I was on my way to California when my check engine light came on in my vehicle. Called around in Leavenworth and all repair shops were booked two weeks out. Finally was referred to Marshall Auto Repair. I walked in and explained the situation to the lady. She asked me to wait while she checked with Jeff. She came back and said he could take a look at it right after he finished with another vehicle. Ten minutes later he asked me to pull my car up and did a diagnostic test. It was nothing major, Jeff reset the check engine light and told me I was set. I asked him what I owed him and he said no charge. I thanked him again and told him how much I appreciated him making time for me. He said he gets several people a day that have similar problems and if he cant find time to help them out he shouldnt be in the business. Very memorable experience. Thanks Jeff

I called about my steering leaking and turn signals not working. They said to bring it in the following morning. I took it in and Jeff immediately brought it in and put it on the rack. In about 10 minutes he knew what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to repair. Jeff said it would be ready by noon Due to the parts house not delivering the parts on time the car was not ready until 2:30pm but still the same day. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing your vehicle repaired.

Lady at the front desk is very rude. Not just once has she been rude when calling asking for Information but several times. Then when you are there in person she is just as rude. Not helpful at all.

Nice place good staff fairly good prices better than some of the other places Ive been to not name and names but maybe some initials DNZ Firestone all high prices Marshalls pretty good

Bought a car from this place that they were selling for a friend the owner knew the car had problems he didnt fix the owner kept telling me to bring the car in so he could fix them and every time I would he told to me to bring in next day well the next day never got here. If it would let me I would give them zero stars

DO NOT USE!!! This business will try and steal your vehicle. All the vehicles for sale in front of this shop are stolen from hard working people in and around Leavenworth, KS. Using the minimum amount of time to file an abandoned vehicle law. The shop will say they try and call you but they just call and hang up before it rings when they mail you notice they will make no attempt to be sure you get it. Even if you tell them youre going to pick it up a certain day they will still file the claim. This is the worst most untrustworthy mechanic shop Ive ever seen or dealt with in my entire life.

They was very polite to me and the mechanic told me my spark plug wires was not in the right order and he fixed them so now my car isnt stalling anymore. There very much recommend in my opinion.

Brought my truck in to get a plug fixed on the transmission. The incompetent service tech replaced it with the wrong plug then when I brought it back to get it fixed AGAIN they still charged for the price of parts and labor for both visits. This shop has horrible service even the front desk woman was rude completely unprofessional its clear she needs customer service training.

I needed my a/c repaired in my vehicle. They were fast to get me in, repaired it quickly and for a great price. They also found the source of the smell from my a/c that I have had looked at by the dealership that I bought my vehicle from who could not fix it. That smell was an issue for the 3+years that I have owned my vehicle and Marshall’s looked at it in one visit and fixed it. Additionally, they aired my tires up-this was not upon my request they just have great service. Thumbs up!!!! Five Stars!

I was referred to this place by a friend of a friend, said it was affordable and did great work. That was not the case, actually it was the complete opposite! My car still had the same problem after I left and when I tried to call about it, I got hung up on.... 🤔🤔🤔🤔😠😠😠😠😠

They fixed my starter for about $100 less than I expected and did it quick. Just moved here and well I’m used to getting ripped off by mechanics this is a nice change. I’ll be back but hopefully not soon.

Assaulted...Im surprised this place is still in business as Jeff has a bad temper and should not be dealing with the public. He was not happy where my truck was dropped off at his shop to be fixed for something he may have done poor work on, so he stormed around the office counter and physically attacked my cousin and I. My Cousin is just a kid and at first trying to defend himself from Jeffs verbal harassment. Jeff finally stopped the assault when my Cousins Father stormed in to put a stop to Jeff. It was a very violent and weird experience and the police were called out and everyone filed assault charges.
