I just moved to the area from Ohio. I came in to see about a slow leak that ended up not being able to be repaired. They replaced the tire and rotated them as well. You just earned a customer for life! Best customer service Ive experienced in a long time!

Great place! Been buying tires, lifetime balance and rotation, repairs, warranty tires for years. Even if you happen to not purchase the tires from Discount if it doesnt have to be replaced they are nice enough to patch for free! Always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Arrived at 5:50pm when they close at 6pm with a screw in tire and not a problem. They say and stick by as long as its before 6pm they will get you taken care of! thanks Discount you guys are awesome and appreciated greatly!

Ran over a key this evening and my tire went flat. Drove to the Discount Tire on 45 and 518 and arrived less than 15 min before they closed. I Hate going into businesses so close to closing, but I really had no choice this time. All of the gentleman were so helpful, friendly, and quick, and didnt make it seem like it was a burden at all (even though they had to stay a little past their shift ending). Weve never had bad service here, but this time especially, I was So grateful for how accommodating they were!

While the actual service & price were good, the sales pushes are out of control. I limped my car in on the doughnut, clearly needing just the one tire after catching a bolt on the freeway, theres no need to run a handheld machine across the other three perfectly good tires & walk me to a chart in the waiting area to tell me how much safer Id be by replacing all four tires. I calmly listened to the pitch but still only purchased the single tired needed. Price was good & was out sooner than the time frame provided

Always a great experience, came by today for my normal tire rotation. I like the people who work here always friendly and helpful. That why I always come back. Because on regular days this location is slammed up. Grateful today wasn’t one of those busy days. It’s my day off and I didn’t get any spend it waited on my truck. Thank you for the quick service.

After having an utterly terrible experience @ Firestone I ended up bringing my car here and am glad I did. I spoke with Alex and was a walk-in @ 3pm and they had me on my way with the tires I wanted, the price I wanted, inside of 2 hours. The staff checked in with me while I was waiting to give an update, was very friendly and accommodating, and made me feel like I was VIP. Having said that, I noticed they offered that level to service to everyone waiting as well - these guys take their customer service as serious as the work they perform on your vehicle.Hopefully I dont need any work done on my car for a bit BUT I will definitely be back here when the times comes for new tires. Top notch service & quality work. Thank you Alex for making what was a looong day that much easier for me!

If you like to wait, this is the place. I made an appointment to get 4 new tires installed. I showed up 10 minutes early since it was a morning appointment and didnt expect a wait. My car sat there 45 minutes before it was even touched. So much for their 45 minute in and out guarantee. Just an empty promise. I felt like I was at the doctors office. Hurry up and wait. On the positive side, they beat Costcos sale price and they do have WiFi in the waiting area.There is always a line here. Even if you make an appointment a week prior. Whats your time worth?Just got the truck back with a low tire warning. Do they quality check their work?

Called ahead of time about the tires I needed and the guy said yes we have them. Got there and NOPE they only had more expensive ones. Then to top it off I waited 3 hours just to get 2 tires. Uuuggg

Wheels were poorly balanced, technicians lost my wheel lock key and evidently gave it to someone else. Not only did I need to get my balance redone elsewhere but I had to buy a new wheel lock key out of pocket ($25). Also, theres now at least one other customer driving around with a key that wont fit their wheel locks should they need to change a flat somewhere. Discount Tire is usually great, but I wont be back to this particular store.

Andy was awesome was able to help me order the tires and after I put them back on I drove back to them to tighten the lugs and Andy helped me with that too.

They were amazing! I found out that you can schedule an appointment online to skip the busy line in the store!

These guys got me the tires I was wanting, not trying to upsell a set to rotate inventory. Their sister store in Kemah told me they couldnt get the tires for a few days, this store had 3 in stock and acquired the 4th the next day.

Discount Tire League City, TX and their whole staff were absolutely amazing today! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, they met me at my car, and they got me to pull into a bay 5 minutes early. They practiced social distancing at every stage, and I even got to spend 30 minutes in glorious sunshine taking advantage of their outdoor seating. The tires I ordered online on their website fit great and even came with 2 mail-in rebates. They were even nice enough to switch out all of my lug nuts away from Fords stock lug nuts that were causing lawsuits to some brand new stainless steel ones that I could have confidence in. They are my new home for all of my future tires!

First time I had to wait over 7 minutes to be checked in. This is a very busy store seems like. Maybe because it is right off the freeway. Just need a flat tire fixed. Hour wait, no choice, can’t drive on a flat tire.

Not only is this place great on service, let me tell a little story I saw happen while I was there:There was a girl here with a tiny baby, and she had a flat. They said the side wall was pierced, and was unsafe. She called her dad to see if they could just patch it since she couldnt afford a new tire, and the discount tire guy told her he was putting a new tire on, she would not be paying for it, and there was nothing she could do to change his mind since she needed to be safe driving her baby around. Im glad we decided to give them business!!!

They were very nice and got to me as soon as they could. I thought their tire prices were quite high. This store was crazy busy. Every employee was very patient with every customer.

Been here multiple times and they are always prompt and easy to work with. The inventory is a bit limited, but despite substitutions, I have always left happy and had no issues.

I arrived with a screw in my tire, they said it will be over an hour and a half before we can get you in. So we took a seat, about half hour later they fixed my tire. They were great. I would never go anywhere else for all my tire needs, been going there over twenty years they always fo a great job.

I paid for tires and sat for an hour they never touched my vehicle. I am a SERVICE technician and have a busy schedule. I dont have an hour to wait for nothing. I had to get a refund and go somewhere else. They acted like they didnt care.

I recently bought new tires from this store and it was an easy process they are great employees and the sale are very professional love my tires and the best prices in town.

For being as busy as this location always is, they got my tire fixed within the estimated time frame under warranty. No complaints.

Brought vehicle over to this location after previous locating in Friendswood failed to remove screw from tire and fix it the first time. I give this location much credit for fixing the other locations mistake. The manager even came to speak to me and apologized for the Friendswood store and that hed get in touch with them. I didnt have to get involved and this location handled like the professionals. This is the second positive experience Ive had at this location in the past couple years and dont know why I didnt just stay here in the first place.

Just an ok experience. Guys didnt rotate in the direction I requested up-front so I had to remind them. Said my lugnut caps were stripped on front and back but it was due to them over tightening at another location.....however they wanted to charge me and when I disputed the guy who was doing the rotation/balance seemed to get an attitude about it. Doubtful Id go back to this particular location.

I purchased new tires from this location and had problems from the start. I called up there 2 hours after I dropped off my tires and they said my truck was ready. When I got up there to pick up my truck they hadn’t even started on it and said they had to get the tires transferred from another store. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me that if the 1st place and told me my truck was ready. I never wrote a review when this incident happened but today I went in and have an nail in my front tire so they put me on the lists and told me to stay in my vehicle. An hour in a half later I am still sitting in my car and have a job I have to go to so I can’t wait any longer. No one ever came back and I just have to leave with a low tire and a nail still in my tire. This location is always a problem and will have to find a new tire shop. The worse part is that we have several work vehicles we’ve purchased tires from Discount Tires but everytime we go there’s an problem. I wish they would correct how they treat and handle there customers.

Went to Discount Tire this morning to get my tires for my Ford F-250 rotated and balanced. I was told by Josh that my tires were too big for my wheels which is total BS!!! This was obviously an attempt at a money grab!! I have had these tires rotated and balanced before! I went up the street to NTB where they are providing this service for me... imagine that!!Me and my entire family have dealt with Discount Tire at this location for many years... obviously under new management!! Me or any of my family will ever be back!! Our shop will now be NTB!!!!!

Awesome store, I purchased my new tires back in September 2020. I had a great experience with their team as they advised me on types of tires. I was tboned in October 2020, a month after I bought the new tires. I needed to find a reciept for the tires purchased to send to my insurance and their team was amazing. Beware of these guys. I sent my daughter there to get her tires balanced and rotated. They were relentless about upgrading her tires, telling her that new tires (hers still have 7/32 tread left) would ride better.But the most dangerous fact is that they over-inflated her tires to 35 lbs. all the way around. This was 5 lbs. more than recommended . . . a blatant attempt to cause unnecessary wear. Called and told Brady of this problem as the manager was not available.

Big fan of their service but they were kinda disappointing today. Waited over 2 hours for tires and the lot was only 3/4 full, and their installation charges went way up (about double the price of tires).

Greeted with friendly hello as walked in the door. I had an appointment for tire rotation at 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon. I arrived 5 minutes early and drove out at 2:15. I have been a customer at this store for 15+ years and will always use this store. These guys hustle. ALWAYS SATISFIED.

I came to this store before to recycle old tires and it was 2 dollars a tire I came back to do it again and because the guy didn’t want to take the old tires he jacked up the prices drastically.

I thought the Discount Tire in Kemah was the best store. I was blown away on the treatment of the Manager Rene here. He did everything possible to make my tire decision, price, efficient mounting, and swapping out my spare tire the easiest and fastest event. Not many places will ensure the spare tire is re-stowed properly where I can easily check pressure under the truck bed.

This location is always filled with the kindest, most attentive employees. I hardly had to wait despite how busy they were right at 8am. Damon saw me waiting in line and quickly found a way to help me out. He listened and thoroughly checked every tire. He explained to me what my options were and added his expertise. I came in for a blow out and needed it replaced. He gave me an estimated wait time. I thought I was going to have to wait 40 min, which made sense because it was a very busy morning. To my surprise everything was done in a timely manner, 20 min! Emilio was the one running back and forth making sure everyone got their keys, updating on their vehicles and sweetly thanking them for coming in. He was on his Ps and Qs! My car was literally in and out with the tire pressure checked. I have to admit this was the best experience at this discount tires, yet! Good job Guys!

Id used Discount Tire for tires/wheels service since 2005 and trusted them with all my familys cars. Used to be with the branch near Almeda Mall, then to the one by Bay Area Blvd, and now this branch in League City. Not sure if its due to the amount of traffic flow they have here or that theyre really much quicker than the 2 other branches that I mentioned. Been here a couple of times and this time I was completely bought even though I had a slight thought of bringing my business to either Walmart, Sams Club or another local tire/wheel shop since they seem to charge lower for the entire installation/balance/rotation/warranty package; I called them last week for a quote on a set of wheels that I bought elsewhere since they didnt carry the ones I wanted and to my surprise, they gave me a quote that was VERY competitive and made my decision much easier to pick. They even have the hub rings for me to order along with the installation.I shipped my wheels directly to this store after confirming the labor cost and part. Showed up today on time with my appointment set and was given very quick service. I was expecting 30-45 min until my car is done but nope, it was done faster than that. I went out to observe the work since, you know, sometimes quick hands may also mean cutting corners and less precision that could lead to some unwanted damages to both my old and new wheels. NOPE. Not at all. They were simply quick and good with it.I wish I could praise them more for what they did because they really gave me peace of mind that Im in good hands.Keep up the good works guys!Thank you and see you again!
