Im surprised to see the bad reviews honestly. Ive been here maybe 4 or 5 times but had great experiences for all of them. The fried chicken (bone in, not tenders) is what I come for and its always so damn good. I dont care for their fries though, unless they just came out. But my son loves their Mac and cheese so I usually just get that

This place is beautiful and new. It just opened two days ago. Fried Chicken is delicious, gas prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. Lots of space to park. Royal Farms is a great convenience store chain and gas station, and Im really glad there is one in Laurel Maryland now.

Stopped in at 12:30a for late night meal with friends. They heard how good royal farms chicken was and wanted to eat. The chicken was mad salty and damn near inedible. The sauces were downright disgusting and had a burnt after taste. The potato wedges had a coating of the most foul seasoning Ive ever tasted. Will never go here again

Scam prices, they put on price for regular 88 meanwhile they dont even have it so unr forced to get the more expensive option.Thank you Brandon

This is a new location so it is very clean, fully stocked, and the food is fresh. They also have a great rewards program that allows you to save up to 20 cent off of the regular gas prices. The staff were friendly and polite. I look forward to shopping here and getting gas from here more often!

Royal farms are usually good, but this particular place is nasty thanks to the guys making the food. He used the same glove to handle receipts, hold trays and then pick the food with it (they should be using a thong spoon to pick chicken/fries not hand). He actually placed his hand on the counters and other surfaces with the same glove. I had to ask for another fries when he picked a fries that dropped on the counter and put back in my pack claiming they clean the counter. I see bad reviews about a built guy and I’m sure it is same rude unprofessional man. Please only buy gas and sealed snacks from this place if you care about hygiene. I wish I could rate without any star.

Kitchen has been closed everytime I come here between 12am-3am. Never have this problem at other locations.

I wish we had zero stars. I went into this Royal Farms placed my order for some chicken tenders and fries. They had a lot of fries when I walked in ! Just for them to give them to other people who came after me!!!!😡😡😡😡😡. There was dark tall slim built dude, he is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked what happened to my order. He told me fries were cooking, for more than 10 minutes!!! I asked for a refund immediately! I had been standing in that store while customers who came were been given their order, what do we make of that ???

Thank you to Kim who helped me today not only order the chicken but helped to carry it out to the car - my right hand is in a brace and I had just come from Physical Therapy and in much pain - Kim was a life savor. I am also writing a thank you note to the Manager. Great customer service!

Been here at lest dozen times. Normally employees very helpful and friend, but today had an employee haras and follow me into the bathroom very unprofessional. As I was leaving same employee was stocking shelves another customer came up to thr check out not knowing that they were self service. She got his attention and the employee answered with a what do you want. Having working in the customer service industry this is something that I woild not tolerate with my employees that I had under me.

My first experience here just to get gas. No one wanted to help me. All I wanted was gas. I felt as if it was discrimination! One guy was texting on the phone in front of me did ask me for help but helped the Caucasian person behind me with no problem! I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ll take my money somewhere else next time and I live in the area.

I travel a lot on the road . By far the dirtiest most disgusting royal farms I have every been to. My wife Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, got in my truck drove a bit down the road. Opened them up to show green fuzzy mold on the bread how do you not see that . And then still serve it. And then play stupid like WE put that sh*t on there Comon

Been inside a few times, only self checkout, food counter employees obviously arent happy to be there and the place is filthy dirty. Couldnt tell if front entry/ door or the gas pump areas have been cleaned since this location opened.

This is my go to store for gas, coffee and lottery. It is absolutely beautiful, always clean and the Manager who works days is great. Keep up the great work!

Late evening employees have an extremely poor attitude and work ethic. Ordered 3 piece white chicken meal and received 3 piece dark instead. The tastykake that was I ordered was just not put in the bag at all. The bag was sealed with the name of the employee who filled the order. When I called to speak to a manager I was put in touch with Matt whos only response to items missing and being incorrect was ok. I asked him if he was the main manager and e said he was the only one there. I had to ask him again was he a shift manager and then he says yes there is a main manager who comes in the morning. I still to gas only, because thats on me.

Just stopped at your Royal Farms and there was NO Chicken, that wasnt the problem, the two Guys that are Working there also couldnt tell me when the Chicken was to be done or if any of the prepared Sandwiches were Turkey products or not, I dont eat Beef or Pork, and they werent prepared at for nothing, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

This place is new so the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is also really clean. I hope it stays that way and they can keep this good energy. The chicken and coffee are also really good. Gas prices a great compared to the rest in the area. They dont beat Shell prices on Thursdays but every other day of the week is great at this point in time.

So, today I gas up here since I have RoFo Rewards & I appreciate the 10¢ gallon discount. I was curious about how many reward points I had. I said Yes to the prompt Do you want your receipt? And then it split out a blank piece of paper.I thought Id be nice, and alert the lone cashier that something was wrong with the receipt printer. I handed her receipt & asked her to tell me what it says. Rather than thank me for bringing a problem to her attention or even say that they would fix it or put out a sign that the printer wasnt working, she IMMEDIATELY got an attitude with me. Lady, I was trying to be nice walking in to the store to alert you to a problem, dont snark at me. Im sorry you have the job you do, its not a good fit but Im not the one who can do anything about it.Try to avoid this place unless you need cheap gas. Or and if you are disabled and need help pumping your own gas--do not use this station. Ive seen people wait endlessly for help because Royal Farms is understaffed at this location (and, for all I know, all their locations) their stores & they do not put a priority on helping customers.I need to remember this is a fried chicken place where you can gas and go, and not expect anything in the way of service.

Great location. Beautiful. BUT thats it. I expected the store fountain drinks to work at least. Stopped in for lunch thinking about an one stop shop, end up going to 7 eleven for a simple pepsi or lemonade. Shelves have beautiful lights on them to show the emptiness of the shelves. Rushed unprepared opening.

Their spicy chicken sandwich was awesome. They have a nice variety of snacks. Their gas is reasonable. The employees are incredibly kind, friendly and hardworking.

No matter when I come here, they never have any chicken ready. Today like the other times I patiently waited, and then I asked for a typical 8 piece;t just gave me a bunch of what I didnt want, and I didnt realize it until I got home. And they only gave me 7 pieces of what I didnt want instead of 8, but shout out to them for throwing one wing in there.This probably the worst run Royal Farms I have ever been to. Go there for gas, but if you want chicken, go up to Jessup or just wait for the one to open in Maryland City to give them a shot.

Its good to see Royal Farms opened near by. Great fried chicken and reasonable gas prices. Being it new, I hope the new staff maintain the beauty of the place.

Do not use their air pressure machine today, its clearly not working. Went in to tell the cashier who claimed he was the manager its not holding a solid pump it just pulsates or lets the air out. He told me that Ill have to figure it out hes too busy. I explained that my tire needs air now (didnt before was just checking) since his machine isnt pumping, can you come out and just restart it then? He told me that I needed to figure it out or go somewhere else. He didnt have anyone that could deal with me.So bottom line, go to Dash In down the road instead. Its $1.25 for air, but its better to pay for air then to have a free flat tire and be told your SOL by management.

We like the chicken from Royal Farms, but in this location (Van Dusen) it was horrible taste. Like they never change the oil from the fryer. Fries tasted awful and chicken had similar taste. I will be going to a different Royal Farm for my fried chicken.

Very poorly maintained and complaining staff who do not want to work there. The facility is very dirty and trash that is not picked up from the floor or floors that are really dirty. Gas stations have empty towels and empty washing fluid for windshields.

Brand new, one of the few places in the area that offers Flex fuel for vehicles that can use it. I bought the Flex fuel and it works great.

Staff do not properly wear face masks.

Its been open less than a month and is already overrun with people. Its very difficult to be able to pull in and get gas without having to wait 5 or more minutes and avoid a collision with how people drive in and out of the parking lot. I would avoid it at all costs.

Asked if they had a soup ready. Girl says yes. I pay and then get my order. Soup is cold.

Just got 8 piece at 7:30 this evening chicken tasted like it was left out all day and then floured and cooked my wife said same thing chicken was spoiled before they cooked it someone not doing there job threw all of it away waist of money will not go back upset stomach
