Super nice people! Normally in car shops, since I am a woman, workers decide to speak over me to whatever male I brought with me. At Mavis, I was spoken directly to and treated extremely fairly. They also didnt try to jip me out of extra cash for unnecessary repairs which is another common treatment of women in car shops. Would 100% recommend.

Our car broke down at the nearby Sheetz station on a Sunday morning. The insurance company towed it to Midas. Turned out it was a battery problem. Kayla and Mike were exceptionally courteous and helpful and even though they were backed up they still made time to help us so we could get on the road. I was with my wife and two kids, so they really went out of their way to make things right for us. We were back on the road after an hour or so. Thanks so much to Kayla and her crew for helping us! Wonderful customer service.

Mavis in Lebanon was just amazing. I went in for an inspection Tuesday, the manager Tyler approached me in the waiting room to let me know that I needed a couple of tires and windshield wipers to pass inspection. Dreading the news I asked Tyler if he could quote me tires and wipers, he did just that! When given my quote I was relieved to see it wasn’t going to break the bank. They quickly replaced the tires and wipers and within an hour I was out of there. Great service, honest individuals, exceptional team here at the Lebanon Mavis!

Two issues: Ordered tires and received a confirmation with my order number. Scheduled my appointment for four days later. All confirmed. Appointment day and advised no tires and have to reorder. Vacation day lost. Second issue is website advertises Essential Staff Discount Program for 10% off. Manager advises that ended last year and still on there because they are slow to update the website. Will be advising everyone of no program / support of Essential Staff Personnel and only a way to try to attract customers.

I appreciated the assistance in completing the job of installing new wheels and tires on my car, but I did not appreciate the grease stain in my carpet and the damage that was caused to my brand new drivers side rim, they made zero effort to tell me about these issues they they caused, I wouldnt be as angry if there was honesty offered to me, seriously disappointed especially considering the amount of money I have invested, shame on the culprits here

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My father, an elderly man who is suffering from a disability, was really concerned with a drop in air pressure in a tire. He called ahead to schedule an appointment to get the tire checked out. They scheduled him for a 1300hr appointment on 5/30. Feeling relieved that his issue would be resolved and he could travel to his medical appointments during the week without worry of problem with the tire. Arrived at the store 10 minutes prior to the appointment. My father stood at the counter for approximately 4 minutes with no acknowledgement from the male employee working (John). Granted he was busy and clearly multi-tasking. I was just very disappointed to see such a lack of customer service and providing an acknowledgement of any sorts. Be right with you or Hello. The male employee proceeds to ask for my fathers name and follows it up with a statement of that he is not sure how long it will be. My father then says he made an appointment. The employee then states that they are working on bigger projects and it will be a while till they can get to his vehicle. I was astounded to hear that line come from his mouth. My father has a relatively small project of a tire plug and the employee wanted to demean the size of his project or its importance. A sliver of customer service could have uncovered how important this small job was to get resolved. There was no apology on the delay or an offer to come back later. Just grabbed the keys, placed them in the clear envelope and went on with what he was working on. Leaving a disabled man wondering if his vehicle would be taken care of sometime today.

Went In Saturday for a oil change and brake check. The manager asked me if I could come with him out to my car to show me something with my car.He showed me my brakes were not bad and actually had slit of life left to them. He then showed me my rear shocks were bad and leaking cause tire damage. I was at jiffy lube about a month ago and they told me my brakes were shot and would need replaced for inspection they gave me a price of $750. Mavis of Lebanon showed me my brakes were not bad but my shocks were. I ended up getting oil change two tires rear shocks for $450. Not only did they save me money but they were honest and made my car safe for me and my daughter. Thank you Tyler for being honest and trustworthy I will definitely be back.

Just got my inspection done. Been at this location many of times. Not only are the good with prices but they are very friendly. I keep coming here because of Tyler the manager and Justin the mechanic. They take good care of me and all my cars I bring them.

Called In to get a price on 2 front tires for my fiancé’s car, I like the price to I made an appointment for the next day at 3. I took the wheels off the car & took the wheels to them. Showed up at 2:30 thinking they can get it done sooner it’s just putting 2 tires on and I already took the wheels off the car. Sat there for over 2 1/2 hours till they put them on. They had 4 bays empty and the tech are just standing around having a good old time I was watching through the window in the waiting area. And hour went by and I seen a tech grab my wheels and move them over to the tire machine he took the valve stems out and then left them sit. Grabbed another work order I’m assuming and brought a car in to work on that one instead of doing my tires. Shop manager I’m guessing the one that sit inside shop on computer was having a nice time eating his Chinese for lunch and the front desk manager or whatever just hanging out with him eating a sub. Also front desk guy John wasn’t too friendly. Techs seem to screw off more than get the work done for the customers. I guess the longer they’re clocked in on a job and screw around the more money they get. I will never be going to any mavis discount tire place again could of went right down the street to a better tire place and been in & out within half hour

Absolutely amazing service. Needed my truck inspected last minute as I completely forgot it was due. Arrived and within 10 minutes my truck was pulled in and being worked on. John at the counter was absolutely amazing at answering all my questions and helping me pick out tires for the future. Tyler was an amazing technician who even brought the vehicle to the door for me in the rain and explained some down the road repairs I should consider. They never made me felt pressured or pushed anything. Highly recommend this place. Will be back again!

Had a flat tire. The man there put my spare tire on and never tightened the lug nut all were left loose the next day we were driving the vehicle. We had to pull over to tighten them.

I called a week prior to my appointment wanting to quote out prices on tires. I spoke with the manager Tyler and he was quick and prompt to offer me a few quotes! I called around and sure enough Mavis in Lebanon had the best prices! I went in for my scheduled appointment and they got my car in within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I was in and out with 4 new tires in an hour! Definitely will be back and recommend to family and friends!

Went in for a simple tire service. Tried to sell me on shocks, which were needed, but was not ready to purchase at this time. Also tried to sell me on a power steering service, which is supposedly a industry standard to do on higher mileage vehicles. Tire technician did an amazing job with what I want done. Very thorough on that part of the work request.

Tyler took the time to come out today and scan my four tires because I had a tire monitor light on. He quoted the cost which was very fair. I will be back! Very professional unlike other shops in the area!

Second time there second time very happy with there services. They do recommend services done to your vehicle that the manufacturer calls for, but they don’t pressure you into getting them. They also took me out to my vehicle and showed me everything that was wrong with my car so I could see the issues. Lebanon mavis is very trustworthy and the care about keeping my daughter and I safe. I will keep coming back and I urge others to do the same.

Just stopped to get a plug in a tire

I had to return to have the correct odometer reading put on the paper work. Without this the tire rotation would not be able to be done as directed in the warranty. I dont think that I would recommend this company to friends or family.

Went to Mavis to get new tires put on and Tyler was an excellent sales man... Got me 4 new tires 45 dollars a piece cheaper then any where else. In an out in about an hour. Great job guys.

Its fair to say with this being a new establishment its to early to specifically rate. But with my experiences ....I had low tire pressure light on my car, took it here and was told multiple times it was the tire pressure sensor. So as they are professionals and I believed what they told me, I left them fix it.Well around a week later the low tire pressure light surfaces again. I as baffled as can be return to Mavis and they yet again do a look thru. This time I was told one of my tires as a small puncture and they can just patch it. So I let them patch it, but was informed by the original worker that was the issue my vehicle had prior....So when I questioned that if they were that sure that it was just a patch needed then why did they fix the entire sensor? The employee seemed so Baffled and responded to me with rude commentary and back talk.I believe some of the people here know what they are doing, others not so much. Make sure they dont trick you. If you feel questionable about what they want to fix go elsewhere.

I’m usually in and out in a decent amount of time. I am not a car person and I feel like they don’t take advantage of that and explain to me what is wrong with my car so I can understand. Their pricing is very good as well. Honest place that takes care of you and your car.

So happy we have a good mechanic shop in Lebanon now! Everywhere else around here tries to upcharge or sell you services that you don’t need, not at lebanon Mavis! I feel they are honest and actually care about me as a customer, great team and great customer service!

Do not bother. This place is completely incompetent. I scheduled on Weds. for a Saturday Appt. 3 days to get the tires from warehouse to store. I get there, no tires. Not only that, they say there is 2 in store and 2 on truck. Cant even find the 2 in store, so even if the truck shows up, they still only have 2 of the 4. No phone call or message to let me know of any delay. I went back to JW, my mistake was trying to give a new, closer company a chance.

I ordered tires through Goodyear and got sent to Mavis tire to have them installed. What a mistake. I had a 10:00am apt. It is 11:15am and my truck is still sitting in the same place as I parked it. No one even looked at it yet. So much for an appointment.So this gets better. At 11:30am my truck finally goes into the garage and at 12:00pm they come and tell me that they only have 3 tires to put on instead of 4. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me this. Well I left without new tires.

Got run off the road up the street from mavis. I called them and asked if they could come out and help me put my spare on. They did not hesitate a gentleman came out within 5 minutes his name was Tyler and he put my spare on for me and asked me to come up to the shop to get them torqued so the wheel does not come off and to check the air pressure in my spare. While I was there he ordered me a new tire for my car which I got put on two days later. This experience has gained them a new customer!! I will always ask for Tyler for now on when I go there.

We did not have an appointment yet they took care of us anyway. We had bought four tires from them about two months ago and now I get a low tire message (panic). As I have electric car with no spare ( no room, designed that way. Only thing that fits in trunk is massive battery) they didnt charge me, took the time to check all four tires and add air, reset dash memo and restored my well being. Thank you Mavis Tire.

Got new tires found out had a broken motor mount wanted to charge me $550.00 for.part and labor maybe more he said bought the part myself my neighbor put it on for a total of $25 and 20 minutes of his time

My tire blew off on the PA TurnPike. I was towed to Mavis Discount Tire where i was professionally greeted by John he did an amazing job insuring that its nothing major and he would have us back on the road quickly. Sure enough 30 minutes later we where back on the road. I was extremely satisfied with their service and hard work! I should also add that the 30 mins i spend in the waiting room room i was very impressed how clean and family friendly it was!! Thanks!!

Had a 2 oclock appointment got there at 1:45. At 4:15 ask what is taking so long so they pulled my car into shop and open the hood. 5:00 hood up no tires so I told them shut the hood and give me my keys. Someone drove my car to front. No Im sorry or any explanation. Went there for 4 tires 3 1/4 hours later no tires.

My initial impression was okay, but when it can time to actually do something they FAILED! basically all they do is talk a lot. I went in gave them my price range we did some digging and found something that was a good fit. They had to order the tires which I can understand. The next day they called and said they were unable to get those tires and offered me a different more expensive package. I returned their call later to discuss details and they then told me that they made a mistake and that the original tires had actually arrived. I kept my appointment and showed up on time. So here I am exhausted from working night shift, going to school, and raising two kids ready to get new tires to keep my family safe for the winter. NOPE NO TIRES!!! I was told they didn’t have them and then again offered me the more expensive package. Thanks for wasting my time Mavis I will never do business with you!

What is there to say about Mavis in Lebanon, the staff is very friendly, the moral in the shop shows, their work ethic is amazing. Tyler the store manager is just a pleasure to work with! Unlike other shops I have been too he runs a fair business and doesn’t try to rip you off. He’s very professional and answers all your questions. The Mavis in lebanon is fantastic! The manager Tyler is great, and the mechanic who worked on my car was fast and had car my done quicker than expected. We had the best experience possible when our car broke down on our family road trip. We arrived via tow truck 5 minutes after closing time and were assured they would do ever possible to get us back on the road that night. We were so thankful for the kindness and expertise of the staff at Mavis. Tyler the store manager, Mike the assistant manager and Danny the technician, all stayed two hours past closing time to fix our car and make sure we could continue on the trip. The service was excellent, going above and beyond any service shop I’ve worked with before and the price for the repairs was extraordinarily fair and reasonable. The next time that your tire falls off on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, go with Mavis Tire in Lebanon.

I went there for an oil change because my son works there. He got me in without an appointment, n gave me his car to go home while Miguel did the oil change. Also did a checklist of brakes, wiper etc...to make sure car was safe. Replaced my wiper blades. The staff Tyler whos the manager my son Mike whos assistant manager r all terrific n go the extra mile to get you n your vehicle back on the road safely!!! This place does not offer any discounts. I dont even know why their sign is so misleading. Theyre competitors who have been down the street longer is cheaper than these guys! I dont even see the point really. Make sure you shop around before going here or you will end up spending $200+ for the exact same tires down the street. Beware

Had a nasty tire blowout on the Pennsylvania Turnpike 150 miles from home. I called the store from the side of the road to see if they could fit me in.
