Overall I had a great experience at this dealership. I did all of my research ahead of time and when arriving at the dealer was promptly greeted. Zeck Ford has earned my business. It was a great buying experience from sales to financing. One thing that stood out was, even if someone needed a couple more minutes to finish something up, they would come out and apologize and explain that it will be a couple of minutes instead of just letting us sit and wait. I also liked the casual atmosphere. I love the no haggle and that the price was under retail value via CarGurus.I will contact the dealership about the Ford Escape floor mats that are in the truck and ask for an exchange, but that doesn’t reflect on my review because they were great.

Hunter is the best! Very informative and should he not have the answer, he’ll find one. I had two very polarizing experiences with Zeck Ford (Leavenworth, KS) over differing directions of customer service that one would not expect. My sales experience was great and I commend my sales associate for his demeanor and attentiveness. The other involving the finance side would later turn into a very poor experience and sorely unacceptable.As I stated, the sales associate and other sales members were very accommodating, friendly, and worked late after closing time to ensure my sales experience was met.However, the finance team was very disappointing and after a glitch with the funding request for the agreed upon purchase agreement it resulted in my lender contacting me exactly one week later. The payment request initially submitted by the dealership clearly fell outside the lender’s authorized loan agreement leading to this customer service issue. The lender advised the dealership misinterpreted and misapplied for the appropriate level of funding. After I portrayed my frustration to the finance manager, he became irritated and instead of apologizing or offering to help make my experience better, the finance manager complained about my grievance and became argumentative.After a second follow-up call by the finance manager, I still waited to hear at least some semblance of concern or attempt at even a minor level of improved customer interaction, but none was offered, given or attempted which was witnessed over the phone by another on my end for both calls.With all the competition between auto dealerships, I choose this dealership. Again, with the sales team I commend them. Yes, I could have chosen a different dealership, but the purchase was already completed by the time I had contacted the finance manager to address my concern.If you choose to shop for a used or new vehicle at Zeck Ford, I think you’ll do fine with the sales team, but steer clear of the finance team due to a very lacking level of customer service and attention to detail.

Our experience with Zeck Ford was absolutely horrible. We talked with a sales representative before we drove 2.5 hours one way to get a truck. Told them what we had for a trade and they gave us a ball park. When we got there they changed their minds about the trade value and told us there was absolutely no wiggle room. Wasted 5 hours of our time and terrible customer service.

My wife and I went to look at vehicles for her and found a large selection at Zeck. We were paired up with Mike Amaral who found us a selection of used cars that met my wife’s criteria. We test drove, bought and took a car home that night. While my wife loved the car she had found a few personal issues with the car after a couple days of driving. The window tint was a bit too dark for her and she wanted to change the seat style for more comfort. We called up the dealership and they told us to come back up and we found another car that was a true perfect fit. We swapped out the cars with no issues. Mike told us the first day we went that he was there to work for us and he didn’t care how much money we spent as he was not commission. This really showed as the car we swapped for was cheaper. This dealership and it’s employees really are there to make the car buying experience a good one. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to give Zeck a try.

Parts department was great. But awhile back had my oil changed they rotated my new wheels after that had a balance problem. Said something to the girl at the service desk. She wanted to charge me 69$ to balance. Wont get my oil changed there ever again

Steve was very helpful. He got us in a vehicle that was in our price range, helped us get to the payment/interest rate that was comfortable with our budget and extremely friendly! I appreciated the laid back atmosphere. It did not feel like a typical car dealership. Everyone was dressed casual and all had smiles on their faces! Great experience!
