I ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend for the passing of her sister. The order was correct and the delivery was timely. Special shoutout to the delivery person (I believe she said his name was Michael, an older gentleman who had made a delivery to her the day prior). My dissatisfaction was with the floral arrangement that accompanied the edible. It was in poor taste, nothing like what was pictures online. I was so embarrassed to have sent such a poor arrangement. I would have been better off getting some flowers from the grocery store. I know that is not your specialty but please, please, please do better in that area! At least add some color to the arrangement.

After reading the negative reviews of this location,I hesitantly ordered a gift for my loved one,and to my surprise, I was amazed by the excellent service I received. The staff here are amazing. I just want to say Peter hired an AWESOME guy named Hector. I typically do not leave reviews, but wanted to personally commend Hector on a fabulous job. Being a relatively new hire, Hector was very personable, and professional, in making sure the customer was in the loop with a delivery. And although it took two days to deliver (recipient wasnt home the first attempt), Hector treated each delivery with care and pride. Thank you Hector, I truly appreciate your great customer service - which is sometimes hard to come by these days. Great job!

These people are so personable! The arrangement I ordered was beautiful. I mistakenly sent it to my mother when she was out of town. They let me know, brought a new one to her when she came back, and didn’t even charge me twice. How kind!

Its rare for me to write a review. But I wanted to share that I called last minute the same day to see if I could have the arrangement delivered by a certain time. Peter the Manager went above and beyond to change his routing to have this one delivered exactly at the time I requested. I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service & fresh fruits!! Thanks again Peter!!

Went here for the 1st day of summer to drink Smoothie. It was nice but small quantity. The prices are on the higher side but they have some good offers if you into fruits. If you are in Laurel and want to try this place, it is right by cold stone. Parking is plenty. Overall a decent experience however the employee was angry for some reason.

I was highly disturbed by this location. I eat edible arrangements all the time and I travel a lot so I’ve been to many locations and this is the only location where you literally pay $1.19 per banana slice. I always order the chocolate dipped banana cone and it has always been full of banana but this location only gives you 5 pieces ($5.99) total. I think it’s extremely over priced to pay $1.19 per slice. I only say this because I’ve been to many edible arrangements locations and I’ve never seen a more ripped off product than this. I just feel bad for the people that live in this area because this location’s “standards” are in fact below standards compared to other locations. I personally wouldn’t recommend this location. This is very disappointing coming from such a well-known franchise that is usually held in high regards. People please know your worth!! It may be just $5.99 but stop letting this organization rip you off and give you below Average quality. Start calling them out so that will force them to give people better service. The worst thing is that many may not even know that their receiving below standard service because they never been exposed to another location. So I felt like I had to speak on this because it was beyond disturbing.

My son is in the military stationed at Ft. Meade and after a change in plans to visit with him, at the last minute we decide to send him an edible arrangement for Valentines Day located closest to him. We werent 100% satisfied with this purchase. We have ordered from many Edible Arrangement locations especially our local one in PA. There were a couple of issues and we wrote a request for a call on Edible Arrangements main website. Within no time I received a call from the Store Manager who exceeded my expectations to resolve the situation. Thats the 5star review. Its easy to complain but I wanted them to 1st know I had an issue or concern and see they how they resolved it. Im 100%+ satisfied with the resolution.

I am reluctant to give one star after my horrible experience with the Laurel location. After waiting all day for the arrangement to arrive, when it finally arrived it was melting, missing other items purchased, and missing fruit in the bouquet. I immediately called the store and spoke to a women stating she was the manager. When I explained the situation and the terrible quality of fruit, she argued with me about how it did not leave the store that way. She then began to blame the delivery driver and told me she had no control over the product once it leave the store. Seems very hypocritical of her because in the same breathe she asked if I wanted the items re-sent. Why would I want items re-sent if the quality is poor. The manager then told me she could make sure that I would have a better delivery experience. I asked her how she planned on doing so when she couldnt even make sure this delivery went well. I asked to speak with the owner, and the manager immediately had an attitude and told me that the owner does not deal with matters like this. I asked again when the owner will be available to speak with a unhappy paying customer. She told me that she handles all complaints, even if you complain on her poor customer service. I started speaking again, and she interrupted me saying I was yelling at her. I was upset yes, but not yelling. I was bothered by her lack of empathy, horrible customer service, and playing the blame game on her staff instead of looking to improve overall. I will never spend my money at this laurel location and/or edible arrangements EVER AGAIN.

Edible Arrangements on 13600 Baltimore Ave Laurel Maryland has the poorest customer service. Here I am trying to surprise my sick wife with an arrangement, after successfully ordering my purchase online and seeing my account has been charged my wife calls me saying Edible arrangements called and said the order was fraud. So HELL YEAH I’m frustrated, not only for the inconvenience but as well for the false accusations. I call the store and ask what has happened that more order is supposedly fraud, and the young lady reasoning she says “because your billing address and delivery address is the same, That’s suspect.” Then tries to say that the card issuer said my address and the address I typed in are different, so even after them taking the money she canceled it. “Who sends arrangements to there self?” Me not understanding I asked her to explain again and each time was different. So then I ask to speak to someone over her she replied” there’s no one over me” I go further and say so there’s no regional manager, store owner, nope. Is there a cooperate number “nope”. Which was all a lie. So I slipped up and called her a B****. (Lord forgive me)Then hung up. I then called back asking her is she sure there no one over her. She then says “because you called me a Bi***I would help you out but I’m not. You will get your money in 5 business days. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I promise you can’t take your business everywhere because of poor management and poor operations!!! Throw the whole edible arrangements away!!! I promise I will never be using any of there services again!!

Take my advice and dont order from this location. waited 2 hours before calling because i never got an update with my tracking. the lady on the phone told me my order was canceled because of an authorization problem with my card? called my bank everything match. lets say that was true, when where you going to call and let me know, especially when i paid an extra 10$ for my items to be delivered today? unprofessional. if you cant do something be professional and call let the person know who just spent 100$. order from the lanham location or silver spring. dont bother wasting your time. - no stars.

I ordered Chocolate Covered Strawberries from the Edible Arrangement Store in Laurel MD. The entire 12 pack of strawberries were MOLDED. Called the store to be told their policy was to redo the order. They went on to say all the strawberries they receive this time of year are bad. When this was not acceptable they offered a 20 percent refund. The 20 percent would not cover the cost of the Strawberries.Totally unacceptable

I wavered back and forth regarding my overall satisfaction with this particular location. After the call that I just made I am dissatisfied. I have used this location on more than four occasions thinking that since it was between my job and home that I could make a purchase for my staff and/or take home something sweet for myself. The level of customer service is inconsistent. On one occasion I was able to order the promotional indulgence box with strawberries, pineapple, and bananas for no extra cost. The traditional box comes with strawberries, bananas, and green apples. The traditional box is on sale for $19.99. When I asked today if I could receive the pineapples again instead of the apples I was told that I would have to pay the regular $29.99 price. So you are charging me $10 for four pieces of chocolate dipped pineapple? It is disheartening.The owner seemed to be kind and considerate when I met him some time ago in the store. Unfortunately his staff do not show the same level of consideration. Customer service is hit or miss depending on who answers the phone and apparently what season of the year. I will take my business elsewhere.

So the website AND the hours posted at this locations door says 9am, right? I approached the door at 9:32 and there was nobody inside. I called the number and got the automated message. Finally, at 9:40am, a white Kia pulls up and two people get out and open the building. I was lucky enough to have been off work today and the time wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me.. but I can imagine someone specifically asking for pick up at opening being peeved and inconvenienced if this was a time sensitive matter. The person I bought this for said the fruit was delicious.

02/19/2018. This was my very first experience with Edible Arrangements. I have never ordered from here before. I walk in around 6:00 pm to give the cashier a coupon that says Visit today for a FREE Fruit salad, parfait or smoothie. She proceeded to to tell me that they didnt have any of that for the day. Thats basically saying that they didnt have any fruit. Thats BS. Dont waste your time here. 0 stars.

Terrible!!!! Ordered a birthday fruit basket for my mother. The basket arrived and the fruit with the number was broken off. The fruit were also discolored from the confetti which looked very distasteful and clearly unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed. When I spoke to manager they would not give me a refund. Will not order from them again. The manager Michelle was no help. Terrible customer service. Terrible

My husband buys me Edible Arrangements from here all the time. They have always been ok...on the decline though. I had one issue in which the fruit was hard, not sweet, just a bad arrangement. I called and spoke with a guy named Ken who advised it would be replaced with no issue. I called back to get a replacement, and the alleged real manager told me that I needed a receipt, which I did not have and basically gave me the run around to get it replaced. I felt she was not customer service oriented and she did not honor what the other employee told me. UNFAIR!! My husband pulls up the transaction on his bank statement to get it replaced ....but it wasnt completely fresh. The manager said it was made that day, but I dont believe it... she just stuck in the chocolate covered bananas randomly....F for presentation and maybe its the season...but the fruit was not very good. My husband will definitely need to find another location😞 unfortunately.

Ordered on 02/11/2017. Asked for delivery from laurel to laurel for my grand daughters valentine day.Received a call on 02/12/207 confirming my order. Got off work 2/14/2017 and called an recording stated call the 1-877 number. Called the number was told we apologize an there is nothing we can do. Then the rep said its been like this all day an she didnt t think she would even think she was going to continue to work there.Really! Im a pissed of customer I didnt yell or curse was professional. But really.

If you want good service do not order from this location. They cannot guarantee a delivery time and will give you a window like Comcast. I have done business with many edible arrangement franchises and this is far the worst. A friend of mine was having something delivered to me for the loss of my mother and because I was still at the memorial service it couldnt be delivered and when I called them back today some idiot on the phone said he couldnt guarantee a time today(Sunday) and then I asked about Monday before 1pm he couldnt guarantee that. Then the idiot Manager got on the phone was just as bad as him. Customer service goes a long way and the owner Peter should put all of his employees at this location in Customer service 101z

The quality of the cantaloupe and honeydew was mushy like over ripe melons and the owner refused to speak to me about the arrangement or to discuss other edible options. More important, the owner unitarily decided to contact the purchaser despite the fact I specifically told the salesperson I did not want to bother the purchaser with this matter because she was grieving the loss of a close family member.I contacted the store 4 hours after the arrangement arrived and essentially, I was blamed for not putting the arrangement in the refrigerator. I explained there were no instructions to refrigerate and if the arrangements are appropriate for cook-outs then they should hold up for a few hours on a kitchen counter during the coldest winter months in a home with the thermostat set at 68 degrees. I was put on hold (about 10 minutes) and then told I would get a call back the same day. Since I did not get a call, I called the next morning. Again, I was put on a long hold and then told the owner decided to make an arrangement of 3 fruits with none of the fruit dipped in chocolate as in the initial arrangement. I asked if I could speak to the owner about other edible arrangements options. I was put on another long hold and finally told the owner would not speak to me and that he was going to call the purchaser and return the money. I know my friends and I will not use this store again. And, I recommend using another EdibleArrangements store when you want to make an edible arrangement purchase.
