complain about the service or price, but cant recommend this place unless your time is worthless.

Bought 4 bridgestone tires with 70k mileage..very fast service. Definitely would do business here again..

E have used Firestone for pretty much all of our auto care in thre past 3 years since we moved here. They are ALWAYS kind and explain in terms I can understand what is going on with my vehicle. They even installed a part for me which was more of a body work issue because they value their customers loyalty. I am so impressed by their service!

Horrible experience at Firestone. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee inspected. I was told by Firestone that the vehicle failed inspection, never mentioned they already ran emissions. My wife and I were told the estimate is 1300 dollars in order to pass. This did not include the broken seat on the driver side. I had to pay an emissions test and was told by the cashier they needed to make some money and charge for something, they can do this for free.Earlier in the year I needed brake work done and also had Firestone complete this.I went to Zieglers Automotive in Jonestown, was told that whoever did the work on the front brakes ahould have replaced both brake callipers. Zieglers inspected my vehicle for 400 dollars and made me feel at home while my vehicle was finished not to mention the same day. I will never go to a shotty business like Firestone again. By the way the calliper was 30 dollars cheaper at Zieglers and so was the labor. Good bye to Firestone.

This place is horrible. Ive gone for routine things like oil changes in the past but needed what I thought would be an alignment. They claim is was an axil problem and that it would definitely be done in about 2, at most 3, hours today because I told them I was going out of town tomorrow. After no updates over 3 hours later, I called and was told they were just about to call and it wouldnt be done until Monday. The woman at the desk put me on hold for over 10 minutes when I said that wouldnt be possible...we had to call back on a different phone to get anyone again. Lots of phone calls to them with no responses to their promises to call back until hours later when we said we were on the way back in and suddenly then it would be done by 6. We were there at 5:30 and it was well past 6 before it was finished. The woman at the desk ignored us the entire time and was only speaking with what appeared to be family members behind the desk (including talking about us and my car that I was waiting for).The first man behind the desk this morning when I arrived for my 1130 oil change was very pleasant and friendly....absolutely everything else about this place is horrible. If he worked somewhere else, I would trust him to work on my vehicle but I will never use this Firestone again. I can only hope my vehicle was fixed correctly and safely now.

We have used this establishment for awhile now for everything auto related for our fleet of work trucks. We have had multiple problems with them and will no longer be taking our vehicles to this store. Twice within the past few months they have inspected two of our vehicles and forgotten to put the inspections stickers on and returned the vehicles to us without these. Communication and knowledge severely lacking at this location as well.

They had me sign a approval of an increase of the original estimated price without me knowing . a extra 5.88 for shop supplies for a front alignment. Not sure Ill ever go there again .

I typically work on my vehicles but use Firestone for mounting and balancing tires. Ill buy the tires online usually and then take them to Firestone. Ive been happy with the service at this location.

Service was adequate but time will tell how well the tires I bought will last. Employees appeared a little distracted when I had questions and they didnt give out any information unless I asked all the questions.

Went in for rear brakes. Left with my front brakes malfunctioning, Stabilitrac system malfunctioning and front brakes locking up in spite of the fact that i was there for REAR brakes. Had ZERO problems with front brakes before going in. Also, the lady ahead of me came back into the store after paying complaining that her check engine light was now on AFTER their service and wasnt on prior. Place is fishy as can be.

I did use them for a little minor things so I trustedd them with bigger things for my car and they failed drastically first it was 105 dollars then next 650 now they trying to say about another 750 on top of what I paid already which by now its almost 800 NEVER AGAIN FIRESTONE you will get no more of my business EVER!!!
