I hate to leave a bad review, but Ive never had a good experience at this shop. I made an appointment to get my AC system looked at, waited 2 weeks to get my truck in (which is fine I understand people are busy) they recharged my system seems to have fixed the problem five stars for that. I came to pick up my truck at 6:30 PM, they were closed after they called me at 3 PM that day, this is my fault for not asking, but their website says they are open till 7. When I did show up my passenger side window was all the way down, it was raining, so I ran frantically door to door hoping someone was there to get my keys to roll it up. Nobody was there, it started pouring rain, buckets of water are being dumped into my truck, I drive a limited so its all leather on the seats, door panel, dashboard. I called my wife to bring down the spare to roll it up. She got there quick within 10 minutes, but the damage is done. I went in the next day and the supervisor who was very sympathetic took 100 dollars off my bill, but I would have gladly paid the 200 dollars to avoid this situation. I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to Ogden or Bountiful dogde if you can. Like I said this is not the first incident Ive had with these guys, they just dont care about your property.

Wade was the kindest. He worked with me in a timely manner to get my van in and serviced. It was fast and then even offered me a free Lyft ride home. Would highly recommend.

They dont take off my truck, after a weekend. Thats not really good, the funny even do a diagnose.

Scheduled an appointment online. Got to my appointment and was told they weren’t honoring the online appointments because the website was changing. Make sure you call to get an appointment I guess.

Layton Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) is the best service department and dealership in the state. Our Jeep had a significant repair need and going into service, things did not look good. We were likely to be hit with a lengthy diagnosis, very high repair cost, and extended repair times. After the amazing team at Layton Hills CDJR went to work, they made a bad situation so much better. They completed a diagnosis that could take some shops weeks in a day. A part that was backordered everywhere and had a 6-week lead-time was here in under a week. Layton Hills CDJR completed the physical repair that could take a great deal of time in under a day and our Jeep was ready before we were (they did not mind holding it for us until we were ready). Throughout the entire process, the service team was very kind; they made sure we were aware of the status and kept us in the loop on all progress. With such high service quality, you likely imagine you will pay a high price. If so, you are incorrect. The price was better than any service location we found.The service team at Layton Hills CDJR is always top-notch and this experience lived up to my expectations. The entire Cutrubus automotive team is the best in the business and I am so grateful for all their help. Even when we moved out of state, we purchased our vehicles from the Cutrubus automotive team and we are so glad to be back in Utah so that we can turn to Layton Hills CDJR whenever we have service needs. Even though the Cutrubus automotive team already knows we will always be loyal customers, they never stop going above and beyond to earn our loyalty. If you need a new vehicle, need to give your current vehicle standard service, or face a major repair, I cannot recommend Layton Hills CDRJ highly enough.
