I have a wife and six children and we are a blended family. We depend on one van for transportation and yesterday as I was coming home from work I couldnt drive it to far without my car over heating. I looked to my right and I saw this mechanic shop and I got so happy because it look like they were open. I went inside and there was an awesome team of people that were supposed to get off in 10 min before I came but they stayed until they finished with me. ( This is called going above and beyond.) I asked them could they at least look at my car to see what was wrong before they leave. They were already on it. They looked at it and they found that my compressor wouldnt turn and my belt going around it had broke off. He gave me rate that was unbelievable to replace the compressor and do the belt to get me back on the road. These people are awesome people and I just want to let you all that read reviews know that you should come to this shop for honest mechanics that want to really help you. P.s. at other mechanic shops they charge you to even look at your car and find whats wrong with it. This will forever be the place I will go.

Oil change place accidentally yanked some wires and sent me here to fix it. When the wires got yanked it caused shorts in other areas. Their tech tracked down the shorts quickly and fixed the problems. Very nice polite and knowledgeable people. Highly recommended .

Amazing service. My car is lowered and they definitely have the tools to get my car on the alignment rack. The tech is quick and precise. On point with adjusting the camber, toe and casters. It was difficult finding a place that does alignments for modified lowered vehicles. Car City does! And does it extremely well. I definitely recommend this place. Better service than other shops around the area.Customer service was also extremely helpful. Informative. If you need to speak to the mechanics and techs, you can. Awesome friendly place.I highly recommend Car City. Call ahead they are very helpful even over the phone.

Top Quality Service with integrity!!! Kevin is an angel. He worked tirelessly to find out the problem on the car. He called everywhere to try and get the part needed. He originally thought it was a more expensive part, but as he got deeper into it he saw it was a less expensive issue. He stayed past closing to wait for us to get back so we could take off in time to get home. Thank you is an understatement!!!

I took my 10 lifted tahoe to 2 other shops, and they couldnt get it aligned perfectly, brought it here, and they showed my why they couldnt align it properly, and fixed the problem, and then aligned it perfectly! I bring all my lifted trucks here now. Heres how much I like their quality of work....I live in spring, and I always drive down here to league city to get my alignments done.

We went in because my husbands car would shake badly up around 65 mph. They started with all of the free assessments to make sure that there was nothing serious causing the issue. Then they checked the balance of the tires and realized that was really off. After balancing, rotating and doing an alignment, ($117), they took my husband with them to test drive the truck. Hes now so happy with how smoothly the truck drives and loves it. I would highly recommend going there for tire and front end issues.

Charged $1400 to fix several issues on vehicle. Got it back worse than it was when it went in. Now stuck paying off the wasted $1400 while its being fixed properly elsewhere. Take your vehicle to someone you know trusts!

I will not be going back to this business. Went to go check out some rims. They put my old rim back on and they put the lugs in backwards with the tapered end facing outward. I noticed when i was walking buy and noticed one of the lugs was almost off. Checked the other 4 and the guy who put them on impacted them into the rim. So the keyed lugs are destroyed and i have to find some one to impact them off. The business offered to take the lugs off. But i will not go back because i am so angry, i do not wish to cause a scene. For a place that specializes in tires this issue should never come up.

They clean your car after they work on it. They have wifi and tv in the very comfortable waiting room. Thank u car city

I went in there cause of my ac wasn’t not working . Before I went there I went to Honda and Honda didn’t even exactly told me what’s wrong with the car they ask a lot of money for changing the whole harness but all I need my ac to be fixed . Their customer service and their hospitality the reason I would go back to that place if anything happen to my car

Due to one of the employees no longer working there I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3. They are aright now. But the service just isnt as good as it use to be. I only go in for tire rotations now.

I was scheduled to have my headlights and taillights put in but due to the need for rewiring it was going to take a little longer than I had time for. Instead we focused on the installation of my flowmaster exhaust kit. It needed a couple of clamps that one of the gentleman ran to the store to grab. A couple of hours later I was driving off enjoying my new exhaust system. They did a great job, were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and had extreme attention to detail. I will definitely be going back for the headlights.
