Ive been coming here for oil changes for some time. Very courteous staff and no issues. My wife picked up a piece of metal on the road today. Lebanon Big O had it patched up in less than half an hour for 20 bucks. Most chain shops would rather just say they cant fix it and sell you a new tire. Im impressed!

This place is amazing! My car had a blowout, I was stuck on 47 and I65. I cant tell you the trouble I had locating the rare tire that fits my vehicle. After contacting Big O they were able to get the tire at the absolute best price and when I had trouble changing the tire the owner Allen took it upon his self to leave his business to give me a helping hand WOW! This is not part of the typical services they provide and should not be expected. However, when we shop we look to pay a set price for a particular good or service, our money cant buy the willingness to go above and beyond even the highest expectations. I bought (and had installed) 4 new tires on Friday afternoon. On Sunday, I was driving out of town and halfway there, I started noticing loud noises, and some shaking. It got worse and right before reaching my destination, very loud nouses started coming from my back right tire, and it felt like the tires were going to fall off.Thats because they WERE trying to come off! The lug nuts were only tightened by hand on those tires! None of them were torqued to spec! Luckily, I was able to limp to a facility that fixed it so I could get home!Updated: After bringing my car back and explaining what happened, they could not have handled it better. They got my car in immediately and made sure there was no lasting damage from the loose tires. I have always used Big O for my tires and oil changes. Mistakes can happen, but the way I was treated afterwards has made sure that I will continue to do so.

I had a blowout about an hour before I needed to leave for west Lafayette. I just showed up asking for 2 new front tires. They asked some questions about the car, the wheels, and tire sizes. I waited 30min tops. They wheeled the car around and took the front wheels off, put new tires on, took a wire wheel to the barrel of the wheel so the weights would stick. They put the wheels back on and for $200 I had new tires. I drove straight to west lafayette after and was 15min late. I will be going back for rear tires in a few weeks.

I have to write about my first and only (to date) with this place. I am from out of state and the low tire pressure warning light came on in my car. Not knowing where to go, I pulled into the first place I saw, which was Big O Tires. BRENT was so NICE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. He was about to pull a truck into the bay and he stopped to take a few minutes to air up my tires. Who does that anymore? Most places would tell you to go wait. And, it happened to be about 20 degrees and snowing!! So, I was VERY thankful. And, he did this for NO CHARGE. He told me my tire pressure was probably due to the change in the weather. The owner needs to keep BRENT and THANK him for a job well done! This is how to treat customers!

The staff here is amazing. I popped a tire about one block away. It had been such a stressful day and the tow truck was going to take 3 hrs or more to get there. I called and asked if there was anyway they could come to me. They werent busy and 10 minutes later two really kind Specialists pulled up in about 5 mins had my donut on and we drove to the shop. They pulled me right in and had my tire replaced in under 20 mins!! I even made my dentist appointment that morning. Needless to say I shed a few tears as they were so quick professional and reasonably priced. The guys told me they were happy to get out of the shop for a few mins. Highly recommend them. They may be a chains but they keep that small town feel and kindness which is so important. Thank you guys so much!!!

Was helping a friend fix his brakes on the side of the road, and we had one lug bolt that would not come lose. So my friend called Big O because, he had bought his tires there, to see if they had roadside assistance to get the bolt loose. They did not, what they do have is an owner who puts his customers first. Alan came to our rescue with a portable impact wrench and helped us get that last bolt. Heck, he even left us his four way lug wrench to replace the one we broke trying to loosen said bolt! I’ve never bought tires from Big O before, but with this kind of customer service, there’s no doubt that I will in the future! Thanks Alan, you were a life saver in helping to get the car home for repairs.

Long story short - Allan was great to work with. I brought him a stranded older couple who only spoke Spanish. They blew out two of their tires on their way from Chicago to Guatemala City. Our low tire pressure light came on, so we headed into Big O to see what was wrong. Lo and behold, we had two torn tires! Big O repaired them both, and it was quick and very affordable. They were very helpful and I recommend their service.

Big O is a family owned busines that I can have all of my car troubles taken care of quickly and effeciently. I wish more auto repair places where as honest and dependable as the staff at Big O Tire in Lebanon, IN. I would recommend them to all the people out there that are scared of the mechanics lying about repairs that do not even exist.

I started off by just wanting some tires swapped on rims. Took over 4 hours of me sitting there to do so. Started driving home and had vibration. Once i got home noticed they didnt even balance the tires. Took back and waited another couple hours for them to balance them. Truck sat in garage for 2 weeks not being moved, in which i had to air up i tire twice, which before all tires held air, and the sensors they were suppose to relearn they didnt. Got time to take back, sat another hour to fix those problems and still had to pay. They may be lower priced for a reason; they only do half the job each time, making you lose time, gas, and money to fix what should have been fixed the first time. They even were trying to back out my truck with the jack still under it. Forewarning, never take anything you value there. Only reason a one star is because the lady at the front counter was polite and apologetic, not so much for the older man who was there. I WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE THERE AGAIN!!!!

After a particularly negative experience at this store last night I was ready to never step into this place again. However, the owner Allen, called me this morning to personally apologize for the mishap and to do everything in his power to correct the situation. He was great and so accommodating. I cant tell you how much I appreciated him taking ownership over the situation and making such a negative customer service experience into such a positive one. Allen is a great example of why it is so important to shop local businesses whenever possible. My car is now back and driving like new!

Had a car towed in for my friend who need help on troubling car. They replaced Gas Fuel Pump and it worked great until later that evening, it didnt work again. I finally got it start up in the morning and brought it back and they were happy to took a look over it and corrected the issue. They all were professional, friendly and helpful. I even asked some questions and they answered something I wasnt aware of. They educated me and I felt so worthy to come back again!!!!

This place constantly jacks up their prices. My husband just had a dead battery on his car. We live close enough that he can walk there, so he walked there to get a new battery. He had to pay $189 for the battery, and that’s not even counting the core exchange. He then looked up the same battery on NAPA’s website: $117, including the core exchange. That’s almost a 40% markup just for the product! It would be different if he was asking them to put in the battery themselves or was paying for labor, but was wasn’t. He literally just bought a battery and core exchange from them, then went back to our house and fixed it himself. The last time we went to them, they were the only ones open so we didn’t have a choice. My husband had a low air light on, and his tire had a bulge. They ordered him a new tire, and told him that his back passenger tire was bad too. He had just checked all the tires- no, it wasn’t. He argued with them and asked them what was bad about it. They said the valve had gone bad and a new one would be $100. He argued and asked to see the bad valve. They refused to show him and told him they’d thrown it away. In the end, he argued enough that the guy lowered the price of the valve to $50 “because it’s Christmas.” There is no way they should be able to lower it by that much if it wasn’t already hugely overpriced. Ridiculous! We’re never going back and we’re telling everyone to stay far away!

We had a leaky front tire on our return from a family vacation in Florida. After some incorrect info from Walmart tire center, the folks at Big O found out that the sidewall of our tire was dangerously damaged. Being a special order tire, they did not have it in stock. The Manager made some calls to figure out where we could get a tire on his own, found one nearby and got us in at the other place right away. Thank you so much for helping us out of a horrible spot. They have worked tirelessly in repairing an ignition problem for my daughter and have been more than gracious in their billing. I have been a customer of Big O Tires in Lebanon, Indiana for seven years and have never had a bad experience with them. Allen and his team do a terrific job!

Bad service. Only put 3 out of 5 lug nuts back on. I dont think they were originally missing but if they were they should have at least mentioned it or replaced them. Also will charge women more so be careful. I would recommend Pomps or Walmart, they both have good prices and do better work

Absolutely amazing customer service. They were less than half the cost of Wal-Mart and much more friendly. Chester did the work for us and it was done wonderfully in 20 minutes. He was extremely friendly and upon our return we learned that he had even taken his break 15 minutes later so we could pick up our tires. Extremely pleased with our visit and we will definitely be taking all of our business there from now on. As an added benefit, its locally owned!

Normally great service but this time when the ignorant and unprofessional mechanic brought the keys back to the service Mgr he mentioned very loudly that my vehicle was an ugly truck. He can have his opinion but he needs to understand that the customer is important and may be within hearing distance. I hope he was reprimanded after I left.

Not a long wait time.

I had two OEM wheels mounted and balanced to replace two wheel that were damaged. This took 1 hour. After I left I checked the pressures using the vehicles sensors. One tire had 39 psi, one had 46 (supposed to be 35). Got on the highway and sped to 70 MPH and noticed a lot of vibration. Took it back and found out they were improperly balanced. Wrong pressures and didnt balance it right. What a joke. Also while i was there a elderly guy came in with a nail in his tire (tread not sidewall). They said they couldnt fix it (??) and since it was all wheel drive he had to get 4 new tires. I saw his tires as he was leaving and they appeared to be fairly new. No reason a repair couldnt be made. Cant properly air tires up or balance them! Stay clear of this place.

Great offer on the online free oil change offer, but the managers in that store are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful, there were employees treating each other one employee walked out, and a customer came in with a tire that was put on a week ago for a trailer and it wasnt rated for a trailer tire a complete blow out, also I was first in line for my services until a young female wearing yoga pants came in, so guess whos vehicle got serviced first, (NOT MINE) I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Ive never had a problem here. Ive had work done to my Honda a few times and I am pleased to say that while doing work on my car if they come across anything additional they always tell me. They also dont do any extra work on my baby without crossing it through me. So no surprise bill! Because of this approach I plan on bringing my baby back in to address a problem they brought to my attention this week to clear it up. So thank you very much. I can not tell you how much I personally appreciate all the effort you have put into my car to keep it running good as new. Shes all I got after all!

Theyve screwed me over twice for the exact same reason. Shame on me, therefore im never going to this Den of Thieves again, and neither should any of you. I specified both times when I gave them the coupon that I wanted conventional oil to validate the displayed price, and both times I was given synthetic, which is almost twice the price. I dont make enough money to have it spent on things I didnt ask for, but its okay ive learned my lesson. Go get an oil change at a business that actually gives you what you ask for and doesnt try to up-charge you when youre not looking.

The worst experience Ive had. If you have anything but an oil change or tire replacement then you will be fine. Went there to replace my brake pads and the next day my pad was stuck to the rotor and deformed my hubcap. When I told them about it they said We will grease up the pad but they never offered to replace my cap. Not sure how they didnt catch it if they tested it. After the grease up the pad still stuck. Called and they said we will have to add charges to replace pad and fix the issue. In the end it was the caliper locking (self diagnosed). I replaced it myself and saved $3000 since they overcharge on everything but had to pay for the other pads being replaced. Also the interaction was piss poor. The deer in the headlights look was everywhere when I showed them my burned hubcap. Everyone there seems to be lost or not know what they are doing.1. Unprofessional2. Credit card interest rate a total ripoff. Double the amount if you dont pay within 6 months (seriously) . Also you cant use your own credit card, you have to sign up for theirs. (more money for them with interest rate).3. Not in Lebanon but the Big O customer service hotline is terrible. Lady I spoke to barley understood/spoke english. Its like they hired her off the street if she knew how to say hi.Terrible experience overall with Big O as a whole

Had a flat on I65, towed the car to Big Os, spent the night at a local hotel and came back the next AM to get the work done. Folks couldnt have been nicer, and the price of tires seemed very reasonable for my car. A very nice solution to a my predicament. Thx!

We went in with full intentions of getting an $80 alignment (which is fully in our price range), they called and said that the tire rods were bent and that itd be almost $400 to fix on top of an alignment. Which definitely is not in our price range. When we came to get the car the manager proceeded to talk down on us for not being able to pay that amoount upfront right then and there because we were selling his guys short. We explained we dodnt have that kind of money but he was more concerned that we would be leaving without any services done. Definitely a less than great experience.
