Solid Sprinter repair shop. Confusing reservation system - call and you cant find a slot for a month+, go online and am appointment is available within days. Advisors are good communicators.

The customer service was excellent! Scott was very helpful getting us checked in. Chris was straight forward and honest, and answered all our questions. He was very personable. When we left out of there, we knew that this was the only place we would be going back to for our Sprinter.

There is not a Sprinter shop like this one. What you would expect from a Mercedes dealership without the turned up nose. Great service professionals and first class technicians. The guys in the sprinter service department are amazing! We drive almost an hour to get to this location, but the service and communication is always outstanding. They did not do any work without checking with me first to make sure I war happy with what service they were going to perform and ok with the price that it was going to cost. They even helped me fix the magnet for the rear door free of charge!! (I had all the pieces but was having trouble with it) I highly recommend their sprinter service department and will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Love this place, they got me back on the road within a couple hours. I was traveling from out of state when i had multiple warning lights come on. it ended up being a wheel speed sensor which thankfully they had in stock. Jared Black (advisor) and Chris Griffiths were very knowledgeable and courteous. i would recommended this location to anyone in need of Sprinter service.

Ridiculously overpriced, they changed parts that do not need to be changed. I understand it’s a dealership and usually you pay more for your services. I own and owned several Mercedes cars and I never got ripped off like this place.Find a local mechanic that service your sprinter and you will save yourself tons of money.No wonder they are so slow.
