First one star I have ever left on google. Bought a van from here and within 2 weeks the check engine light and emissions light warning came on. I didn’t haggle with them on value of trade and paid their asking price. They never called back in a week despite 2 messages being left and it took me calling a 3rd time. Sticker in the window says oil was changed right near the mileage we bought it but the oil life light came on less than 200 miles into owning (likely didn’t reset after changing) They left the home address of the old owner in the system and we found no less than 3 magic erasers from detailing. Obviously attention to detail and customer follow up were non existent. I now have concerns about the vehicle as a whole if these basics weren’t paid attention to. One thing I know for certain I won’t buy vehicles anywhere but my local dealership anymore. When we asked our local folks if they could service the Honda even though they’re a GMC dealership they said no problem. We told them about the emissions thing and they said it’s not uncommon with used cars to have something like this happen and they usually just take care of it or work with the customer to find a resolution. Apparently there’s nothing luxury can (read will) do. I’m sure the response will be “you could’ve bought the extended warranty,” which is true but they could also work with the customer the way my local dealership does and that’s why I’ll never buy here again and will only buy local.

I bought a car from them a little over a month ago. A few weeks after driving it I noticed a sound coming from the front of the car. The salesman assured meIt was just the transmission. A few weeks later the sounds keeps getting worse and worse. And then today the front tire flew off the car while my wife was driving it with my kids. Thank god no one was hurt, but this is the kind of cars they are selling here!They will absolutely be hearing from our attorneys!!!!!

I went in to sell my car and had a great experience as far as staff goes. Everyone was very friendly and nice. I was told that if I provided my vehicle’s maintenance paperwork, that the dealership would buy my car for an amount that I was comfortable with.After calling for three weeks in a row every three days or so, I just showed up to the dealership to see what was happening. I was told I would receive a call and never did. I don’t mind the dealership not purchasing my car, what I do mind is the lack of communication from the dealership. I was able to sell the car for a lot more privately, so it’s really not about the car sale, it’s about the shadiness with communication rather than just being straightforward.In my opinion, being shady deserves a review as it may be a red flag for how the dealership operates.

Such a great experience! I drove 45 minutes to this location to do a test drive here, it was my first time buying a car totally on my own. Alvaro Romo listened to all of my questions/concerns, went above and beyond, and made the process so easy. Best of all, the car I got is a dream. I smiled all the way home.

Very disappointed with this dealership. Was working with Cooper and arranged to make a 3 hour drive to look at 2 Honda Pilots on their lot. Prior to leaving, they made sure they had all the keys, etc ready for us. When I got there, Cooper passed us on to someone else, and we drove the first Pilot which we decided we didnt care for. When we asked to drive the second Pilot, we were informed it had been sold. Either they sold it prior to our conversation and lied about it so we wouldnt cancel our trip or they sold it after they had agreed to hold it while we drove the 3 hours from Omaha. Either way, I would not recommend purchasing a car from this un-reputable dealership.

Great price on car. $300 admin fee seems high though. Especially since it took their office almost a month to mail me the title. Found out the car was in a wreck a year after I bought it when someone backed into me. Took off the bumper and the repair guy noticed previous damage and subpar repair work. Dealer may not have known but I figured it was worth mentioning. Love my car and will probably buy from them again.

The sales person who helped me was Alvaro AJ Romo. When I went in, I wasnt completely sure what I was really wanting or how the process worked for trade ins. He helped me find something that would work for me and my budget, and made the buying process very easy. Molly is Amazing! I have purchased a lot of cars and motorcycles over the years, and have never worked with anyone as Professional and Energetic as Molly. Well I have two experiences so far...1. We bought our 2018 Chevy Equinox from there almost a year ago now and John was our salesman he did fantastic and was such an amazing help getting my husband and I into a new vehicle. Found a used car online from this dealer. We are 3 hours away. Made the deal online & headed there to pick up the car. The salesman called us as we were on the way & told us that a service tech damaged the door when he had it on the lift. They told us they would fix it & deliver it to us on Saturday, 3 days later. We contacted them with no answer from the salesman & left several messages & text messages regarding some final financing with no return. Called the sales manager & he had the salesman call us. He told us that he would have to get more info for & would call us the next day. Not a word. 2 days go by to bring us to delivery day...not a word. We were anticipating the car to be delivered but never heard from the salesman. No returned calls or text. Poor customer service. They don’t communicate. We heard this from someone else as well. No follow through.

Highly recommend going to see Guy and his team for your Line X and body work needs!! I had an issue with a Line X liner that another dealer installed and Guy’s team repaired it under warranty. They are extremely professional, great at their jobs and very customer service focused. Highly recommend!

They were very attentive and fair in price. I would like to have known up front the title was from out of state. It has made registering the vehicle unnecessarily complicated. If we had known I would give them 5 stars.

This was the first time I had bought a vehicle from them and the experience was great! My salesman John was great to work with through the entire process. I researched the trade in value of my old truck and their first offer on my trade was within $500 of what I thought it was worth and the price of my new truck was right in line with market value on it so not only did I get my new truck at a fair price but also got a good price for my trade in. I did notice a couple of small issues on my new truck not long after I got it, Guy and his service department took care of them right away at no charge. My daughter in law who lives in Dallas also needed a new vehicle so I suggested she look at their inventory. She came up and picked out an SUV. They gave her a fair price on her trade in as well as arranged to have her new SUV delivered to a location closer to her so she wouldnt have to drive so far to pick hers up. Great people to work with, and I highly recommend them.

I’ve purchased three vehicles from luxury imports over the years, and have always had a pleasant experience. I was in need of a new vehicle this week, and L&I had several nice, very competitively priced options I wanted to test drive. The salesperson J.R. Romo was not pushy, and very patient while I test drove several models on the lot. He made no attempt to pressure me into buying a more expensive vehicle, and was pleasant to deal with.

Drove 3 hours each way to purchase an Audi A4. Test drove and were ready to purchase the car. There was absolutely no negotiation they wanted us to pay sticker price as well as give us $1000 less than what our trade in was worth and we were not asking top dollar but average trade in value. We told him of other vehicles on the web that were listed 1k less with exact same options and a couple with 10k less miles. and that was why we were asking him come down on the asking price. He told us that he didn’t care about that as he had his own sheet telling him we should pay more. In fairness he did offer to lower the price by $250 as if that would get our attention. Unless you have money to burn I would find another dealer

Got a 3 year old outback with super low miles for way less than one with almost 100k and 4 years old elsewhere. Dont expect much haggling since their prices are already the lowest in the KC area for the stock they have. Had one hiccup about the warranty we purchased but was resolved quickly and at no cost to us despite adding coverage. Joe Bonzo makes things happen in the best way and really made us feel comfortable with the entire finance process. Will recommend to friends and family.
