I have taken many trucks to pro diesel werks over the years and have been pleased with their attention to detail and professionalism.

Pro Deisel Werks does excellent repair work.The reason for the 3 star is their offices poor performance on communications.

I will never go to them i sent my 97 powerstroke to get new injectors I already diagnosed it to be injector o rings they didnt even look at the injectors just replaced the cam sensor and I had them do a service on the front axle and transmission well they flused the trans and 5k miles later the torque converter went out and I told them it burns oil when I got it back it was 8 quarts low!!!!

I called this business to get balance rates on my diesel and they all but refused to charge if I drove to their shop. They advised to install a diesel monitor myself and even described how to drill and install the EGT sensor. What business does this? They basically offered over the phone advice for free. If my duramax needs any attention beyond my capabilities, it will be serviced at this shop.

They always treat me well. Can get a little busy sometimes, but thats par for the course with a specialty diesel shop.

Been taking my truck to these professionals for about 3 years. Recently had an oil leak taken care of and as always all my expectations were met. There customer service is second to none and staff is always helpful and friendly. Tried some of their competitors in the past but just got screwed around either the truck sat for weeks waiting to get looked at or theyd act like they didnt want to tackle larger jobs...not the case with Pro Diesel Werks. Their Preventative Maintenance program is great too they remember to take care of all the stuff other shops neglect ie transmission cooler flush, differential oil changes and transfer case service. I will not take my truck anywhere else.

Great staff. Went in for an oil change and they performed a full inspection of my vehicle free of charge. Never would have known my universal joints were about shot. Possibly saved me a lot of money in the long run. Couldnt have asked for better quality service.

READ. I got almost 10k in work done here. They charged me for 5in. stainless steel exhaust that rusted in a month. It was aluminzed. They put an Autozone water pump in that went out in 4 months. They offered to replace it if a hauled my truck back and I live 5 hours away. I got a brand transfer case put in and Im just now finding out that they put they put gear oil in it instead of automatic transmission fluid. Professional? No. They just want your money with as little effort as possible.

They do ok mechanic work, for diagnosing engine and electronics.Rims on my truck nearly fell off, literally, n they acted like that was normal.My u bolts on rear end was loose n they almost suckers me for $1800 for some rear sub framing,

Well, I gave them a 4-star but I have to keep taking the truck back. Here again I have to take it back because it has a loss of power and I sure am tired of trying to come up with the money to keep paying for the work. Perhaps I should have given them a 3-star but the guys have always been good to me and fair with their prices.This time I have no idea where I am going to get the money to fix the truck. Really again. I have to get it fixed because I need to put this thing to work to pay off the bills.

It took them a while to get my husbands truck done, but once they did, it purred like a kitten.
