I was so impressed with this shop. They were so friendly-definitely know what customer service is and how to do it. My repairs to my car were done quickly and correctly. I had them replace my struts and shocks and inner tie rods. My car drives great. The price was competitive too. I will definitely go back.

Everyone I’ve dealt with is always super knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The shop is immaculate. We’ve used CB a few times now and we’ll never take our vehicles anywhere else from now on. They send you a report detailing everything they find (with pictures!) and get your approval for each item before beginning the work. I’m so happy we finally found a trustworthy shop to repair our vehicles.

Dropped car off on Monday at 8am. Didn’t get it back till 5:45pm on Friday. Was told multiple times they couldn’t find out what is wrong till Thursday afternoon. Didn’t fix all the issues. Dropped truck off on Tuesday afternoon so the could finish on Wednesday. Called for status never heard back. Then the get mad that we we’re trying to find out status of truck. Will never use them again. Very poor customer service.

The service was great. I think just from the outside it is a great place to be employed. I recommend making appointments before visiting them. The waiting area is not like big dealerships but is as clean and if not well maintained. Will go again.

Not going to lie. At first everything was great until an incident happened and made me not feel like a valued customer. I went to pick up my truck and I just so happened to end up speaking to the manager. Told him what happened and that I was so upset. Carlos apologized and took care of everything! He calmed me down and said not to worry. He had my back and because of that I decided to go ahead and keep my truck there. After that they regained my trust back. I will update when I receive my truck.

After diagnosis was performed, it was determined that the struts of my Suburban had started leaking. OEM parts would take 2 weeks from Detroit. So an aftermarket option was available. I can honestly say I see no difference in the ride. I also saved $1000 dollars. I am very pleased with the service, the professionalism and constant communication. The best surprise was they delivered the vehicle to me when it was complete. I highly recommend Christian Brothers in League City

I had my car towed here for service because it was close to my office. I personally wouldn’t go back but encourage anyone to give it a try, at least once. Short version: they have warranty on their work, clean office, and text updates, but I didn’t like how they left my vehicle.I called Christian Brothers to give them a heads up that my vehicle would arrive in a few hours and they were super nice. They called me later that day kind of irritated and asked where the keys were. I didn’t know, because the tow truck dropped it off, but I said where I left the keys.The next day I received all kinds of fancy text message notification regarding the status of my vehicle. This was great! I loved the pictures of the recommended repairs - that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars! However, unfortunately my vehicle wouldn’t be ready this second day because they had to order parts. Third day, I followed up late morning for an update. A few hours later the vehicle was ready. Apparently it was a complicated repair, and I get that. The front desk agent was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was super clean and they had hand sanitizer, which is great during the pandemic.I was irritated that all of my belongings in my vehicle were thrown in the back of my SUV or in my center console. This seems unnecessary and just cluttered the back of my vehicle. I really wish they would have asked to move all of my items (phone charger, face masks, kids toys, etc). Did they need in my back seat where my kids toys were(no)? Why move these items? They didn’t clean my vehicle; they threw everything in the back of my SUV. Why touch my belongings to begin with? If you’re cool with this, definitely go here for service!

I had issues with my AC for about a week and after trying to take the cheap way out, I took my truck to multiple mechanics who could not tell me what the issue was. I found Christian Brothers Automotive, set an appointment and the following day my AC was up and running!Not to mention they were able to give me a ride to my residence due to me not being able to rent a vehicle at the time.I’ll have to be honest, the service was a little pricey but AC issues are always pricey, but it was completely worth it.I would definitely recommend and will most certainly take my vehicle there any time it needs repairs.

A check engine diagnostic is $135. They do a VERY thorough check of all the systems in your car. They were very sweet and professional, and provided me with a free shuttle to and from work so they could spend most of the day with my car. Communication was great, estimates were easy to read. Even if they are a bit pricey (not sure, I only did the diagnostic and then traded in for a new vehicle) it was WELL worth the money. I will definitely be going back!

I was so very impressed with my first visit to Christian Brothers. I was searching for a respected place to handle my car maintenance. The process was easy, affordable, fast.They found a small break in my air filter housing and found a way to repair in an affordable way as opposed to replacing the entire unit like the dealership recommended. Saved me hundreds of dollars and gained my trust.I loved the texting system which provided me timely texts and pictures of what was going on during the maintenance process.I highly recommend!

They far exceeded my expectations. There is a true difference between an occupation and a calling. This company is lead by a calling. Great experience and communication all the way through.

My previous review was a positive one. However, this review is on the opposite end of the spectrum. I wrestled with my conscience deciding whether or not to write anything, but I feel compelled to say something simply because its the truth. Paying for a diagnostic fee that doesnt go towards the repair was my fault for not understanding the terms and conditions of the services provided. Now that I thoroughly understand and disagree with that policy, I will no longer patronize Christian Brothers Automotive. But that is not the primary reason for my complaint. My daughters serpentine belt on her vehicle broke on Sunday evening, and she drove it until the battery died since it could no longer be charged by the alternator due to the broken belt. I had it towed to Christian Brothers Automotive. As soon as they opened on Monday morning, I was there to get the services started. I told the service advisor that I needed the belt replaced, and I needed the battery recharged because the battery was drained after the belt broke. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $124.95 for them to tell me that the belt needed to be replaced, and the battery needed to be recharged after I told them the exact reason why I had the vehicle towed there and with a physically visible broken belt. And the $124.95 was not applied towards the repair, which cost $180.15 on top of the $124.95. They charged me $50.99 for a belt that costs less than $20. And they charged me $62.48 to charge a battery that AutoZone would have charged for free. Again...I did accept the charges because I just wanted my Baby Girls vehicle back on the road. Regardless of the reason, I accepted so, that part I do accept. But to charge me a diagnostic fee to fix what I said to fix on top of the charges for the belt and charging the battery and the labor for that is highway robbery...no if, ands or buts about that. Coming from Georgia, I was hoping that my wife, my daughter and I had finally found an automotive shop nearby to meet our maintenance and repair needs. Unfortunately, we will have to part ways after this experience. I did pay the bill, and I didnt argue. I did tell them that I didnt like what they did with that diagnostic charge, and it was wrong. But God will have the final say! Thank God for favor and sustenance! We also thank Him for wisdom! James 3:17 says, But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere.

I like it here but somehow after my oil change last week, my coolant resovior has no cap on it. Just a tube sitting in it and no one ever said anything to me. Had to find out a few days later when I was checking my washer fluid.

I was greeting right away along with the wonderful smell of cinnamon and the feeling like I was waiting in my own living room! Comfortable seating, free Starbucks coffee and water! The woman at the front counter made me feel like I was apart of the family! Even let me know that my oil changes there would be half the price I was paying at my old place. They offer shuttle service and one free oil change after three paid ones. She also opened the door for me and they had my car ready for me out front! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!

Radiator tank and hoses burst and needed repairing. Got my BMW 3 series in by noon and got parts and had it done by 5pm. Cordial crew. Clean facilities. Really liked the emailed diagnostic and to-the-penny cost estimate for me to approve on line so work could begin immediately. Cost seemed to in the range of expectation. Will use them again.

I took my Dodge to the Dodge dealership in Alvin they told me I had three broken bolts on exhaust manifold side took my truck to Christian Brothers for a second opinion they told me and showed me that they had lied to me and saved me thousands of dollars these guys are about as honest as they come and they did the job for me in one day. Another typical mechanic shop. Way over priced trying to charge 600$ for a job that required a 120$ part and 20mins of labor and 300$ to change spark plugs. If you got deep pockets and no knowledge on how to work on vehicles then this place is for you. They will get the job done in a timely manner but way to over priced if you ask me

Went there ... league city location. yesterday and made an appointment for today 3/26/21.went this morning.the lady who did not introduce herself to me..was not nice .she said they don’t have the part after they knew i was coming today.she couldn’t guarantee that i would have the car back today... this is just a oil pan.she spoke to me like i was dumb .very condescending.i have been going there for few yrs .never spoken to that way .sad because it’s unnecessary and poor customerservice .

It pains me to write a negative review about any establishment but I have to warn people about this place. Weve had several disappointments in their service but the last experience put me over the edge. Either they are too incompetent to know how to read an oil dipstick or they are trying to lie their way out of helping their customer. My vehicle was getting about 8mpg less than it usually did after they serviced it & performed an oil change. I checked the oil and saw they had significantly overfilled the engine oil level. When I asked them to reduce the oil to the proper amount, first they said that has no effect on fuel economy, then they sent me a picture of the dipstick pointing to an incorrect mark of the fill line. I showed them the VW manual and they still refused to admit they were wrong about the oil level. With this kind of arrogance and incompetence I do not trust these people with any of my vehicles. See the attached pictures to back up my experience.

They tried to charge me for extra parts that I didnt need. So I drove my truck around the corner to a tire shop where they installed my brakes for half the price that Kristen Brothers wanted to charge me. I should have known better. My uncle took his vehicle there to get a transmission. And they tried to sell him a refurbished transmission for $3,600

They had a shuttle that dropped me off at work and later on picked me up. That, to me, was such a big help. Very impressed. Also the pricing wasn’t too bad. They were in constant communication via text and email throughout the whole process.

This was my first experience bringing my car to these guys and I will continue to bring my car back.

I had ran over a metal object on the freeway I couldn’t avoid and it tore a hole in my oil pan and i was stranded in a parking lot. I called Christian Brothers Automotive and told them my situation and they said they could take care of me. They gave me a number for a tow company they contract with and with in less that 2 hours after having my car towed to their facility I had an estimate with photos and other suggested maintenance. I was blown away at how fast they were able to take care of me and the ease of their text app, I just clicked to approve and it was done. Car was done the very next day! I will take my car here over my dealership just because of how fast they are and the service was awesome when I really needed it!

While the prices are a little higher than if I went to my local dealership for repairs, Christian Brothers has always provided good advice, reliable service, and friendly staff. In my experience, the dealership does none of these things. I have found Christian Brothers to be very trustworthy.

I was very pleased with my first experience at CB Automotive! Carlos and Elizabeth were genuinely very friendly! All of the employees are very professional as well. I had an issue with my alternator and serpentine belt and they fixed the issue right away. They even gave me a very detailed explanation of the issues with my vehicle, due to the errors of a mechanic at another facility, which they didn’t have to do. The atmosphere is very peaceful as well and they are very big on integrity. Lastly, I was very grateful for the complimentary ride to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. My vehicle now runs as new. Took a little longer than I expected but a great price,you couldnt change the oil yourself for any cheaper

Had to have my AC system completely replaced. Compressor ate itself. AC work is never cheap. I did call around other places to make sure CB is in the ballpark of where it should be. Of course they were. I’m not looking for cheap because you get what you pay for. I’m looking for fair pricing with quality work. As usual, CB did great work. No issues with the new system. I highly recommend these guys.

I called for a quote to have the oil and fuel filters changed in a 2016 F350 with the 6.4 Power Stroke, Carlos quoted me $600. Next I called Mac Haik Ford and was quoted $318 these people are pure thieves! I wouldnt go anywhere near this shop!

My car was overheating, I can’t tell you what was fixed but I’m positive it was a hose of some sort 😅 I had a great experience and felt comfortable with the services and price point. As a woman, I have been taken advantage of in the automotive industry with this type of thing. Would definitely recommend to other women who may not have a ton of automotive knowledge.
