I met Mac back in 1999 when I took my, 85 BMW 735i in for an oil change. I was impressed with his approach to quality assurance, watching him drive the vehicle after performing the service. Over the years, I have found Mac to be brutally honest, throughly professional, reasonable and attentive to detail. I have come to appreciate his approach to repairs, not only tracking down problems but assessing reasons for malfunctions. Mac has taught me the value of preventive maintenance, avoiding aftermarket parts and shortcuts. Needless to say, Mac has successfully taken care of all my vehicles, both foreign and domestic. Dollar for dollar. M P Auto Repair is without a doubt the best deal in the county. I am honestly afraid to take my vehicles anywhere else, and that includes dealerships. He is a very honest mechanic and does a great job everytime.Just recently my belt broke on my van and one dealership said it would take 2 weeks before they could look at it and another 1 month, called MP Auto and I was back working the next day! This auto repair shop is phenomenal! Mack is an exceptional certified mechanic. In the short time that I have been doing business with him, he has been fair and honest. I have had two repairs done so far and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with his work. He has definitely gained my loyalty as I will be using his services for any minor or major repair work needed for my vehicles.

I called due to a check engine light illuminating on my Range Rover. They answered the phone (what sounded like a foreign accent) and I began asking questions and the man started getting an attitude. I was referred to them by Bensons automative (which I have never had issues with). I decided this wasn’t the place for a woman to take her vehicle. The customer service was poor especially for a potential new client. I was calling simply for pricing and an estimate to get my vehicle taken car of.

Mack is extremely professional and works quickly without sacrificing attention to detail! Ive had two repairs completed by Mack and Im extremely happy with his services. When my interior drivers side handle broke and would no longer open my car door, Mack completed the repairs same-day. After noticing that my car battery/starter was starting to fail, Mack did a great job fully accessing what exactly was failed. He ended up replacing both the battery and starter, no easy task on my particular model. After each repair, he gives me a thorough description of work completed (Im an engineer and like to know as much about my vehicles as possible). I will continue to bring my car here for all future work!

An honest mechanic who informed me that an issue was covered outside of warranty by the dealership. He could have just done the work and charged me for it.Docking a star because every time Ive dealt with the guy he came across as really condescending.

Waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy over-priced. Owner admitted they make their money on the exorbitant parts price. Check Amazon first... They charged me more than double the cost for an alternator. Be forewarned.
