This place is completely filthy! I mean with Covid going on, there should be an encouragement to help keep your environment CLEAN and germ free as much as possible. The fact that food is served here is disturbing. This comment is coming from a true source. Real Talk I hope I see or at least here about a change at this store.

I visit this location today, the gentlemen took my order while getting my order together, 2 young lady enter the store he get distracted and he messed the order up. When I tell him, that is not what I want, he has an attitude and said he will have the young lady help me . I then asked him what is the issue. He replied that there is no issue that we can’t get along so he will let she help me which she did and she did an awesome job and get it right.” thank you young lady.”As for the young man customer service job isn’t for him . The owner should consider replace him if they’re serious about customer service and making money. Would not return to that location.

If I could give a zero star review, that is what this would be. I had the WORST experience with employee Enos (I dont know if thats how his name is spelled). I walked in and was not greet but flagged over when this employee finished helping the previous customer. I specifically asked him the type of serbert flavors. I saw a flavor called watermelon splash, and asked if that was serbert. He was very nonchalant and condescending. When I asked about the strawberry serbert. I was told that was the only serbert flavor in the store. I knew that was a lie since I could clearly see the rainbow serbert on display. I finished with my order and had my items slapped on the counter. I had to ask for a bag, and my items were shoved into this tiny bag. When another employee came over to take my payment, I then inquired about who manager was and if I could speak with them. The disgruntled employee proceeded to interrupt and argue with me. His coworker had to cut him off and tell him to stop talking. Completely unprofessional and the employee lacked product knowledge. The strawberry serbert I asked ordered was actually ice cream. I urge anyone else thinking about going to this location NOT TO GO HERE. I should have went to Cold stone where I have always had a positive experience.

When I ordered an ice cream milkshake, the worker started adding more ice cubes than ice cream. I questioned her about that, and insisted on more ice cream. The worker then couldnt get the blender working even after another worker came over to help. I ended up getting a refund. This is the first time in 2 years I had a problem with their service like that.

FIX HOURS!!!! says open til 10pm, but arrived at 7pm and both dunking and baskin Robins were closed -_-

This place only received 3 stars because I actually enjoyed my ice cream.My family and I(6 adults 2 small children) came into this establishment on Saturday evening after a nice dinner and we were rushed out before closing time. We understood that they closed at 10pm so we made sure to arrive 30 min before closing. Around 9:40 she told us they were closed. I said the sign says you close at 10pm. She looks a me with a look that reads oh well and proceeds to shrug her shoulders. About 2 min after that exchange she cuts off all the lights.VERY RUDE!!! After spending $40 you would think you could at least sit and enjoy the ice cream during business hours. I guess not.

The previous time I visited this location I had a very pleasant experience. The customer service was exceptional. However, today I attempted order a banana split but there were no bananas. I am not a happy customer.

Store hours clearly say that theyre open until 10PM. Yet when I pull up at 9:45, the employees are locking the doors just as I am parking my car.Bad look for the company.Guess they dont want any business. Too bad.

I really did not appreciate how the worker literally gave me an ice cream cone without sprinkles after I asked for sprinkles. She then gave me a tiny cup of sprinkles and told me to put them on myself... who does that? I was extremely disappointed because I like my cones covered in them. Lazy workers equal bad experience

There is a reviewer by the name of Amber Stanton who basically summed up the experience that I also, unfortunately, had while I was at this establishment. The cashier by the name of Sarah (who was difficult to talk to because of a heavy African accent) and a man who was mopping/sweeping the floor were rude and did not want to serve my sister any ice cream or do anything really.I was on the phone in the store while the incident occurred but I saw the whole disrespectful behavior and attitude to the point that I basically had to step in because Sarah did not feel like working. Once I started to video record Sarah and the guy with the broom, it was only then that Sarah decided to give me the number to the store (I asked for the manager but she refused). I will be calling corporate if this situation isnt handled and the manager as well.

Myself and another customer waited on the Baskin-Robbins side for almost 15 minutes without anyone greeting us or assisting us after finally going and asking the Dunkin’ Donuts side if there was anyone working the Baskin-Robbins side the person at the cashier says oh you have to order over here. There was no apology given for the wait and the cashier had an attitude. I now remember why I stopped going to this location in the first place.

Possibly the best ice cream around. When traveling we always go before leaving an area.

I love iced coffee and they only come regular, if you can put regular coffee in the machines why cant decaf be put in as well.

Zero stars. They locked their doors at 930 pm even though they are supposed to stay open until 10pm. The employee locked me and another lady out as we were walking up to the door and refused to open it, it was only 930.
