It was good to go to a Shoppers againThe ones in our area are closed. The prices are decent and they make very good donuts. The vegetables are fresh.

What is happening to our local grocery store....the shelves are often empty....I tried shopping here but had to go elsewhere because a large majority of the products I so easily have found here in the past are suddenly non existent...there were not any Honest juice boxes, a small assortment of snack cakes...several of the food isles were empty....this is the only grocery store near me without having to drive in traffic for several minutes, I really hope this is not a sign of what is to come...

This is one of the cleanes shoppers/grocery stores I have visited in a number of Years! The staff is friendly, the produce is inviting, it almost makes you want to buy every you see. Clean and fresh. You need to experience yourself. Pay them a visit.

Great place to shop for grocery needs. Apple Fritters are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!...especially if you can get them just out the hopper

I shop here for quick pickups. The employees are really nice in this location but I shop at Safeway and Weis also.

Really clean wide open store. You get a huge parking lot. I like how they have around 6 self check out stations. Everything is very easy to find. Highly recommend this location. Ive been coming here for the last 9 years. Always have great specials, fresh produce and goods from the bakery

The staff is really helpful and polite and the store offers a good variety of products. My only issue is with the water, its always challenging to get the 32 bottles cases. I always have to settle for the 24 :(

Very clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed and at a good price which is a plus!! And of course their colossal donuts are amazing and a must have!! Staff is very welcoming .

This Shoppers is great nice and clean, staff are always willing to help out and short lines. I like that they offer the wipes to sanitize the carts before use...defiantly an added bonus!😁

Latin supermarket. Full selection, great butcher and fresh fish selection. Absolutely huge spice selection. Would recommend. Its smaller than a big chain supermarket, but above and beyond niche markets.

Best of the chain grocery shops outside of Aldi. If you have the app, some times they have a ten dollars off coupon.

I only go to this store for bottled or packaged items. The price for a lot of items are great. I do not buy any fruits or meats. I find the quality to be low in those items.

Clean, large, nice looking supermarket. But I had a disturbing experience with a young cashier there. The cashier became upset and indignant because my mom asked him to sanitize his hands after handling money from a previous customer. Granted, had I been shopping alone, I probably wouldn’t have asked him to do that. Because I wipe down whatever I need to clean, when I get home. But it would have taken him 2 seconds to just sanitize his hands and keep working. Instead he had to argue with my 72 yr old mom who is deathly afraid of Covid 19. Then HE calls his manager to complain about her! This showed me that this young man was utterly clueless about hygiene or customer service. Thankfully the manager was kind and completely professional. I feel sorry for him having to manage workers like that cashier. I’m new to the area and was trying out the supermarket. But will be taking my money (I spent over $260 in there) to the Aldi Supermarket up the street.

Its not as clean as it should be, being its a food store . U never see any management on the floor, including the front end person or ppl . The restroom was definitely NOT as clean as it should be, considering the covid 19 thing n all . I make sure I go before I leave the house now . I wont be visiting this shoppers store anytime soon, as, our cashier wasNot pleasant at all, nor were our deli dept. Workers . Very rude ppl . In this store! They absolutely need to fire everyone, and start over!

One way exit and entry discontinued. Patrons enter and exit at both entrances. Social / physical distancing impossible during entry and exit.Excellent variety of food including organic produce

Bakery is very good. A couple of the rude cashiers and customer service representatives from last year are no longer there. The manager is responsive and professional.

High end grocery prices for mid-tier quality and brands.Donuts are yummy though.

These people are very discriminatory, Mrs. Mary told me today 05/24/2021 3pm you from El Salvador I said no, then I told her this food is wic, she told me then you already collecting free food, ignore it What she said and every milk that passed said free food free food, I told her to stop and stop so much discrimination, it seems that it bothered her that I used that program, I dont know what her problem is, and there is another woman older who are very discriminatory should supervise what is happening because it is not fair these old women should be at home resting and not stressing people.

I feel like I end up spending so much money and Im unable to find average items Tazo Herbal Tea. They didnt have that brand.The staff is friendly, but the store itself needs a better selection.

I shop at shoppers on the weekends. The salad bar has a nice variety of veggies and meat. The produce or fruits and vegetables are generally fresh. the store is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and professional. I think that it can be expensive on certain items such as the almond butter for $11.99 and Steam fresh low carb meal $4.99 for a small bag.

Shoppers everyday low prices and decent selection of products generally makes it the grocer that I visit most often. They also usually run a good promotional every week that keeps bringing customers back. However, a number of new stores have opened up in this area and the competition for customer loyalty and dollars has gotten more aggressive (which is a good thing).

Very nice grocery store...found quite a few items that I was looking for...clean environment.

Not my favorite grocer. Their claim of lower pricing is false, at least on the items I purchase. I have noticed their pricing higher on some items than another grocer I use and I dont have to endure that warehouse feel. If Im paying top dollar I prefer the feel of a top of the line grocer.

Pretty well stocked, dairy is always up to date. Which I notice some stores dont. I rarely ever see a mess unless its fresh(kids tear stuff up)Registers are usually pretty quick.Special props to Randy for ticking off my friend. Its always a delight when hes agitated over comic book talk.

My pharmacy my medicine always ready on time one occasion they don’t have the medicine and she take time to call other pharmacy for me and find me and sent the prescription for pick up, also one time i run late the guy ready closed the gate and he opened for me give me my medicine. The supermarket a lot latin choose and economic food... bakery option tooUpdate since the pharmacy closed the employer change too 8:05 and the Deli closes at 8:00 they ignored me for 8min and later said we closed at 8pm when they knew I arrived before 8 i come 2-3 times a week but if the service continue this way i will change to Giant

Appearance wise this is a clean establishment. As far as smell, it’s a very unwelcoming smell in this shoppers as if something is going bad. This smell would cause a customer to not trust anything deemed as fresh being sold at this particular location.

The cashier guy named John B. Is very helpful, AND GREET YOU WITH A NICE SMILE.since no body in my line he teach me how to get a coupon through the apps . Then wallahhh!!! 10 DOLLAR COUPON . As a reward for his good costumer service I give this shoppers place a 5 stars and also they make this place better than before.

Average place nothing special some good restaurants in area.

Asides this location being reasonable with their produce, their seafood is also great and Janet in the seafood department is such a caring, helpful sweetheart. I also really appreciate Mary at their customer service she is such a sweet patient compassionate lady who cares for the customers.

Great prices everyday. Get the app & get even more savings. Plenty of self check out aisles and regular check out aisles. Definitely room for improvement when it comes to the produce section. Great prices but the produce is usually bruised and spoiled. If they fixed that theyd get a 5.

The Shoppers in Laurel is pretty nice, although I feel like the cashiers are, unprofessional in the way that they speak to customers. The store is very clean and neat very well-organized.

I drive 45 mins up to 2 plus hours sometimes to get to this Shoppers from my home if that says anything about how much I love this place! I mainly go there as a pharmacy customer, as Im medically disabled & unfortunately must take a lot of meds which brought me to this store at 1st. I heard from another there pharm was good so I went & the pharm is not good, its by far the most efficient, well stocked, friendliest pharmacy Ive ever been too in 16 years of dealing w/this. They only have 1 pharmacist on duty & a tech part time, unlike most who have a full staff behind the counter & yet Ive only waited longer than 10 mins once & that was due to my doc office not answering the phone! I can say so much but these review are supposed to be short so let me just say, the pharmacy brought me there & the store itself is nothing like I pictured a Shoppers food warehouse to be in my head, shame on me! This store is phenomenal all the way around, in fact I now must restrain myself from getting a cart upon entering so that if I cant carry whatever to the register by hand I cant buy it, as Im a clearance junkie & they always have the best stuff, esp after a Holiday! There reg prices for whatever reason are lower as well than the stores where I live & Laurel is much more developed, so that I dont get but take full advantage! This is by far just an all around wonderful place to shop, take care of your health & the employees are not only as nice as can be but make it a point to ask & remember your name to greet you personally ion your next visit! Who does that anymore, any where? Therefore, I would drive to Timbuktu if need be to get to this store!

If I could put zero stars I would .Worst customer service Ive experienced. I shopped there on January 2 . One of the employees was very rude; She refused to assist me and, the manager did not make it any better once called upon .... I will be returning to get the names and, will be reporting them !!!
