It was craziness going on although it wasnt walmart fault. I didnt find the blow dryer that i was looking for. I had to order it online.

So Ive been here several times, managment- so helpful 🙂, employees-not so helpful🙄. Just download the app to price check things on your own. Good variety in their food section. One of the only places I have had the luck of finding Firm toothbrushes! Also found pre-workout.

Every time I visit this location, the shelves are mostly stocked but out of the items that I want. I went to look for a pack of large white crew neck t-shirts and they only had 1 package, which happened to be the most expensive ones they had. The shelves only had 2X and above. I found 2 mediums out of the entire aisle. Not only that but the shelves were not even presentable. It looked as if they were thrown on the shelves with no care. I dont know if the staff really care about their jobs and why management didnt make them fix it but there are many aisles in this store that are the same way. If it were my choice, I would never come back but this is the only location close enough to my place, other Walmarts are too far.

We LOVE this hotel! Every time we visit family/friends in the Staunton area, we stay here. The staff is AWESOME! The rooms are comfortable and affordable, especially when you have one of the discounts they offer (AAA, Federal government, etc). Hot breakfast and pool make the kids REALLY enjoy staying here! We just recently joined the Hilton Honors family after SO many bad experiences with Wyndham/Days Inn! We are looking forward to the perks! THANK YOU!

This Walmart is one of the worst, the first nightmare is the Walmart in Landover Hills. The cashier was horrible because I had to do my transaction three times and she purposely scanned my information incorrectly.Thank you for your valuable time.Stay Safe&Be Blessed

The store was wonderful. I was able to find everything that I was looking for. However waiting a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes for a handicapped accessible cart is unacceptable when you have 10 that are out of order with plastic bags over them. People with disabilities need to shop also please look into getting these carts fixed so the next visit wont be as lengthy.

The pickup wait time for online orders last weekend was crazy. Every parking spot in the pickup area was full. Very inefficient service. After waiting 15 mts I was told that my order was not entered as I was told earlier. I might have as well gone into the store and picked up the items myself. Not sure why walmart.com forces you to pickup some items at the store. Why cant they ship all the online orders if we do not wish to pick up instore

For one it is different from regular Walmart si thats good. It has things that a regular Walmart doesnt have

I love this Walmart. I drive 45 minutes to shop here because all the others (with the exception of Bowie) are just awful. I placed my online order and it is ready when I got there. I feel confident coming here that Im going to have great service. Whoever is running this place deserves a promotion or raise.

I only went to the food department. Everything was neatly shelved and stocked. I did not have any trouble finding what I was looking for and some things I wasnt looking for. I have been here on multiple occasions. But this was by far one of the good days. My only complaint was the few cashiers that were there for the 20 and up items, lines werent moving fast enough. He was friendly enough tho. That made the expirence most pleasant

There is no way anyone is legitimately giving this store a 5 star review. Do not pay for their grocery delivery. It is horrible. This store NEVER has any basic items in stock. I ordered 2% milk for delivery today and got a message that they were out. Out of milk? And basic cookies from the bakery. Ridiculous. Never have I put in a general order and gotten all items, never not once. Id rather go and pay extra at a grocery store where at least they have milk available.

The store was good, unfortunately there were several different individual in the parking lot going around bothering anyone they saw in the parking lot begging for money. I was waiting in the car for my wife and they kept coming and hassling me. So because of that Ive given this location only 2 stars.

This is my go to Walmart I always find what I need. Sometimes there can be long lines and a lot of people. Theres always refrigerated food left on the shelves so I dont purchase dairy products and Im leery about frozen food. But its the customers who leave food out. The employees are helpful but theres not a lot of them so you might have to wait for help.

Good fresh fruits and vegetables. Usual large selection of everything else. Ample parking, and no lack of shopping carts.

I dont like being in any store for too long. I want to get what I came for and leave. Being such a big store I thought I was going to get lost in the fray. Everything was super easy to get to, and with the self check out, I was out of there in record time. I am very very pleased with this experience at Walmart today. On top of that, the pot set that I got is a very good quality and cheaper than Amazon. I saved $10 today. I am very pleased. Very very pleased.

Very busy Walmart; probably the most packed Ive ever seen in my travels. I do like the supermarket and department store combination. Those will always fascinate me.

A fabric Wonderland and I felt like Alice. A large collection of African prints and designer prints at reasonable prices. Old building. Can hardly move around because its packed with the most beautiful fabrics ever. Unique trims but not a lot of sewing accessories. Compared to MOOD in NY I take Paradise any day.

Am quite dissatisfied at the fact that for an hour plus I have been calling this Laurel Walmart and I kept getting transferred to speak to either a manager or someone at the curbside pickup area, and no one picks up. I kept recalling over and over but same old story from past 4pm till 6pm. That’s very sad and disappointing and the call has nothing to do with a complaint but a cancellation of order that wasn’t supposed to be canceled and to top it off I got a refund in an amount I should not have so am wondering if it was worth even calling for the store to get their money back. WELL AM NOT GOING TO CALL AGAIN THEIR LOSS MY GAIN.

I go here a lot when Im feeling depressed. Something about wandering around walmart at near midnight is nice

This Walmart is decent 👌 overall it has good products. some days are busier than others. Ive been going here for about a Year now. Consistent in some areas but in other areas could definitely be stocked better like the Camping department, Automotives, Juice Isle, Cleaning Products, Meat Products isle can be scarce or skimpy. Wouldnt be my first choice of walmart. The Electronics department also is scarce could use some Restocking. Overall okay but NOT the go-to!

Went looking for a specific item but wasnt able to find it; this was probably due to the fact that what I am looking for seems to be put of stock in all grocery stores, at least locally. It is the Amaretto Flavor of International Delight coffee creamers.Other than that, this store is usually well stocked with everything from food to televisions and everything in-between!

I really dont see how others can find this as a 5 star. Maybe I need to find some secret date and time to shop when I can have a 5 star experience. Its not the fact that its crowded there or that the lines extend back into the clothing section. Its the employees customer service for me.This visit had topped the cake for me. I was standing in self checkout, the line was long yet moving faster than I expected which was good. Though the noise level in the store was a bit loud, with people talking and kids screaming and the registers beeping. So when I made it to the front, I didnt hear the employee (who was having a conversation with her friends away from the entrance of self checkout) supposedly ask me Cash or card?I start heading over to an open register. The employee proceeds to whistle and clap her hands at me to get my attention as if I were a dog. This is not how you get someones attention. The appropriate, respectful way would be to go up say Excuse me... or stand near the front of the line so that customers can hear you.There are good Walmart stores out there, with great employees, a great environment and wonderful service. But with this Walmart, I cant expect anything better.

I’ll give it 5 stars because one day I needed a pressing iron, no store had it in stock but this Walmart right here not only had it, it also had a bank for me to withdraw money from to pay for it. I’m old school and I do it the old fashion way lol.

Organized, pretty much everything under one roof. Open 24 hours. Parking lot huge but always full.

This location is understaffed and needs to do more to shorten its checkout lines by employing and opening more lanes. The Covid regulations are fairly standard for the moment; however, the sanitization policy feels relaxed compared to other locations. Overall, the shelves are at least half stocked in most departments right now. There is not much issue with shopping here, unless you need to check out quickly.

Asked an employee/associated about the pet section and her response was that she does not speak english. Took me five minutes to find an associate that spoke english. Asked her about the non-English speaking Associate and her response was that there are shoppers that dont speak english. I left it at that because it is a cookie cutter response I am sure that Management give them. If you are going to hire none english speaking workers, it should not take me five minutes to fine someone that speaks english. Your none English speaking workers should be instructed to find an English speaking worker to help the customer. FYI, Social Security Administration hires bilingual employees to help out in situations such as this.

Shocked to see a limit on water, but the store was well stocked and employees friendly

I shop here weekly with my elderly mother and lately they have been out of alot of fairly common things that I need weekly like apple juice for my toddler, seasonings, cases of spring water, etc. Also, my elder mother needs a motorized cart to get around the store. However, all but one in the store is broken. They have seven or more!!! Management said theyre waiting on parts, but its been months and the carts arent fixed. Its unfortunate that they cant get it together because otherwise I wouldve given them 5 stars.

Had a good shopping experience at the Supercenter Walmart. Well stocked, except for Lysol spray. Customers wore masks, but was social distancing really practiced? Not really, but there were empty spaces throughout the store. Cashier was very friendly and professional.

Every time Ive been to the Walmart theres always things that I can find that I had need its a very nice Walmart in the employees are very kind.

I guess it would have been great if their shelves were stocked. Couldnt find anything I wanted.

Walmart s new policy ....no cashiers during 6am hour. II am a senior and I do my grocery shopping during this hour especially with the covid warnings. Store no longer has cashiers therefore I have to use self service for an entire cart of groceries. Because of this, I am forced to put my items on the floor because there is no space to place items. Absolutely absurd.!!! Save your earnings elsewhere.

Please assist the employees for grocery pickup with telephone etiquette. Ive had 3 telephone encounters and it sounded like different guys with the same ill mannered personalities! On the other hand, those delivering the packages and coming to the car to assist are nice.

Its rather disappointing that every other walmart in the area is stocked better than the one thats in my neighborhood. The biggest areas of shelve stocking issues for me is soft lines (clothes) and automotive. The way the store is currently stocked in those areas you almost have to dig through everything to find what you need. It would be great if management could focus on getting the items in the right place on the shelf.

I called this walmart 10 times this week and never picked up once. NOT ONCE. IS IT HARD TO PICK UP THE PHONE??? I waited about 5 minutes for each phone call. Is the service getting lazy not picking up or whats the deal? Is no one working there?

Tried to buy some shotgun ammo that was locked in cabinet. Waited a long time for someone to open the cabinet. No one ever showed up with a key.

Sprawling place where no-one in the store seems to know where anything is located. Stuff on shelves without tags or in the wrong place. Asked four different associates where mouse-traps could be found. None of them knew. No common sense or organized thinking or labeling seems to be employed here. The only pleasant and helpful person was at the self-serve checkout.

For this to be a Super Walmart it functions like a convenience store. It was a horrible scene inside the store. It was maybe four full service lines open and the two self checkout sections of the store where open. The lines were well pass the first shopping half of the store into the second shopping section of the store...into the young childrens and mens section. It was unbelievable. So much so people started abandoning their carts and walking out. I am truly dissatisfied and disgusted with my shopping experience.

Since so many people shop here its often that some popular items will be out of stock. Lines are always long but 1 side of self check out always moves fast. The inconvenience of locked entrances can be a pain. Especially when you parked at ths home entrance when the grocery entrance is the only one open. Staff ducks and dodges customers.

Who is this manager call Edy? He is arrogant, rude, insecure unprofessional staff. He must go or demoted, I watched his interactions with staff and customers, hes short tempered and he takes things personal, no managerial skills at all!

Worst customer service at a Walmart I have ever had, and that is saying a lot. Store was clean and well stocked but employees were rude and not helpful. Apparently the night crew that stocks the shelves does a good job, but the people working during the day couldn’t be bothered to help find an item, and the customer service section was about the same. Won’t be going to walmart while over there again.

Its so sad. Customer service really is dead. I needed to try on some clothes for work tomorrow, but they refused to unlock the fitting rooms for me. I approached the service desk, and they said that the service desk is closed before I could get a word out. They dont aim to assist here. Disappointed is an understatement. Target from here on out.

This Walmart doesnt follow the creed of its founder. Customer service is absent. I wanted some spray paint, and that area didnt have an associate working. I had an associate page someone to the area, Ten minutes later no one showed up. I called the main number for this store on my cell. It rang and finally i got gave an automatic answering machine. I never got the chance to speak to anyone. I finally went to the entertainment area ( some one had told me that the key for the spray paint would be there) After waiting for her to check out several customers she finally went with me to pick up the paint. When I went to check out to pay for the paint, it rang up the wrong price. Your associate at the checkout assured me it was the correct price, but wouldnt call to the paint department to make sure. Really needing the paint I decided to go back to the entertainment area. I got the lady to open the spray paint section to check the price. It was the amount I thought it was. We took it to the entertainment area and she rung it up. Again the price was different. Since she saw what the orginal price was she overode the item and gave it to me at the advertised amount. A quick 5 minute trip to this store became an hour long nightmare.

Love this Walmart. Ginormous with lots of room to ship and has always has great cuts of steak for great prices.

It was pretty clean and the selections were decent as their store wasn’t terribly Under stocked in key items. My only real complaint is about the staff. First there were no employees anywhere to be found in the electronics section. Additionally, the staff that I did happen to run into just had no manners and were rude. I’ve had better experiences at this Walmart.
