Highly recommend the service department at Mac Haik Toyota. I had a recall on my Toyota Tacoma that put my truck in limp mode. Ralph Accardo, the service technician, made sure to get all the parts in as quick as possible and even had to pick up 1 of the parts to get my truck repaired so I could get back driving normally again. If you need any repairs I would definitely go see Ralph at Mac Haik Toyota.
They are so rude that is amazing that they are in business. I called to them about a brake job, Robert answered and was very hurried and not clear about the price.He then hung up. I called again and again same guy answered. Pathetic really. Keep away from this place!!
Just a heads up, I tried to schedule a service appointment online. It said someone would call me. Nobody ever did so I called them and discovered I didnt need an appointment because it was an oil change and they have quick service for this. It was my first time here and other delerships I have been to required the appointment. That being said, I just went to the quick service they got my car in and out quickly. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor waiting are. The indoor space was very clean. I am happy I went and will for sure be going back.
Made an appointment for Saturday @ 9a.m. Dealership kept sending me text to confirm my appointment. Awesome! Dropped off my truck and was told it “should” be done by 4p.m. 😠. When I questioned why so long if I had an appointment, I was told they don’t really have appointments on Saturday. SMDH. Well if you don’t have appointments on Saturday then stop taking appointments on Saturday!!! People make appointments to schedule their day!
This place is very laid back no pressure gives you the feel of your local mom and pop store..the service center was awesome right in and out very I highly recommend this place!! Its a rarely to see this now days!

Not good. Spent $2000 first time. Second time exact same problem with all warning lights staying on with key off and out. I had mentioned wife hit a puddle in the rain. Second time was rising again. Ended up being a windshield leak I found with my garden hose. Got wiring plug receptacles wet in the kick panel drivers side. Only cost $98 the second time. Never was the $2000 body control module as it never got wet. Charged me over $900 for a part that is less than $500 at a few other Toyota dealers. Anyways I had been warned that they get there money the first time and dont care about repeat customers. Only my 2nd car in 45 years to be worked on by somebody else.

I bought my new Tacoma here. Abraham, the sales consultant, was the best to work with. I usually can not stand car salesmen but he definitely went above and beyond. Now 4 months later and the 5,000 mile service and the service is still amazing throughout all of the departments. If you want a new car or truck, i would highly recommend this place.

Frankie Burns was very honest. There was no gimmicks or hidden fees. He is a straight shooter. Went over to Ray in finance. He also treated me right. Seriously considered buying the extended warranty but these fools in the Rio Grande Valley wont honor the warranty anyway. 4th vehicle from Mac Haik dealerships but first used vehicle. Find Frankie, he will treat you right.

So after years of taking my car for service at the league city location; since 2007 to be exact, they told me last week that they couldn’t service my car..!So I stopped in this location like always, first guy at the left greeted me and proceeded to ask me what I needed done.I told him that I needed an oil change, he took my keys and drove the car inside the shop!7 min later I was called to the desk the technician servicing my car was there and he said that my car was too low that he was afraid that he might break the skirts in my car or the front lip of the car.I told them that I always do service at that location and no one has ever told me that before ever!He reply saying that he has never seen my car before, well I had never seen him there either and I wasn’t complaining about that.I was like “ what ever”! as I was leaving another tech stop me apparently they forgot to put the air filter back in my car!...End up going to Toyota in Alvin!Great service!They service my car with no problems at all! oil was low apparently league city was doing a poor job and upon my arrival my cabin filter was missing!... smh!...So disappointing will never go back to this place with lazy technicians that don’t want to do their job!....
I am usually not one to do reviews - but I am in disbelief as to how unorganized and inconsiderate this place was with me.I had some recalls on my vehicle that needed to be taken care of. I have been dreading going back to these guy due to my visit back in 2016, but I finally decided to see about getting my car taken care of. Going to this location is convenient because its 10 minutes from home.I called about 2 weeks ago to see about setting up an appointment with them to handle the recalls on my car. The woman said the parts needed to be ordered and then she would call me back when they came in to set up the appointment - I was ok with that. Well I called Wednesday (10/3) because I hadnt heard from them, they had no record that I had called. So I was told the parts were not ordered and that she was going to order them and try this process again. Well she called me back about half an hour later after we hung up and said that the parts were there on site and asked me about making an appointment - I told her I needed to call back to see when would be a good day.I called back to see about asking for a Saturday that way my husband was off from work and I had transportation. Well I was told that I only had two days to make the appointment or the parts would no longer be available to me. They told me they only keep parts for a certain period of time for a customer....so youre telling me you only give them 72 hours to figure out when they can miss work, make arrangements to sacrifice a whole day with no vehicle, and basically do nothing else all day. I was also informed that Saturday they do not to major services such as recalls. I told them I was trying to avoid being stranded at home with no vehicle - they mentioned the Enterprise on site and I could rent a vehicle. Question: why should I spend money on a vehicle in this situation...??I said thanks but no thanks. So my only option was a shuttle and being stranded at home - why they have my car for X amount of hours OR sit there at the office with my 6 month old baby....NO THANKS!! I made the appointment and was going to just ask for a shuttle ride home.I then decided to call the Alvin location to just see what their policy on loaner vehicles are. I explained to her my situation and couldnt understand why I was not offered a vehicle since what I needed done with my car would take most of the day. She suggested maybe they didnt have any loaner vehicles on sight, but still didnt know why it wasnt offered for a later date. After speaking with her I asked if I could just make the appointment with them so I didnt have to return to the League City location. She was more than happy to set up and appointment and made arrangements for me to have a loaner vehicle at no charge.
They just opened the Enterprose Car Rental to retail at this location. Gabby was extremely helpful and patient as my cc wasnt cooperating. Thank you Gabby for all the love!!!!

Took the car in cause I hit something on the highway, wanted to know how bad the damage was, was it dangerous to keep driving, and how much it would cost to fix. After waiting for 2 hours they come back to me and say we cant do anything, take it to our collision department. (Im guessing its too difficult for them to call over a collision specialist from the building next door...). When I get to the collision department, they take one look and say, We cant give estimates for the bottom of the car because we dont have a lift. You should have your insurance agent contact ours, then we can give an estimate to your insurance company.... (I guess the insurance company will provide the lift then?). I hate stupid lazy people, so I left and found another place to give an estimate. Within 5 minutes he said $95 and fixed it within 2 hours...btw, this was the same price Toyota wanted just to give me an estimate...Ill never go to this service center again.
They dont have stores u can get little accessories. Thats what I went there for. Dont know about there service
